ZERO STARS!!! I went here with confidence for my WEDDING NAILS because of the reviews and recommendations from my sister. My sisters, daughter, and I just left there. And I say no to not coming back here! The first lady that greeted me started on my nails right away. But then kept jumping back and forth between me and other customers, helping others, leaving me in my chair for over 30mins. She was taking better care of everyone else around me, but me. Then a second lady started to work on my nails and I asked what happened to the other lady and she said, "Why? She busy. You want her!?" That was rude. I said, "Well, I didn't know who you were and no one told me." She continued to work on my hands then left. Then the first lady came back. She then said she didn't know how to do French tip! (SERIOUSLY?!) Then the second lady came back and said she wasn't a fan of my choice: French tip with chrome top. "Ugh. I'm not a fan. Not a fan." I can't believe she said that out loud. She then cut my left thumb. And as soon as I took my hand back and said she hurt me, she immediately started talking to the other worker in a different language. I had a feeling she was talking negatively about me. She then asked if I liked the chrome look she just did. And I said more chrome. She got mad and said, "More?!" You want more?!" I said yes. And they left paint still on my hand. This place was terrible and it left me with a terrible experience. Only one lady was nice and she didn't work on my nails. She work on my daughter's nails and did a fantastic job on hers. So, I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Upon entry I must say is so clean and beautiful in this place! I was warmly greeted at the door and the grand opening special was explained to me. I chose the "Pamper Me " Pedicure and a refill. Tiffany did my pedicure and she was so much fun, kind talkative and very engaging ! She did an AMAZING job on my pedicure, the pedicure does come with a fruits scrub and her massage was heavenly. Tiffany left my little piggly wigglies feeling Ah-MAZING! Simultaneously while getting my pedicure Rae completely my nails she is completely versed well and she executes the design that I wanted to perfection and even found a work around when we needed to ! I came across this business because they have late hours and they were close to my work. I stopped in for a pedicure around 6:45 they closed at 7:30pm but told me not to worry. They asked me while I was being serviced for a drink and also if I needed a manicure (my hands looked rough). The great experience starts right from making the appointment, which is a breeze and seamless from the website! It was a quiet Sunday afternoon at the salon, I was immediately greeted and my appointment confirmed. The salon is immaculate, modern and spanking new! The salon chairs are deluxe! They have a whole set of back and arm massage modes. There was a 20% discount for all new customers so I chose the coffee pedicure. While I was being set up I was offered a beverage, I chose tea and to my surprise was brought a lovely assortment of tea bags to choose from! Tiffany provided hands down the best pedicure I have received in this country. She was attentive and took time to understand some of my pain issues without being nosy. She gave me a variety of tips to deal with the pain. The nail polish was beautifully done, it's been a week since and not a even a bit chipped. We were in the area when and come across this place, which opened recently. It appears they had some great grand opening promotions going. We had finally decided to stop in since my birthday was coming up. I opted for a gel x full set and pampered pedicure. I'm such a fan of getting gel x since I work in a healthcare setting. In my opinion, it looks so clean and nice and can last me a while. I'm so grateful for that since I live in Tucson and can only drive up every so often. The pedicure itself was such a lovely experience. The creams and scrubs they use all smell sooo good. They also have electric tools they used that were gentle yet left my feet feeling so smooth. I truly felt so pampered the entire time. The best part of it all were the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I went in to get polygel nails done for my birthday and unfortunately was really disappointed with the results. The nails were applied extremely thick, and when they were removed, my natural nails were left dented due to poor application. Service was good , place was clean , but overpriced. I got my nail done for my birthday and I had gotten an ombré effect but all they did was rub that powder on top of my solid color . Don't understand why I got charged for ombré ($15+) when it was done by cheap powder rubbed on top . I could've done that . I can understand if I got ombré with actual gel but not for a $2 cent worth of powder . I've been coming to this place quite a bit. This would be my 4th visit for my nails and 2nd visit for pedicure. I loved the way Joy did my dip nails, I've been scheduling my appts online for Joy. 3 of the 4 times I was able to get my nails done by her and the 1 time I scheduled for her but was assigned someone else she was with a client. Today I schedule online for both pedicure and dip nails w/Joy at 11:30am, because tomorrow is Mother's Day and I would be busy. I understand the place was just, she was very busy. I was seated for my pedicure, the individual who did my pedicure did a beautiful job on my toes. During my pedicure I was given a bowl to dip my nails in to take off the powder by Joy with specific instructions. During my pedicure Joy took another client. When my pedicure was done around 12:20 pm, I was asked to wait until she was done with that client. Understandable.. Joy came up to me around 12:50pm and asked if I can give her another 30 mins. I told her I had to be somewhere and had to leave by 1:30pm. She was needed at the register she left promptly. So I waited and waited and waited some more. I gave up and had to leave. I got out of my seat and washed my hands because of the nail remover liquid was still on my nails. I still had leftover nail stuff from my last dip nails. I kindly went to the lady who did my toes, I told her I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer, the time was 1:40 pm. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins to get my nails done and never got them done!l when I had scheduled an appt at 11:30 am for Joy. I left without getting my nails done. I wasted over an hour waiting when I had to be somewhere. By the time I left the bai salon, it was 1:45 pm!! I don't want to leave this review but it was upsetting to waste over hour of waiting for nothing! When I had my scheduled appointment and it wasn't a priority. I would kindly suggest to value your customers scheduled appt and make it priority to get them done before taking walk in customers. read more

This place is amazing!! I went here for the first time today and was so impressed with how clean and pretty the salon is, the pedicure chairs are ELITE. I have never sat in a comfier chair! Even better when I pulled up there was a banner that said 20% off for first time guests, score!! The staff are all so friendly and professional, they addressed me by name throughout my service and everyone was so sweet! Tina did my gel pedicure and she did such an amazing job, I have never had gel toes before and I wasn't disappointed. One of my favorite things about this nail salon was the relaxing and calming atmosphere. Instead of catchy pop songs playing in the background, they played soothing spa type music which really enhanced my experience! I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was my worst experience I have ever had. only come here if you want to spend 2 hours for a simple gel x french tip! not only did the guy doing my nails keep messing up by not making the french tip reflect the picture he wasn't even who i made my appointment with. i showed him the design he said he could do it but then i had to ask for someone else to do the simple flower cause he kept having to redo it and i was already there for and hour and 40 minutes! Then they overcharged me for the services when it was supposed to come out to 70$ they rang me up at 80$. didn't offer any discount for the inconvenience when the appointment time is only supposed to be an hour at most and i was there for two! really disappointed as i used to like coming here but never again! I usually give nail techs grace but when you are already charging so much money and on top of that you are spending more than n hour in an uncomfortable chair the very least is they can make sure all their techs are experienced.
