I had a garment there that I couldn't afford to pick up at the time, but since I had nothing to do, I thought I'd check if they were able to get the stain out. I asked & specifically said, "I will pick up either way, I just can't afford it at the moment." I was met with a blonde woman who almost immediately accused me of coming there to check the stain so I could abandon it there if the stain wasn't out. I explained that I had just said I would pick it up either way, & she again accused me of trying to scam their system. We exchanged words, with me simply emphasizing that she was being disrespectful & implying I was lying to her (no cussing or insults). She antagonized me even as I walked out the door. Very childish overall. Funny enough, when I told her I wouldn't patronize the store again, she said something like "That's okay. We have plenty of good reviews to keep people coming." Well I counted. 15/43 of their Yelp reviews are 1 star. I picked up my garment & needless to say, I will not be back. Also, very expensive.
