When I first walked in to drop off my dress to be cleaned, the lady behind the counter was on a loud phone call on speaker phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting her and made it clear that she was continuing her conversation and never hung up when I stood at the counter. Going back and forth between talking to the male on the phone and talking with my friend and I who was also dropping off. Very unprofessional. Well, I picked up my dress today and paid $25 for the dress to now smell like patchouli or incense. I will need to get it cleaned again to wear it. Every other dry cleaner you pay when you pickup and are happy with your items, but she makes you pay at drop off. That and all the bad reviews that I wasnt aware of until now should be a tip off that the work here is not quality. Go elsewhere read more

Good morning today is Tuesday 13th 2026 and I went to drop off two shirts for alterations at Rainbow Cleaners in Canyon Country located at 16620 Soledad Canyon Rd. I was met by Martha the owner of the business to discuss my alterations and she was most friendly and on point to the details of the alterations that I was asking for. The date was promised for the very next day at 2:00 to come and pick up my shirts and to my surprise as I'm walking back to my car with some coffee Martha waived me down and said that she is finished with my shirts already. I went there today for the first time and was greeted very friendly with Martha who turns out to be the owner of the businesses. Martha was on point and down to the final details of what I needed to have done with my two shirts I brought in for alterations. She promised my shirts would be ready the very next day at 2:00. To my surprise I just went to grab some coffee as my car was still parked in front of her business, and upon returning to my car Martha opened the door and waived me down saying that she was already finished with my shirts. I was literally in shock as to how fast she completed of what I needed to be done for my two shirts. Both shirts were completed at the Best quality of what I was asking for. I will most definitely be going back to Rainbow Cleaners in Sand Canyon for anymore alterations or cleanings that I need to have done and I Very Highly recommend that you do the same! Took my husband's military uniform to get the name and rank sewed on, when I picked it up and saw the job she had done it was very upsetting. Not only was she rude but kept making excuses why the rank was crooked and the stitches were all over the place. My husband and I tried to explain it again and again how it needed to be done but we couldn't get her to understand the importance of having it look presentable. After all, it is a US Army uniform. Terrible quality. Terrible service. Terrible prices. Needed two bridesmaid dresses hemmed with one needing to be altered in the back. The whole back wasn't even altered, but instead a lazy sew-up, to where I couldn't even try the dress on because it was too tight. He then had to cut out all the stitching we paid for (there was no offer of a refund) with no time left to redo it. The Hem of the dresses were poorly done and when we showed the stitching errors to the owner, she blamed it on us for not getting it pressed. You would think that spending $280, it would come with a press at the very least. She was rude and condescending about it. No solution, refund, discount was offered. There are small holes, uneven stitching, loose threads and raw edges everywhere! Please atleast use the money you're ripping people off with to invest in a basic sewing class! read more

Although Rainbow Cleaners completed the alterations on time, they did a TERRIBLE job on both pairs of jeans--stitching was uneven and/or disconnected. I wish they had taken an extra 1-2 days to be more attentive. Also, they make you pay for the alterations upon drop off before they are completed. Great place had my Army service uniform cleaned here and got it back before inspection.

They are very professional. They are always on time. I send pants and shirts regularly and they are always come back very clean and pressed neatly. I travel alot and 1 time I forgot I had left my clothes and was gone for 6 weeks , they called me to remind me they had my clothes and kept them until I got back. I was referred to Rainbow Cleaners for a dress alteration. I needed to have a slit put in my dress and hemmed. When I picked up my dress there were flaws in the fabric on both the slit as well as the hem. She of course said she didn't see it and that's the fabric however I have the piece of fabric that had no flaws on it when I dropped the dress off. I told her I cannot wear the dress now and would like a refund for my alteration. I was told that will not happen and conversation was over. With only 12 hr notice, Art and Martha worked a Mericle on my dress that was too big to wear for my event the impossible task was very possible for them both. My dress was fit to perfect after they were done. I had asked another alteration dry cleaning place how much they would charge for that alteration and I was quoted $350 $450 only because of short notice but they only charged me $170. This is the worst alterations experience ever with more than one item. I had a very bad experience here when taking a blazer with buttons to have the sleeves shortened. Very standard procedure. She had no idea how to do this. When picking my jacket up, much to my shock, the sleeves were simply folded over and sewn, not to mention a dirt spot on the sleeve of this brand new jacket. She fixed it unfolding the sleeves showing the placket like sleeves are supposed to be, doing a shotty uneven job, lining is hanging out over sleeves, which now I need to take elsewhere to fix it. When asking her why she folded them over to begin with, she said "many Mexicans don't care and don't mind it this way" unbelievable! SO unprofessional! Yd think with a sign on the window ALTERATIONS they'd know the basics. Will NOT be frequenting this establishment again!!! And neither should you. read more

Two days in a row I've come to this place, and they had a sign on the door saying "Be back in 10 minutes." So, what does that mean exactly? Did they post that sign right when I got there, so now I have 9 minutes to wait? Or does it mean that 8 minutes went by, and I'm only 2 minutes away from giving them my business? Being on the move and taking care of two small kids, I have to manage my time wisely. This business does not help with that. Furthermore, I pick up my kid at 5pm from Daycare everyday, and this cleaners is on my way to do so. However, this place closes at 4pm Monday through Friday. Really? Did they cast the actor from "Office Space" to run this place? How about this: Get more than one person to operate this business. And or, get one of those cardboard clocks that you can manually move the hand to the time you will be back. You leave at 10:15 AM for ten minutes. Simple: put the cardboard clock hand to 10:25 AM. They clearly do not care about their business. Not sure how well their work is done on the actual clothes, but this experience was enough to use as a measuring stick to not risk going there. read more
