Edible is all I can call it. Once one of the best pizza/sub shops around is now just barely acceptable to eat.

Used to have good food but the past 3 steak and cheese subs I've gotten have both been missing the cheese and the sauce. This time today the meat was burnt. I don't know what happened because not even 2 months ago I was obsessed with the sub and now I'm extremely disappointed. They charge 1.60$ for sauce and 3$ for extra sauce but will happily forget to add it, also missing the extra cheese. 1 time is an accident but 3 times is just poor management read more

First time trying this place and all I have to say is it's beyond greasy, grease was spilling out the box. not appetizing at all!.

So I have to admit I'm very skeptical about eating out nowadays since COVID as many businesses near me are struggling to get staff and it hurts the business when they can't keep up with demand. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the quality, ingredients and customer service the past two times I've ordered. Once was a delivery, and the next order from today was a pick up. I wanted to compare the food as well as the service. 5/5 absolutely phenomenal and the staff were very nice and polite. We ordered subs, quesadillas and a small cheese pizza and every item came perfect. Very fresh ingredients, the crust and wrap came crispy and still hot. Update: I wasn't feeling well and was happy to see they offered curbside. I ordered at 4:30 online and was informed through the website my pizza and chicken would be ready between 5:15-5:25. I arrived 5:20, opened the website to advise I arrived and was advised my food would be brought out as soon as it was ready. At 5:36 I called for a status and was told to come in. I told them it was supposed to be curbside and told them I wasn't properly dressed, I had pajamas on. I was told my food would be brought out. Eventually I realized no one was bringing it out. I went in to find my pizza on the counter, workers having a good time with one another, and could care less that I was waiting. I got home my pizza and chicken were COLD and a waste of $30. Ordered a sub waited 30 minutes just to get the wrong sub. Called them just to get an unclear timeframe on when right food would arrive, hung up asked to speak to the manager to get an accurate time and asked about fries that I ordered because they will get cold as I wait for my sub and she told me to give the wrong food back to driver to be able to get a fresh order of small fries. If I could give less than a 1 star I would... I always eat here but LAST NIGHT hit different... I was starving so I go get my food and get home. Once I bite into my buffalo chicken tenders & swallow I look down because it felt and tasted weird and its RAWWWW I called and they said there was a new dude on the fryer thats why. I really displease when any food company goes out of the way not to post the prices with the items you desire to purchase. It seem a waisted of time to call and have to ask if you have several items I want to make a sound decision of what I want and maybe more depending on what my budget is. We decided to try a new local place for grinders. A very simple order for a small cheese burger grinder a small chicken cutlet grinder and fries. Picked it up paid and was given a nice large hot bag. Got home to first find out no fries then my chicken cutlet was tiny pieces of grilled chicken. Called to straighten it out got attitude from whoever was in charge They said they would fix it and bring it to me in 15 minutes. 53 minutes later guy shows up with sandwich made wrong again and no fries. Let me start off by saying the food is always delicious. We order from here at least once per week. It's always hot and fresh. Their downfall is their dining room. It is always dirty and not once have I seen anyone cleaning. Also, the music is ridiculous. It's loud club music. It's a station out of Philadelphia, of all places. Half of the music is bleeped out or full out swearing, which isn't great when dining with children. We have a brand new station in downtown New Bedford, 101.3, that would be much more enjoyable and suitable. read more

I live within walking distance from here and will NEVER go again. First time my order was incorrect and the grill was shutdown so couldn't remake so gave me a credit. It's TRUE that people rarely leave reviews unless they had a bad experience. Tonight I had to leave a review because their chicken ranchero salad is AWESOME. Its huge with lots of iceburg and chopped veggies like cukes, green peppers, grape tomatoes and black olives. But the best part is the meat. There is plenty of huge chunks of grilled chicken! The bacon is real, quality and cooked to perfection. The deli ham is grilled up as well. It's just so so good. It would fill up a grown man. My only complaint, and I'm not a person who puts tons of dressing on my salad, but the one little pouch they give you isn't enough. I like my salad on the dry side and I find it a bit too dry. The salad is THAT big. They need to give 2 packets. I have also ordered pizza a few times. I'm not a huge fan of traditional pizza, I like the gourmet thin crust out of a brick oven... but the pizza here is definitely good. Lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. Promise. read more

Worst pizza service in New Bedford, not only does the quality of the food range from disappointing to complete trash, but it's run by a bunch of entitled little hood rats who think you owe them your business. Ordered two large pizzas tonight and after waiting the expected hour wait time, was hoping to receive something edible and not two heaping piles of undercooked food. Both pizzas were undercooked and with most of the toppings all shifted to one side. Called in my complaint and was meet with aggressive and combative responses from the manager "Cassandra" who all but suggested I just deal with it, before I demanded to be compensated for such lousy service. I had ordered here alotta times with some minor discrepancies but this time it really got me angered , ok so I order in the app and ordered my sub not to be put in the oven who puts a Italian sub in a oven ? I wanted a cold sub , not a grinder if that's what you call it here . I let that slide didn't bother to call them up to tell them. So I ordered a small pizza one topping, and chicken fingers mind you I live like 3 or 4 blocks away the chicken was extremely cold and not thoroughly cooked , no sweet and sour sauce when I ordered for extra and got charged for it even. And get this the dough to the pizza was not even cooked it was raw the next morning after eating maybe 1 and a half slice because of realizing it wasn't cooked I threw the rest away disappointed and angry and I gave a decent tip even though it took like 2 hrs to get here and pizza only takes like 20-25 minutes to cook in a oven and the chicken like 15- 20 minutes I've worked in fast food restaurants as a teenager so.... I just shrugged it off to maybe they have a lot of deliveries but please people working in this field you have to be mindful of stock rotation, cooking food thoroughly, washing your hands before and after using the bathroom and constantly just washing your hands and wear gloves when preparing the food it's a epidemic going on they should be taking even more pre cautions. I just don't get how any of them have a job coming from someone that has gotten food poisoning from some where eating out well needless to say I don't eat out much anymore...... so food for thought just be mindful if food doesn't look right like moldy cheese, bread etc throw it out who cares about food costs would you rather have a law suit from someone getting extremely sick from eating at your business? And for god sakes take pride in your work and clean your bathrooms and tables be courteous of others. That's my rule if the bathroom at the restaurant is a disgusting mess no soap to no paper towels then I usually walk out the restaurant without placing a order or eating there. When they're good, they're good. Typically I like their food and go there all the time. But I'm done. This time it was simply because they left out the syrian bread that comes with my girlfriends salad and for some reason gave us a cup of oregano on the side (which was supposed to just be IN the salad as ordered. Weird. But this isnt the first problem -Ask for olives on the salad, usually get two (with pits) -Ask for Onions and get as much onion as lettuce -ask for less onions and still get way too many -twice have had to wait for food even after arriving 5 minutes after the webpage said it was ready, one time the additional wait was over 25 minutes because they forgot to make a quesadilla, (25 minutes even though the original order was estimated at 15 minutes). Not so much as a coupon for the inconvenience. -(at state road) ordered chicken alfredo and got 5 chicken chunks the size of golfballs with huge chunks of fat that werent trimmed. Broccoli was also cut the right size for a hippo's mouth. Am I just being difficult? Maybe. But this seems like easily avoidable stuff and in some cases blatant laziness. I'm done though.
