The sites are well kept and roomy. We were in site #3. Would have liked to use the hotel pool. RV guests can only use RV pool. Tried to rent a cabana but we could not since we were not staying in the hotel. Tried to secure a room but sold out. Enjoyed our stay. read more

It's such a beautiful place with every amenity you'd ever need. For the first time in a while, I felt really comfortable where I was in my motor home with my partner and pets. There's a dog park, a dog washing station, a laundry room, showers, a pool, picnic areas and hook ups for water, electricity and sewage. I felt at ease. I couldn't wait to come back... Unfortunately things changed and broke my heart. My suv was experiencing power steering issues so security was kind enough to allow my partner and I to gather up some items at auto zone and work on our car in an empty area of the Pala parking lot. As my partner was finishing up, I told him we may as well just pay for another night at the rv resort so we could use their showers because he was covered in sweat and car fluids. I walked over there and spoke to the nice young girl I had communicated with earlier and told her I'd like to reserve another night and I'm happy to pay (my stay was comp'd due to my player status at Pala Casino). Her reply was "I understand but unfortunately your RV is not allowed to be at our resort anymore. We cannot accept it. The photos you submitted were not the same as what we saw in person." See, I had to get my RV approved to even be allowed before I arrived because of the year (1998). I sent in good pictures of course with great angles... I want the vehicle to look as nice as possible. It was the motorhome version of "you can't sit with us" from mean girls. I was stunned. I'm still stunned. We fit in with every other person there at the resort. I'm sorry our motor home wasn't 6 figures. But it's not an eye sore by any means. It's just not a crazy luxury one like the others that surrounded us. I mean, one of the neighbors admitted his vehicle was $400k+ and invited us to come in and look around. It looked like the Taj Mahal without exaggeration. I know my face fell and I simply replied "...oh..". The girl then goes "I see your stay was a casino comp, can't you go to the hotel?" I was mortified. I just said "yeah... I guess." And I walked away. And I cried. Apparently because my RV isn't brand new and expensive, I am undeserving of a nice, comfortable place that feels like a second home to visit with my loved ones and our humble motorhome. Weeks pass and after my partner spoke to the manager, she let him know that two things needed to be fixed on our Class A: the awnings and the apparent unsightly what appeared to be small areas of "rust" towards the top of the RV. We went ahead and removed those issues. I proceeded to attempt to book a few nights there and I received a response stating that although they appreciate us fixing the cosmetic issues, now apparently we are told from our last visit, either the RV or my Mercedes SUV left a, once again, unsightly oil or liquid substance behind on the pad where we were parked. And I quote, "To stay at the Pala RV Resort, all vehicles must be well maintained and in good running condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate a stay at this time". Honestly, I don't know why I continue to become shocked by the types of responses I receive from this place. I don't know what kind of training they're given but the elitest vibe and the "you guys aren't good enough" attitude shot back at adults who are just trying to find a comfortable, safe and pleasant area to reside for a few days in our motor home along with our sweet dogs is just so unnecessarily rude, cruel and demeaning. Is the upscale reputation being upheld far more important than respect, kindness and a helpful, welcoming vantage point? In conclusion, as long as your trailer or motor vehicle is pristine, less than 20 years old and you are upper middle, upper class or better yet, a one percenter, this place is PERFECT for you, all your needs will be met, respect will be given to the utmost degree. If you are anything less than that, go find yourself a spot in a Walmart parking lot or the bureau of land management because you won't have a place for yourself here... well, you may get a "pass" for a stay but then you'll be reminded how unworthy you are to be in "such a high standard establishment." Above offended and angry, I'm hurt, upset and appalled by the way this has been handled. Thinking of these interactions actually gives me a great discomfort in my stomach and it's a shame. read more

The RV park is excellent. The staff especially (Erica) went above and beyond to help make our staff comfortable. She is knowledgeable and friendly. When I had a problem or question she went out of her way to rectify the situation or answer the questions. I will be going back to Pala RV Resort in the future due to her excellent customer service and the nice RV grounds. read more

Had a great time in the RV spot #92. Resort was clean with big open spaces. Shuttle to the casino was always on time and very professional. Jacuzzi was nice and opened promptly upon 9:00 a.m. sharp. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. They all even signed a Birthday card for my wife. We will be back, soon. read more

Checked in reservation for 2 nites full hook-ups the electrical plug-in at the pedestal did not supply power to my RV. Notified the office worker. They sent a maintenance worker the next day,we were not present to confirm. They responded that is was my wiring on the RV. I resorted to use of my generator to supply power for 2 days. We checked in at Pachanga RV on the third day, and pluged in and we had power to the RV. I called Pala Resort RV Spoke with manager Gina that there was a problem with their electrical supply. She said there was nothing she could do but offer to return to another site knowingly after checking in to Pachanga RV. That was very sarcastic and unexceptable. I don't recommend Pala RV read more

A bit disappointed this visit. The grass was overgrown with leaves, pine needles and pine cones everywhere which attracted all the ants and flies. The area behind us had trash and definitely needs some attention. We pay way too much money to camp here for it to be unkept. Just felt dirty this time. read more

This campground has always been a favorite of mine because it is clean, safe and friendly staff. I stayed here over the weekend and the grass is overgrown, weeds all over the place, tons of flies and mosquitoes everywhere. The staff was nice enough but the bathrooms which I rarely use were out of soap and dead bugs inside the stalls. I expect that at a state campground not one that cost over 100 a night. I am not sure what's going on there, but hopefully they improve the look. Guess for now I will drive the extra distance to Pachenga. read more

This place provides misleading information. I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a dump station and was told that they did, but they failed to mention that you must park at one of their camping sites in order to use it. That important detail was only clarified after I was charged. This caused an unnecessary delay in my travel plans, which could have been easily avoided if Chris had been upfront from the start. On top of that, the location is right next to a freeway, making it very noisy, and the entrances to the parking sites are quite narrow and difficult to navigate. Overall, not a good experience. read more

Super clean and nice. Nice green grass everywhere and sitrs aren't too close to each other. Dog Park - Has been upgraded to include a small pool, walking path, no dirt and an actual dog bathing area with all of the tools needed to wash your dog. Very rare to see and positive. BUT - We've been coming here for years but the prices have gotten to high. It is expensive. July 4th, 2022 the RV sites are $200 per night, minimum 3 night stay!!! Criminal. This is total BS. Our recent stay during the week was $104 per night. The place was empty. 10 spots were being used while 90 others were empty. Drop your prices! read more

A very clean location with lots of room and friendly staff, especially Stacy. We attended a concert at the casino so having a shuttle service was a nice bonus. That's the good part. The issue that caused a lower review number was simply the lack of security and enforcement at the location. We experienced very inconsiderate neighbors behind us. They were so completely unaware of anyone else around them, I just assumed they were too stupid to understand they were being rude. I then saw them at the pool and confirmed they were generally dumb people. I wouldn't normally place blame on the resort except for two things. One: there was no security around during quiet time to advise these individuals of the quiet time hours. Two: all the reservations were placed next to each other instead of spread around the park. There were plenty of open spots around the park but we had people on every side of us. Perhaps spread out the reservations as they come in. I understand if the park is full but that was not the case. If we attend another concert we will stay here, but request a spot against the back of the park. read more

The staff and park are GREAT! We absolutely love the shower rooms, the pool, the office games, and the dog park--there's something for everyone to enjoy. The only area for improvement would be the laundry room. I've noticed that the washing machines could benefit from being cleaned more frequently. Additionally, if the park is relatively empty, it would be nice if the spaces could be better spaced out to give everyone a bit more room to spread out. My husband, two dogs, and I came on Easter and stayed two nights. This place is pretty nice. It's super clean. The staff and our neighbors were nice. When you pull in, you turn right off the street, go all the way to the end, and turn right. There is not a lot of signage. Site 36 is the best site. It's close to the bathroom, close to the dog park, and has a huge grass area. Right next to the huge grass area is a Pavillion area with picnic tables. It would be a great spot if you are having a party and have a lot of people in your group. The dog park has gravel, and it's so great. There also seemed to be lots of places to take the dogs to sniff around. We got great wifi. The shuttle to the casino is not 24 hours. The walk to the casino is about 15 min. There is a gas station/mini mart on the way to the casino. Please see my pictures for more helpful info. We recommend this place. read more

Nice RV Resort right next to the Casino. Has full hooks ups with electrical, sewage, and cable, WiFi. Very quiet and peaceful. Next time I'll bring my dogs. Got gas next door and went in to check out the Deli they have everything you need in there, food, snacks, ice cream, icee, RV toilet paper and other supplies. Nice getaway. They have pull through spots in the center we were in Spot 52 corner spot with grass and bushes and trees next to us. Each spot has a picnic table and two benches, some spots had grills. They offer a shuttle to Pala Casino during certain hours. read more

Beautiful camp ground. Came with family and friends for a friend's 40th bday and had an amazing time. The shuttle bus picks you up at your camp site and takes you to the casino and when your done picks you up from the casino and takes you right back to camp site. If you need ice or a refill in your propane you just call and they bring ice and refill your propane tank and just bill you, very convenient. The camp ground is the cleanest most spacious one I have ever been to. read more

Great place to relax. Came here in Oct and check-in was a breeze. Book lot 5 with. 25ft RV. This was a 70ft lot which accomdated 2 cars or perhaps even 3 Honda Civics. Full hookups with 30 or 50 amps. Lot 5 was a corner space and accomadted our party of 10. Kids and adults riding bikes around the park. All staff and guests were super friendly, everyone respected each other space and noise level at their campe sites. Check in area had a good size pool and a super clean shower area. Bathroom was also surprisingly clean and air conditioned. There is a Pala Casino convenient store next door appx 10 min walk or 5 kin drive. Great experience for first-timers those doing RV. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time staying at any RV resort. Check in was easy, everything was clean and well kept. We played catch, walked our dog, went on a hike at the gardens nearby. We had a great time here! Lots of kids on bikes, no one was getting yelled at, everyone just have a great time making memories. Very clean RV park. You can walk to the casino. Not much else to do around here. I would say definitely not worth $119 a night plus tax. Even the nice casinos in Northern California $60 - $70 a night. Not even in the summer would this place be worth that much. Diesel here is $6.25 a gallon and $5.65 down the road. Crazy. Glad this is a one and done for us at this park. The only discount is Good Sam. Lol Your in San Diego and you don't offer a Military discount or AAA discount. Lame read more

Weekend getaway. The RV resort is in pristine conditions. Very clean, with ample space for RV and vehicle. Dog friendly, which is always a plus. Not much to do for kids, but again I think it targets people going to casino. Casino is walking distance and can be very nice walk, unless you want to use the shuttle service. Shuttle service is very efficient and drops you off right on your site. It is definitely a very nice place to go with your RV or travel trailer. The sites are not limited to big rigs. We saw all sizes of campers. We would definitely come again if in the area. read more

Pala RV Park looks fairly new. It's clean, the spaces are generously big, it's well manicured and it has many amenities. A nice pool, hot tub, a pool table, horse shoes, a bbq area and probably much more. The staff are so kind and helpful. The casino is pretty darn close but they have a small bus that will pick you up at your spot and take you in AND home. Talk about service! Why only four stars? Our spot butts up to a farm with loud animals. The resort seems a bit sterile, just lots and lots of concrete, wide open and no privacy. Maybe in a few years and some more trees they will make it look like more of a desert oasis. read more

We loved Pala! We had a gorgeous corner site by the big gazebo. Lush lawn, and only one neighbor. The pool was wonderful, really nice to have adult hours! We used the shuttle several times, and went to the senior lunch two times. It's remote, and that is part of the attraction ! read more

We stopped here on our way hoMe to see what this Rv park was like since it's close enough For a short getaway Once we arrived we were greeted by the staff & quickly signed in to a space. It was not at all crowded- maybe because it wasn't a weekend. The spaces are very long & concrete, with grass between the spaces. The whOle place was very clean & nice. It seemed a bit strange that they didn't seem to promote the casino, other than offer free shuttle service. II eoyld think tHey would advertise the restaurants at least. The main negative was getting there. It was a veRy curvy road that seemed to stay pretty busy. We drove to the wine trail & back & it is a pretty long trip to get to & from the wineries. For this reason & the curvy roads we probably won't return. Another casino abouT 7 miles farther is much more convenient for us. read more

Just finished our stay at this place. We rented 3 spots 25,26,27 back corner hopefully we thought this would be quiet. Wrong...... Revelie goes at 3 am every morning with the neighbors roosters. Dont expect the staff to have any sympathy on your lack of sleep. They are just concerned with money. When I td them about the issue they said you should buy some ear plugs. You would think they would let you know this before renting these spaces or offer up some ear plugs. Wont stay there again and will be letting all.my camping groups know. read more
