All my interactions with the staff here were helpful and pleasant. The pickup and drop off to and from a local body shop was very convenient and the rates for my month-long rental reasonable. They also found my phone and immediately tried to track me down. Whew! Thank you! The only concern is the tires were underinflated on pick up. These guys took care of me. I was in a claim against someone with American family insurance. Their insurance company would not pay a dime more even though all the basic cars were gone, and the car they had was equivalent to what I had. The insurance company told me to kick rocks and look for another enterprise to rent a car. The guys at Enterprise were in awe of the bad service and upgraded me regardless of the bad service from American family insurance, helped move on with my day. They called afterwards to let me know the car return was fine and returned my deposit quickly. Great service I look forward to referring people your way read more

HUGE shoutout to the crew at NE 12th Bellevue Enterprise location, they were phenomenally helpful and extremely friendly during two separate rental stints in the past year. Throughout both stints, the staff at this branch really did a fantastic job of making my rental experience feel as safe as possible considering the current pandemic. Aside from the quick turnaround time, the process of getting my vehicle felt very Covid conscious and properly socially distanced. The car was clean and the interior definitely appeared as though it had been fully wiped down as they told me it would be as an extra safety precaution. This most recent experience was especially notable. For a number of reasons, I had to extend my rental 3 times, and Olivia and Jonathan at this branch made it as fast and painless an experience as possible in these weird times. On top of that, I had a tire blow out the night before I was supposed to return the vehicle for good. Though it was after-hours, Enterprise took care of towing the car to an in network Firestone repair shop as close to where I live as possible, dropping the car and the key and arranging a repair as soon as possible. When I explained the situation to the NE 12th Enterprise branch, they were VERY helpful in giving me options to return the vehicle to another Enterprise branch since it most likely would not be ready before this one closed for the weekend. When I finally got the car back to the other location (NE 8th in Bellevue) and apologized profusely for going over my contract a full day, the manager Connor was super friendly, understanding of the situation, and very helpful in sorting out my account. I honestly will never rent cars from another company after this and other experiences with this specific Enterprise branch. Look I get it. Bring in my boyfriends card instead of one with my name is a amateur move. Getting upset with them wasn't the best either. I was under the impression that my card was locked. Whatever. Found out that's not the case. Cool. The thing that gets me is that you guys acted like I was bringing some random persons card in again. Even when I stated I had a card in my name on the first call back to you guys to fix MY mistake. You assumed that I was trying someone else's card. That's on you guys, not me. You made a normal customer feel like a bad person. I fixed my mistake. Hope you don't make your next customer feel like this. I didn't think enterprise would ever let me down. They've been great every time I'd used them in the past. This time though, I'm on my way to pick up the car I've reserved and they call me one minute after pick up time to tell me, as I'm on my way in, that they have no inventory, and then cheerfully hang up on me. Came this morning to get my rental car. There was no line and they processed the rental fast. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and was not overly pushy about selling insurance. I'm a bit annoyed because the car didn't have a full tank of gas but I guess that means I can return it with the same amount. Got the exact car I wanted and they even helped me put the seats in the van down into the floor. The car is a current year model and nicely maintained. read more

Car was smelly, service was slow (though, admittedly polite), and salesmen found sneaky little ways to up the cost. I got in a car accident at the end of December when we experienced the one day of snow here. I was without a car for over a week and while waiting for my husband to ship up our car from Texas I needed a way to get around town and most importantly to work. At first, Andy the manager was very helpful and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me with a rental to get by while I awaited the arrival of my vehicle. I only intended to keep the rental for 2 weeks, they charged my card $200 when I first picked up the car then 2 weeks later I got a notification from my bank Chase saying that Enterprise had taken out an additional $680 from my account. Andy claimed he didn't hear from me so they took out an additional deposit from me. I find that incredibly bizzare because I was told by him that I never needed to call in the first place to extend my rental and that they would just charge my card when I return the car. He went back on his word and then I realized of course he was friendly and helpful in the beginning he just wanted my business. To my surprise after they took out $680 from my account the following Monday a week later they had the nerve to charge my card another $375! These people just charge and charge your card without informing you prior. I, like most people don't have a million dollars sitting in my account. I work 10 hour days, 6 days a week and live paycheck to paycheck. Enterprise on 12th St in Bellevue made my checking account negative twice! I was told that a newer employee of theirs had accidently put an authorization on my card. It's a shame that they rather throw one of their employees under the bus for a mistake rather than take responsibilty for what they F*cked up on! That is unacceptable!!!! When I went in to the store in person, I wanted to speak with Andy since he's the person I'd been dealing with from the beginning and what really pissed me off was that he saw me come in and he was on the phone. The young man at the counter asked if he could help me, I said No thanks, I would like to wait for Andy. Andy got off the phone and the yooung man told him that I was waiting to speak to him and Andy looked at me then to his co worker and shook his head "No". At that point I was absolutely livid! I could not believe my eyes after they robbed me of over $1200 that he would have the audacity to turn me away because he knew that he had over charged my account multiple times! NEVER USE THIS ENTERPRISE!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, AND THEIR MANAGER DESERVES TO BE DEMOTED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND OVER $1000 WITH HIM! Normally Enterprise is excellent however this recent experience did not meet Enterprise's normal standards. They could not meet their promises and caused me to miss a morning meeting. I called them a day before I was going to rent a vehcile to make a reservation. There was some sort of problem with their system for reservation so the employee told me to call back in the morning to get picked up at 8am. When I called, they promised the "driver is on his way and you'll be picked up in a few minutes" - 30minutes later no one came yet. I called again and he said the driver did not have his cell phone on him but just wait outside and he'll be there - so basically I had to wait outside in the cold to ensure this driver picked me up at the right apartment complex. . . then they overcharged me on the return. Again normally Enterpirse is excellent - this was not one of them. read more

We needed a car for only one day and Enterprise had a great price. We arrived at the front desk and we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who quickly got us signed in and on our way to pick up the car in the downstairs lot. We went down and again were greeted by a very nice young man who took us to our car. He offered to give us another model if we didn't like the one that we were assigned. We opted to keep the Chevy we were given first. We were quickly on our way. After driving it for the day I wished I would have accepted the offer as it was small and my long legs had a hard time. Friendly staff, efficient service, and streamlined experience. We rented a cargo van from this location during our move. The rental was easy (done online), the pickup was fast, and the return super simple (after hours drop-off). The cargo van was clean, and a model that was easy to use for our purposes. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the location. Getting in and out on that busy street if you come the wrong way can be difficult (no left turns), and during busy hours the parking lot is difficult to navigate. And we was also getting confused because of Hannah, and one more guy from there. But at the very end Collin, the branch manager, helped us. Employees have no training and their technology is poor. One hour wait for basic rental

My car was supposed to be repaired by Kirmac in Bellevue by Friday, so I returned my rental to the Enterprise by my house in downtown Seattle and had my boyfriend drop me off at work (in Bellevue). When the repair shop called at 3:00PM on a Friday to tell me my car wouldn't be ready after all, I had to scramble to find a car to get home with over the weekend. Since I was using insurance they referred me to this Enterprise. They "only had mini-vans", but I needed a car so I asked if they could get me from work (5-10 minutes away). He sighed and agreed. When we got to the location he told me that the giant (not "mini" by any stretch of the imagination) van he brought me in would be what I was renting. I explained to him that I live downtown and wouldn't be able to navigate the streets or parking with the huge bus he gave me. His response was, "I explained to you on the phone that this is all we have. If you don't want it I can take you back". Overall, the representative, Ryan, was rude and not helpful in any way. I had to call my insurance to figure out a solution and they contacted the other Enterprise in Bellevue (which I was not aware of), who were extremely helpful and got me in a manageable sedan for the weekend. I would not recommend this place for anything. They didn't care a bit that driving this car would've been extremely unsafe and uncomfortable for me. Go to the Enterprise off 140th instead - much more helpful. read more

Went to auto nation for some warranty work on my car. Heard the person helping me call to request someone come get me for my courtesy vehicle. I was on my lunch break. I waited for an hour and called enterprise to see what the hold up was. They said they never received a request, which was a lie. I ended up just waiting for my maintenance to be done for almost 3 hours, which put me into rush hour traffic when I left. I also have to make up the time when I get to work. I will never get that 3 hours back, nor will I ever rent a car from enterprise. Horrible customer service! Thanks for ruining my Friday night enterprise! Not! read more

Pick up delayed for 50min, called 5 times only heard lies about traffic. My house is only 2 min drive and never had heavy traffic nearby. I would have walked there if they told me up front that it will take them 50min to arrive! No apologies at all from the driver or the agent, they acted like nothing happened... What is worse, the assistant insisted on selling me a Tesla instead of the car on the reservation. I made it clear I am not paying any extra and she still kept on selling me Jeep, SUV... etc, showing no respect of my time. It took me another 20min to finally get down to a Camry. In the end, I was still charged $86 extra on the credit card and involved in endless calls with them. Number is always busy, even if they picked up the call, they will excuse and promise to call back later and never does. A different agent on the line every time and I had to explain over and over again. The best situation was being told to get a refund in 3 days which never show up ... Worse experience ever! Will never deal with enterprise ever again! Suggestions for you if you somehow still have to deal with them: 1. Don't use the pick up service if you have any other means to go there! They told me it is a free service and there is no guarantee! If you have to use it, prepare to wait for ~1 hour and have something else to do, keep calling in the meantime. 2. Careful about the car type they give you. Their pad will quietly change the price even if you are told no need to pay extra. 3. Ask them to print you the bill when returning the car. If there is anything wrong, fix it on the spot! It is very difficult once you left the office! read more

I had a reservation at 8am for Fullsize SUV. I arrived at the place at 8:20am, and was kept waiting until 9am because they say the car was just returned and they need to clean. It was the next day of July 4th and the place was crowded, but still I had the reservation and my car should be ready at the time I reserved! Anyway, our departure was delayed due to this. Once we started our trip, my family immediately noticed several issues. Juice was spilt all over in the car, clipped nails in the rear door pocket, a toothbrush in the driver's seat pocket, etc. Clearly they just cleaned the exterior but did nothing about interior. This is not acceptable for the price I paid (over $150/day). As I drove, I also noticed the washer fluid is low and also the front right tire air pressure was low. I returned the car this morning. The guy at the counter printed the receipt and gave it to me, telling me that they charge the remaining amount to my card. While I was waiting for my wife to pick me up, I was reading the receipt, and then noticed I was being charged for all the insurances that I declined! I went back to the counter and told the guy about it, and then he printed a new receipt and told me that the refund will appear on my card in a few days. Absolutely no single word of apology. Seriously? Is this how you do your business? At this point I don't trust them at all so I will keep watching my card activity to see if the refund actually appears. I had a good experience at this Enterprise place in the past, and that's why I chose this place again this time, but unfortunately, there will not be next time. ---- Edit (Response to Enterprise comment): Sure I will send the info, but I didn't take any pictures of the car interior, my mother cleaned the interior a lot (though I kept the toothbrush as it was), and the guy took the original incorrect receipt from me, so internal investigation may not reveal anything. We had reserved a car in the Chrysler 300 class, scheduled for pickup at 1pm. Two days before pickup I realized we would not need it that early, so I called to change the pickup time to 4pm. No problem, they said. However, when I got there at 4pm they said that since I did not show up within 2 hours of the scheduled 1pm pickup, they had rented my car to someone else and would I accept this other smaller one. Gag. Why would they not honor my phone instructions? Bad form. In the end, they did find me a car that was large enough for what I needed, so they made good. However, it took a few harsh words with one of the crew members before the head guy came in to fix it. In the end they did provide what I needed and I was satisfied, but I would not give more than 2 stars unless they delivered what they said they would based on my phone conversation. read more

This is for the Enterprise rental office on 140th in Bellevue . They tried to scam me into paying for liability insurance. They sales intern asked me if I wanted exrta liability insurance and I said very clearly no. He then circled the liability insurance clauses- and told me to initial the circles. Well two of the circles actually were for agreeing to pay for the coverage. So my credit card started getting a daily charge of $19 a day. I called up and told them to knock it off. I felt stupid for not paying closer attention but this guy knew that customers do not read the fine print on these rental agreements. When I returned the car I told the sales rep at the counter that they snookered me and he got testy and wanted me to state that the intern "misunderstood me". BS!!! This was a flat out set up. Everyone knows that these sales guys make extra money off these type of add on charges. Its a big deal as far as staying employed there. This rep then charged me for sales tax on my credit card even though my insurance company was paying the bill. So now I have to haggle with my insurance company to get my money back. In other words- do not trust these guys- they are playing games.Go somewhere else. read more

Call got routed to the call center in the Phillipines and when I asked to be rerouted got a long-winded response and more questions so after 10 minutes of going round and round said good-bye. I had a recall on my car, and I needed an temporary car for commute to work. The car dealer booked me to this place, and said everything should be pay for from the car manufacturer. The guy that helped me was friendly, he insisted I get the standard rate coverage, and $100 safe deposite will be returned back to me. After I returned the car, I was charged $115.88 for the standard coverage which I'm assuming the manufacturer would covered. Few days later i talked to him about the safe deposite, and he said that the safe deposite will be returned to my account within three days. I called back today which is about week or two from the last time I talked to them. Another guy pick up saying that the total fee was exceeded more than $100 so the $100 will be added on to my total which is $215.88. Friendly staff, bad business. read more

Everything was great at the NE 12th office. When I went to pick up the car, they were very busy and really understaffed. Toby was running his legs off trying to help everyone. The phones were ringing, people were coming in the door one after another to either drop off or pick up a car. Toby never lost his cool. He treated the phones as priority, since we that were there could see what was happening; but he still managed to take us in turn. Kudos to Toby for being professional and courteous. Days later, I called re slight problem with my car. They suggested that I go to Kirkland Enterprise since I was already in Kirkland. Kirkland treated me with respect and attended to my problem quickly. When I checked in my car at Puyallup Enterprise, they also were professional. I had my car for over a month after a car accident. My experience with this Enterprise location was ok. Staff is nice and great but they lack car selections and they are under prepped. For instance, I made a car rental reservation a week in advance. All I wanted was an intermediate car for the weekend. That's all. Day of reservation comes around and all they had for me was a Smart Car or a Hyundai Santa Fe (which is an additional $30). What's the point of making a reservation when I won't get the car I requested. Either car I selected I would get burned out of the deal. I bit the bullet and just went with the Hyundai and paid the extra $30. I assume that this is what they do on the regular because this location probably needs the money and that sales rep needs that upgrade bonus. I'll just stick with my Lake city location that I've always gone to. read more

Great place to rent a vehicle. I needed a pickup truck to move a few things out of my storage unit, and the location I had originally chosen did not have one. They referred me to this location and when I got there, the manager overheard me speaking with one of the employees about what I needed the truck for. He offered to give me a cargo van for the same price instead, so that I wouldn't have to tie anything down in the truck. That was when I realized I had forgotten to get plastic to keep my mattress dry anyway! Lifesaving offer. read more
