Who runs a 24 hour operation and you direct your call to a slumbering old lady to help? Horrible customer service, you will get charged for everything and the words you never hear " we will take care of it" doesn't exist.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and very respectful of the property. The house is very old and we were fearful that this type of work would be impossible to do. It was a very hot day and they worked straight though until the job was done. They were so kind and thoughtful to our 102 year old father. He was so grateful and relieved that he would be able to get his stairlift that would give him his much needed freedom.
