So, we have been to many local nail salons since building here 5 yrs ago and this is hands down the best. The staff are very pleasant, professional and skilled. The facility is new, so obviously very clean and comfortable. The chairs alone are worth the price which is very reasonable. Tina is very interested in her customers and seems sincere in getting to know them. This is reflected in the pride and demeanor of staff. Vy & David took very good care of us and they made sure we got exactly what we came for. If you need a GREAT salon, this is the place. read more

The place is very clean and the people are nice. But I've been three times now and every time within a week my gel X nails come off within a day the toe polish chips. It sucks because this place is so close to me but again I've been three times and every time it's been disappointing with different techs so I'm done wasting my money here. The last visit was over $180 and my gel X nails came off within three days and my toe polish chipped that night. read more

I've given this salon two chances, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I got builder gel, and it started lifting and chipping within just 2 days, which is unacceptable. My most recent visit last week was even worse. I specifically asked for hot pink acrylic nails and a pedicure with green gel polish. When I arrived, I confirmed with the manager that I wanted hot pink on my hands, and she told me I'd have to stick with that color for a while--which I agreed to, since I always get pink anyway. However, my nail tech started doing a basic clear acrylic set and then tried to apply lime green gel polish on my hands. I had to stop her and repeat multiple times that I did NOT want green on my hands--I wanted hot pink acrylic like I originally requested. Instead of correcting the mistake, she tried to blame me, even though my services were clearly written down. On top of that, she didn't even properly clean my nails--there was still visible dirt left underneath, which is very unprofessional and unhygienic. The pedicure itself was decent, but the gel polish chipped the very next day, which again speaks to poor quality. After spending $150 (including tip), I left with nails that look awful and a very frustrating experience overall. I will not be returning. I'd rather drive out of town to a salon that actually listens and delivers quality work. read more

I went to pure nail bar today with my daughter we both had the $98 pedicure so that's $98 each. The people doing the pedicure were great they steam your legs and my daughter's steamer kept cutting off. However they did do a great pedicure with lots of steps and different massages including a neck massage at the end. We both gave a $30 tip. She gave us a $20 discount which made this about $74 each so still we left almost over a couple hundred dollars. The lady and was very kind and asked to see my nails which I was happy with my nail tech dishes because my nails are real she helped me grow them long to the length they are and I needed a field but I was going to go back to my nail technician My daughter wanted to try this place so we did. However after my daughter and I had lunch and I dropped her off at her car I went back to have my nails filled to see how they would do before I left and told me my field would be $40 is which I what I normally pay at my nail salon. The young lady that did my nail she was very friendly and had a great personality. However when I get to the cash register and is there and the manager comes up and tells me that my nails are $60 for a feel. And normally is $70 for a full set. I have my cosmetology license and have had them for decades and I have never in my life paid $60 for a feel and why would I pay $20 more than where I'm going and they don't do any better. I felt sorry for Ann because she embarrassed her in front of me. Plus she continued to say oh well I'm sorry but it's $60. As I when she said oh well I'll see you next time I said there will not be a next time because you don't do the bait and switch on me you tell me the price it is and that's the price I pay. I just want to warn you ladies if you go to this place yes it is lovely and yes the employees have nice personalities however I don't like being gouged like I said I have been a cosmetologist too all the way at this point I have a PhD. So I really don't like getting screwed at the salon. Just saying! $60 is too much for a feel. And Ann my apologies to you for how she treated you in front of me. Not a great experience. I put up with a lot especially because I know things happen and while the place is tidy and my nails have held up okay so far - while I was there the employees sliced my toe during a pedicure and my finger during the manicure, and they accidentally dropped the uv light on me which left a nasty cut on my leg. They didn't offer a discount at all for the three injuries. Also I booked online so they charged one card and charged me again on my credit card at check out. They are not pending charges but full posted charges. I'll be calling them tomorrow to ask for a refund. I don't recommend. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to get my eyebrows done here on my way home. I was really excited a new nail salon opened up. Unfortunately, it was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The wax was so hot that she burned me multiple times. I told her several times it was too hot & she continued to do it. Below is a pic of my eyebrow now. I was crying it hurt so bad. Not only did this happen, but the lady told me I needed to control my acne which is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO HERE I just like the others "yay new nail place" no... went I had a dip manicure done.... Just as I have had done in other places.... I was missing 1 nail and needed a tip... no biggie except the nail tech would not cut short to match the other nails I had to keep asking shorter shorter to match. I get a solid color and basic square tip nails.... She asks me hey you cuticals need to be cut so she proceeds to do that.. charges $8 ok what ever.... Tell me why 2 days later I am missing 2 nails and 1 is about to fall off! I call the salon to let them know... I was asking if I can come In and have my nails re done or a refund.... I went here last week for a pedicure and was honestly a bit skeptical due to previous poor reviews, however my experience wasn't bad at all. They greeted me as soon as I came in (I had scheduled an appointment the day before) and I was promptly shown to a chair and offered a complimentary beverage. They have a selection of wine and Pepsi products, I got champagne which was actually quite good (didn't taste cheap). My nail tech was friendly and worked efficiently. The pedicure chairs are the nicest I have seen! They are basically full massage chairs that also do your arms, with settings that are customisable based on your preference. I got the Hawaiian pedicure which features hot stone massage and paraffin wax. When he brought out the supplies for the pedicure I chose, it was all on a cute plate with real aloe vera to use during massage. They did not charge extra for gel polish so I assume it is included in the price you see on the menu which is nice. I got a bright red polish for Christmas and the application was perfect. Everyone there seemed super nice and was welcoming. It was definitely a relaxing experience and I am excited to come back and try different services such as massages/facials. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into this nail salon at the end of last week. I will say the people were very friendly that worked here. But I am pretty upset at the quality of my manicure and pedicure. First my toes are all different lengths and just look awful (nail tech Ben did the pedicure). As for my nails who were done by the owner herself Tina. Well they turned out awful. I asked for builder gel extensions for a natural length and let's just say she kept making them shorter. She claimed she knew what she was doing with the products but you could clearly tell she doesn't belong in this industry. When she applied the product I clearly told her it wasn't the right one but she kept assuring me that it would turn out nice. Now I'm left with nails that are all crooked and chipping. Also when it came to her using the electric machine on my nails she ground them down way too thin and it became painful. Also it was supposed to be a Russian manicure which I had been getting for years in another state so I know how they are properly done. Well she didn't even give me a Russian manicure at all. You could clearly tell Tina is lacking in skills. On top of getting one of the worst manicures and pedicure she was complaining the whole time about how useless her husband was at helping out. On top of that she kept getting up every 5 minutes and disappearing for up to 10/15 minutes at a time. The only good thing about this place is how clean it was. But other then DON'T GO THERE and if you do DON'T let Tina or Ben provide you your service. Wish I could get a refund. Worst experience ever! They care more about making money than their own customers!!! read more
