He and the other dentist acted like it was a joke as I'm in the chair for three hours. Looking back, I should have sought out another opinion, The tooth was obviously solid. I believe Dr. Murdock would have never pulled it unless it was worse case scenario. I'll never go back unless Dr. Murdock comes out of retirement.

I showed them where THEY had called ME and made the appointment on my phone, but they still refused to see me, so now I get to enjoy an entire weekend of having an exposed nerve because Young Family Dental has no idea how to run an office. UPDATE: Young Family Dental called me back 30 minutes later and apologized for losing my appointment. They did squeeze me in and got the issue fixed. The dentist who did the work was great. It would have been nice if they could have figured out their mistake before I had to make two trips, but I'm glad to have the issue resolved.

I was wholly uncomfortable during my visit. I moved from out of state and just had xrays done a…read moremonth prior that insurance paid for so I asked that they use those. The office manager told me "by law" they are required to take their own xrays for me to pay out of pocket for. She restated this nonsense three times. Having had extensive dentistry done (as a military family and im a paralegal) I WELL know there is no such law. I am astonished at someone who could lie adamantly directly to my face. Furthermore, they had a child going through a procedure next to my room, and I heard the child say "ouch, stop I need a break" and the assistant said "Oh you don't need a break, you're doing fine" and the child said "No, im scared" to which she said you're doing fine keep going. To not honor consent for a child was SHOCKING and disgusting. This place pushes boundaries and lies. So if that's your scene, go there. If not, elsewhere is best.
