For my food, I ordered the Spicy Fried Chicken Sliders, Turkish Sausage Flatbread, Dan Dan Noodles, and Seared Aji Scallops. The fried chicken was juicy, spicy, and tender. The noodles were spicy and tasty. The scallops were also soft and flavorful. Though I didn't think the flatbread wasn't worth it. I will definitely be coming back! My family celebrated our 2022 Thanksgiving here and it did not disappoint. We were a little skeptical when stepping inside and seeing paintings everywhere for sale BUT me being an artist - it made me so excited! We had Diego as a server and he recommended some excellent choices for us. We did the bottomless option where you pay $40 a person and can get endless orders of whatever on the menu which I loved! Their style is like tapas, but not your average amount. The plates where small but the amount of food never disappointed. Only reason I didnt give a full 5 is because of the seating. If your planning on doing a larger party. (More than 6) it can get pretty tight. We were placed in between two other large parties and we could barely move . I've been to Palette 22 a bunch of times for a variety of occasions -- bottomless brunch, bottomless dinner, and happy hour. Every occasion is always a hit with friends who have never been, because there's always something for everyone to enjoy! Their happy hour is super reasonable and yummy. They include all the major hits. You can also order off from their regular menu if you want desserts! The bottomless brunch/dinners are always a great steal if you're hungry and want to sample a bunch of things. My favorites include lumpia, chicken sliders, bao buns, churros, and French toast sticks! This is a unique restaurant because they have a menu that is based on a fusion style Latin, Korean, Philippine, and American dishes mixed into various dishes. We came for brunch and they still had the waffle and taco bar open. I believe the best part of brunch is the bottomless brunch menu option that includes the taco bar and waffle bar. This allows you to order anything on the menu to try, and it also includes dessert. Something I think more restaurants should do, but that's what makes this places so unique. The place is quirky for sure - the live artists and art everywhere are very intriguing to watch. We had a few minutes wait with our reservation but were eventually seated toward the back of the restaurant on a very rickety table that really wasn't big enough for bottomless brunch. The hostess sat us and then the restaurant decided to forget about us. To the point that we had to flag down someone after about 20 minutes to find out what happened. Eventually, they found us a server (it was really odd because tables around us had food and service just fine, so it wasn't like we were out of sight out of mind). The manager did some by and gave us a little gift card as an apology - which was super nice of them. Anyway, once we got to ordering food, it was all decent but honestly nothing that really stood out. We tried a lot of their dishes - some came out in a timely manner, while others took a while or never made it. The freshness of the food itself was a hit or a miss. For example, the Korean cheese corn came out piping hot, but the mushroom pizza was stone cold?! The curry chicken empanada was tasty but the sliders were totally meh - also took them over 20 min to get the sliders to us. The dan dan noodles were okay and the shrimp and grits were actually tasty. Our server was also missing for long periods of time while we waited for food/ ate and that was annoying. Overall it was a super super long lunch and honestly we were just tired after. The experience itself was kinda meh from beginning to end and the inconsistency with the food and service left a not so fun impression on us. Am I likely to come again? Service was nice, pleasant atmosphere, but food was not good. My partner and I both got the Passport. 1) Curry Chicken Empanadas were bland. Lots of fried pastry which seems a waste for a small plate. 2) Pork and Shrimp Lumpias were crispy but tasteless. 3) Scallops were underdone and fishy in not a good way. 4) Dan Dan Pizza had an okay flavor, but dry (no sauce) and extremely doughy. 5) Garlic Maple Chicken Wings were extremely salty. We left a wing because they burned our mouth with the saltiness. 6&7) The Spicy Chili Crisp Fried Chicken Sliders and Cubano Sliders were okay, but still we've had better, and they definitely didn't cover the sins of the other dishes. 8) White Sangria was watery. We took home a Pepperoni Pizza because we couldn't/didn't want to eat anymore, and maybe a simple Pepperoni Pizza could be successful. Looks just as doughy as the other pizza, but we can't speak to the flavor yet. I don't know if we will even try. Ended up with a wrecked stomach in the night, definitely due to the food. Our servers name was Natalie and she was so attentive and an outright amazing server. She constantly checked in on us and made amazing recommendations! Bottomless brunch cost $28 and you can order as many entres as you'd like and there's a taco bar and waffle bar with tons of toppings and you can get unlimited amounts of waffles and tacos. I am definitely going to give this place another try. My experience was average, however the Manager apologized and made things right and sincerely wanted me to come back and try them again. We came for brunch on Easter Sunday with a group. We put in our orders at the same time, however my order of small plates were not coming out. My friends were on plates 2, 3 and 4 and I had yet to receive a 1st plate. After 40 mins or so, I just lost my appetite and cancelled my order. The Manager came over and he made some corrections and got my orders out ASAP. The Manager was sincere and genuine and wanted me to have a positive experience, and I did after that. So, the food was delicious. Incredible small bites. Our group (5 of us) all did the AYCE option. I have two complaints, that did definitely affect our time here. First, we arrived on time at our 8:45 reservation and we were led to the table then forgotten about for at least 20 minutes or more. If I hadn't asked a random server for water we would have been overlooked way longer. This issue feeds into the next issue. Once our server did arrive she was polite and apologized but she told us the kitchen closes at 9:45 (I believe I can't remember too well) we sat there in shock because that meant half our time had just been taken away from us, so we now had to select quickly and basically speed eat and order just to fully enjoy the AYCE option. The food was still delicious but our nice planned dinner now became a contest on how quick we can order and make room on the table for the next plates we wanted to order. My recommendation for anyone planning to come here especially if it's your first time do not book a later reservation, I say this as a first time goer because you may need more time to decide on what dishes you like and ones you don't like. We didn't get that option, which was a bit of disappointment to our dinner experience. On the positive note I would still come back here because the food was just that good.
