I love this place! I got there just after they opened to get a pedicure and there was no one in the front (understandable, they were getting set up). I said hello and the lady (didn't catch her name) came up front and was very friendly. Shortly after 3 other employees came in, and it was good they did because 3 more customers came in. I didn't talk to 2 of the employees but the 2 did were very helpful. My feet were very calloused and the technician doing my feet was giving me helpful tips. Very clean place and great people. If i could rate lower i would.. don't bother making an appointment. They will not honor your appointment and call you 30 minutes before your appointment to tell you they are running behind and need to reschedule you an hour and a half later and that they would give you a 15 minute pedicure so they could close on time. This place is not good. I have tried it several times.They have high prices and do not do a great job. They cut almost every one of my fingers during the mani, and last two pedicures looked horrible. I would not recommend Palazzo nails the nail tech doing my fill cut 4 of my fingers, i was literally dripping blood and they continued to file my nails i had to ask for some alcohol to clean the blood and cuts because i feared it getting infected. They also attempted to put cuticle oil on with a nail polish brush from the bottle even though i had cuts on my cuticles, i asked that they not apply it. read more

I've gone numerous times and the first few times were absolutely spectacular but more times than not I have been unhappy with the quality of their nails. I think they mostly lack attention to detail They do not get close to the cuticles with polish, dont let polish dry or apply too much so waiting to dry is way longer than it should, they cut nails inward so they look wonky and not straight, and for pedicures 1) when scrubbing they only work one part so you actually feel raw on the 10% they work and feel unfinished on the other 90% 2) they leave your feet rougher than when you come in (like they can simply file harder or finish with a finer file). The first few times the leg massages and attention to detail were so good but they've really tanked and I'm actually really mad. read more

I would rate it 0 stars if I could, I would even sue if I could. Growing up I was always scared to get a pedicure because I've always heard from people that they get infections and it takes years to take off. Well this was a very important date that I had to get my toes done for it was prom and the shoes I wore showed my toes so I decided maybe one time won't hurt. So I go in and ask for frenchies on my nails and my toes and I wanted both of them to be acrylic. They had told me acrylic on toes and nails would be 140$ I had never payed for mani and pedi since this was my first time so I agreed knowing prom was in two days. I also didn't know how much they usually are. Apparently to them I came too late to even have this service done so they told me two people would be doing my mani and pedi at the same time. So they start to do them and of course they hurt me in the process burning me with the nail file a couple times. I then go home and soon realize that all my nails are different sizes and a month goes by and my toes are now grown out I decided to take them off myself because I was already disappointed with their work and so I did. I begin to cry when I realize that they gave me foot fungus and this the only reason why I didn't ever want to get a pedicure from a nail salon and of course they give me foot fungus. I am super mad knowing this will take years on end to get back to normal. Never ever go here. read more

Love this place! Tony and Trina are the best. We've never had a bad experience here and they are very professional. The pedicures are soooo relaxing and the level of perfection on my nails is beyond expectations. Although I always have an appt, they are able to get walk-ins taken care of with little wait. The salon is extremely clean and neat. I always see the techs disinfecting their tools and washing hands. Although masks are not required, the staff are always masked. The guy that did my pedicure was sent straight from heaven. He was so gentle and was even able to remove all my ingrown nails with no pain at all! He did a beautiful job on my pedicure and its still on 2 weeks later with no chips looking brand new! I also got a gel manicure. I like to keep my nails very short and the lady that did my manicure had a little trouble because the color I picked was quite sheer and my nails were so short it was hard for her to properly apply. It took a little longer than usual but it still came out looking perfect. They both took their time and were very detail oriented and my manicure and pedicure both came out flawless! read more

My girlfriends and I decided to have a group mani and pedi on our trip. We noticed this place was new and decided to give it a shot . (Also because if the 30% off special that we saw) . Anyways the place was clean (all the tools they use on you are discarded after the mani or pedi ) and the customer service was actually great to my pleasant surprise. I usually have some kind of funny story when I leave a nail salon cuz the workers usually talk smack about me not knowing I'm Viet . Anyways - on top of the clean and great service , anise who worked on me offered the palazzo bomb pedi so I decided to go for it since it was discounted anyways . It was so relaxing and soothing!! First time coming in since the reopening they were great love my nails. They were pretty busy when I went in but got me in and out quick

This was our 3rd time at Palazzo for mani/pedi #1. Started with the Pedi which turned into pedi w/mani all at the same time. Sorry but that is anything but relaxing, not to mention the awkwardness of having to twist in every direction so both techs can work. #2. Second visit we did just mani and then added the pedi which worked better but ended up with not great work on the polish #3. Just did mani. (Let me mention here we are doing the powder mani). Asked for manicure with nail color change. Ended up with just the nail color change. NO manicure. Thus here i am two weeks later and already the powder polish edges all around are lifting and snagging. Not worth the money paid. Other issue is the techs to carry on conversations between themselves while performing services. Just find it very unprofessional. Friendly conversation is welcome although it doesn't seem they speak English quite fluently or they just don't care. They have a great shop & location but very unhappy with the services - won't be going back. read more

Called for a last minute pedicure to end my stressful weekend on a relaxing note and they got me right in! Very clean and nice atmosphere. Large wall of nail colors. Multiple services and a wide variety of pedicures. I got the Dream pedicure complete with callus remover, sugar scrub, hot stone massage, and hot towel. They were very accommodating to my every need. Don't get my nails done often but I finally had the time and wanted full set acrylics and the lady doing my nails rushed it, cut my cuticle and they were not smooth whatsoever. I was really disappointed because the pricing was great. Walmart's nail salon is better to be quite honest. I was referred here by my friend who's nails always look perfect so maybe I just got the wrong person at the wrong time. Definitely a hit or miss. For $45 I wouldn't chance it. It was my first time my friend and I went there. I have been trying to find a new nail place near home. I loved the atmosphere, the staff were very welcoming and very engaging in conversation with the both of us. Their prices for the amount of work they do and the variety of options was amazing. Also when asking for advice they really educated us on the vitamins used in their product as well. What products last longer and are better compared to other places. Skeptical at first since it use to be owned by Lovers Nails (a beloved salon I use to go since I've moved to the valley). But as I immediately walked into the salon I noticed it had gotten a major facelift. I also saw there were more pedi chairs and it was very clean! I was happy to see that it looked more modern but I was not going to go just by looks. I looked at the menu and the prices went up a little (only familiar with the pedi pricing) but the treatments they offered within each service was impressive. I decided on the Palazzo Bomb Organic Pedicure and it was luxurious and soo worth the price! My favorite part was getting scrubbed with grapefruit halves along with the sugar scrubs! And the hot stone massage made me feel like a queen! The nail tech even practiced safe sanitation techniques along with a new plastic wrap for the pedi tub. Everyone else was friendly and I was surprised to see a few familiar faces! The quality of the experience I received left me very impressed, I plan on being back! read more

I am so angry and dissatisfied with this place. I used to go here every 2 weeks when it was lover nails and spa..this weekend I set up an apnt for 6 of us at 4pm and I called a hr before to confirm and said we will be there at 4. Well we showed up and they accidentally canceled all of our appointments. We then had to wait. Once they started on some of us of of my friends had to wait about an hr to get started on. My foot was cut bad and bleeding, one of my other friends got 2 cute on 2 different fingers, and another friend had an infected finger and toe. NOT ACCEPTABLE! also was more expensive..and we were there 3.5 hrs for 4 lol bc they messed up out appointments..and offered not even a discount. I used to come to this salon when it was under different owners. I came in for the first time in a long time because my usual salon is a far drive and I was in a hurry. I made an appointment at 4:30. I arrived at about 4:15 and they seemed slow an took me in right away. I sat down to do my pedicure first and usually (any salon I've been to in the past) would want to soak off my dip from my nails while doing my pedicure, but not here... the older woman doing my pedicure was very nice and did a good job but she left for a few minutes came back and was whispering to herself the entire rest of the pedicure which was very awkward for me who was trying to relax after a very long hard week and for the woman next to me who seemed slightly agitated by it. She was done with my pedicure by about 4:50 and I sat in the chair until almost 5:30 before I was moved over to finally start soaking off my dip. By the time I left it was after 6:30. While I was disappointed that they took so long they did do a good job on both mani an pedi and they were very apologetic. They seem like they are new to the game and are not very organized in taking appointments/walk ins. I will say when I first walked in I was greeted by the sweetest little girls who was one of the most outgoing kids I have ever met, she was eager to help me pick out my color and came back multiple times to giggle and show me her game she was playing! Overall this salon isn't bad but I do miss how great the old owners were! read more
