Some buddies of mine were in town and wanted to go to a strip club. I usually go to perfect 10 but they were staying downtown so this place was closest. I hadn't been here in about several years so decided I'd give it another shot . The girls use to be in great shape , $20 dances, average cost for drinks etc. Boy that's changed . We first got bombarded at the door by dancers before we could even grab a table we asked for a few minutes so we can get settle and they wouldn't let up. Some left after about 30 min and another girl introduced herself and asked if we'd like to get a private room with them for $1000 a hour PER GIRL ! On top of $500 for the "cabana" which is just a table with a mesh curtain from what we seen from the "tour" . We weren't interested. We told them we would be open to dances and they seemed insulted and and left. We talked to a few other girls whome informed us its actually $800 a hour, but still ? Most of the girls here wont even engage or stick around unless your spending thousands. A few girls gave us some lap dances for $50 PER dance, definitely not worth the money . Pretty lazy dances, more like robots. No personalities, charm , or engagement. Our drinks ran about 10- 12 bucks, there were quite a few overweight dancers to my surprise, they use to have the prettiest girls. The last time I had been there the girls were very in shape not sure what happened. Our waitress was almost no existant I guess because we didn't buy a bottle. So we kept having to go to the bar for drinks which sucked bc it's hard to enjoy your time when u have to run down your own drinks. It's a nice club but just way overpriced and not much difference than most clubs I've been to so not sure why they are so expensive with vip , dances , drinks etc . Definitely wont be back . Went to this place last night with a group. 3 guys 3 girls. Paid $10 each to get in. We sat at a regular table in the center section. We were told that every table in the joint was bottle service only. Place was half empty. I couldn't believe my fuckin ears so I asked the server again "you mean to tell me we can't order 2 or 3 drinks apiece and tip some girls and get some dances?" and she again repeated if we wanted to stay we had to order a $300 bottle. I felt bad for the server cuz she knew what she was telling us was bullshit. Somebody told her to come over and give us the bottle service only spiel. We would have sat there for an hour or two and the server would have made an easy $50 in tips but she was deprived of that by some dickhead manager who was either greedy or didn't want us there. I marched my ass back to the counter at the door, explained my grievance and we were all refunded the cover fee, that's how they earned at least one star. Additionally, this place is not very diverse in terms of dancer body type. They were all skinny long backs not a fat ass or thick thigh in the whole place. If you aren't VIP or buying bottle service, you don't exist. We were there for about 4 hours and not once did anyone approach us even though there were over 40 girls there that night. We were even told by one girl that she was strictly VIP when my fiancée went to ask for a dance for me meanwhile she sat on her ass for about two hours. Then on the non-VIP section some guys bought a bottle and she along with four other girls swarmed the table right next to us. My fiancée finally went and stood waiting for a girl to quit talking to a manager to ask for a dance for me. I don't know if it's because we were a couple or they thought we didn't have money or what but it was ridiculous. To top off the night a $217 bar tab for a few drinks and they don't even show you an itemized receipt. Oh well at least I kept my money in my pocket and the girls lost out on some money. Total scam. Went with a bachelor party, spent about $600.00 with a girl and another $100 or so on drinks. Some random manager girl comes back with my card demanding a tip for herself (the manager, no idea what for or why), and a receipt for $690.00. They just fabricated $90.00 out of thin air. I paid it, refused to tip the manager, and tiped the dancer $100 cash. Just checked my cc statement, and there is a completely random, separate, unauthorized, fraudulent charge for almost $300! For what?! I have two receipts, 1 for drinks and 1 for dances. So don't go to this place if you don't want to burn $1000.00 for 2 hours with a girl and a few drinks, and be subject to credit card fraud. read more

First of all.. ordering a steak from a club was sketchy at first but after the first bite it was well worth it. The over all experience was pretty great other than having a rude waitress charge $9 a beer when finding out a beer was $7 with our new waitress going into the night shift. I've never had a waitress confuse me and miscommunicate with me til now. BEWARE: Had the same experience as Edward in the previous reviews. I went here for my bachelor party and got a VIP table with a dancer. It was explained I can get a 30 min dance with champagne included for around $500 plus tip, which I agreed to and paid. Right after the dance started, two other dancers came in asking if I wanted them to join, and I told them to go get my friends out in the main area and invite them in. After they came, I gave my card to the waitress again and she went off to run the charge for their dances, also about $500 each or $1,000 total. However, she comes back and says my card won't work and asks if I have another one. I get a little worried because I only brought one card to the bar, so in embarrassment I ask my friend next to me if he can put up his card, which he did because he's a good dude and it's my bachelor party. Anyway, the dances continue and we finish up, and after my friend and I go to close out the night (me just realizing I never got my card back after the waitress told me my card wouldn't work). She brings us both receipts and our cards, and my friend and I get a charge for about $500 each (thinking she split the $1000 I was failed to be charged before). I come to find out the next day that the $1000 charge actually went through, and I calmly emailed the Palazio explaining that I believe my friends and I were double charged for everything, and asked for reciepts. Brenda, the finance person, writes me back saying she needed ID to release the receipts, and I politely oblige and she sends me the receipts. When I review the receipts, it is painfully obvious that my signature was forged on the $1,000 charge, and of course I have two witnesses who were with me that will attest to the same fact that Jordan (the waitress) told us all my card didn't work and never brought me a receipt for that charge. I email Brenda back explaining the circumstances, and she dismisses me and tells me I was charged correctly and that the signatures all look "almost identical". Keep in mind they also ask you to fingerprint the receipts: on the first receipt (I know I signed) the fingerprint is plain as day and shows the whole fingerprint in dark black ink, definitely mine. On the forged receipt, the fingerprint is only partially visible and looks like someone else lightly stamped the corner tip of their finger. I asked Brenda to provide video footage of me signing both receipts and fingerprinting, since it doesn't make sense that my friends and I would be charged over $3,000 for what was supposed to be three 30 minutes lap dances. She again said the receipts are real and refused to provide any other evidence. I am confident this place definitely engages in defrauding their customers and needs to be held accountable for it, which is why I encourage anyone who shares this experience to please message me. For those of you that still decide to patronize this place, I recommend you definitely pay in cash only. read more

Let me start off by saying the military discount to get in was great. It's nice to be appreciated fighting for freedom, and a 50% off for cover definitely made us feel appreciated. We were immediately identified as a bachelor party, and were unfortunately preyed upon like a wounded wildebeest amongst a pack of beautiful topless lionesses. The staff is AWESOME (attentive, great service, friendly, entertaining) - hostess, waitress, dancers, DJ - everyone! Awesome football game playing on the TVs (NFC Championship!). Had an early lunch - we ordered the filet w/ baked potato and onion rings, angel hair pasta w/shrimp and tomatoes, spinach salad w/bacon, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, toasted pecans (w/balsamic vinaigrette), plus the bacon wrapped jalapeño shrimp appetizer. The food here is surprisingly tasty and fresh - not what I was expecting. The spinach salad was the hit - absolutely delicious and huge. The filet was over-cooked and under-seasoned, but we were just too full to send it back. They kindly comped us a few drinks and a dessert, which was greatly appreciated. I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect. My husband and I were looking for a new experience and I have to say That's exactly what we got! We went on a Sunday early afternoon (no cover, two drink min) and it was the perfect atmosphere since there weren't alot of people so we had a great view of the dancers. The dancers were very nice, and entertaining and two in-particular were very pretty and had great bodies. Our waitress was very nice but even after the two drinks they still charge for water, it's just better to keep your drink full. I'd rather spend my money on tipping the dancers and lap dances. ($20 lap dances all day) As a female I really enjoyed the dancers, one dancer would grab my breasts when I would go up for a closer look. Another would give me a great view of her shaking technique. Very nice. The dancers were courteous when it came to my husband, knowing he was with me and weren't pushy. Wanted to update my review since the Palazio has updated itself! Is this even the same place?? Seriously, I didn't think it could have gotten any better, but I've been known to be wrong a time or two before. Let me start with the aesthetic updates: The enormous LED screen behind the main stage was awe inspiring. It was an amazing venue for UFC whatever-number. The new chandelier lights are nothing short of gorgeous, and look like something straight out of Vegas!! While we didn't go VIP, we took a stroll through the area and it has been completely redesigned with a full wrap-around granite bar. We opted for bottle service and the complete experience was great! Palazio has always been our gentlemens' club of choice, and it has never been better! The cherry on top of this Vegas-in-Austin sundae was the fact that the DJ played ZERO Hip-Hop. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate and love hip-hop when I want to shake my booty, I have just always felt that it didn't have a place in a gentlemens' club. It was really nice to see that there were a lot of sexy female patrons, dressed to impress! I would attribute this to the amazing women's room attendant. I'm embarrassed that I don't remember her name, but she is running a tight ship these days in that ladies' room and it shows! The place is easily the nicest gents club in ATX. Recently remodeled. Spacious and ultra courteous waitresses. The dancers are best as I can tell the best looking in town. That being said, it's hit or miss like any strip club. Cover is usually between ten and twenty. Bottle of beer runs just under seven. Lap dance about thirty ( dances are free to set their own price so be sure to ask before getting one or several ). In my opinion, getting bottle service. You'll probably spend around 200 but trust me you'll spend less that you would on the same amount of alcohol buy the glass and receive added attention as a result most likely. The managers are always quick to drop an additional discount if you just ask. Another good tip is to get to know a couple of waitresses and ask for them when you get there.
