The texture was perfect and perfectly smooth. Flavors were full and rich. ingredients (like the ginger snap cookies) seemed high quality. At $5.75 for 2 half scoops it's slightly cheaper than Jeni's and very nearly as creamily perfect. My only nit pick would be the sugar level - could maybe stand a little less. But regardless, we will definitely be walking to Kokos frequently!

Looks like they also have a great food menu with sandwiches made with their own sourdough bread! Lots of good indoor and outdoor seating, in addition to a large playground for the kids. Crispy sourdough bread outside and fresh, flavorful, hot, and gooey on the inside. There are regular items on the menus and some that rotate though. The staff is helpful and wants to satisfy your needs. There's almost always a line that moves quickly. The ice cream and sandwich counters are housed in a comfortable, nicely decorated building that also has table and counter seating. Outside are picnic tables with access to shade and a roofed area. There's a playground for the youngsters and dogs are welcome.

I tried some Italian ice, not knowing what to expect. It was amazing, so delicious! So much better than Ralph's! If you know, then you know. It wasn't too sweet just right. I enjoyed the business is family owned. The owners are really kind people and very welcoming. Their son is so cute. I look forward to my next visit and I cannot wait for more of that peanut butter chocolate Italian ice.

I politely let the drive-through employee know that I had ordered a sundae and just needed sprinkles and a cherry added. Instead of fixing the mistake, she told me, "Unfortunately I can't take the ice cream back. You'll have to purchase another sundae at full price." I asked if I really had to buy a brand-new sundae because they got the order wrong, and she simply said yes -- another $5. That's unacceptable customer service. Because of this, my family of five will not be returning. There are plenty of places that value their customers, and unfortunately this is not one of them
