I actually thought about the monthly $14.95 special they have going on, but again, you need to buy the company's own tanning products, for the tanning bed as well as the spray tans. Leave it to corporate to ruin a good thing! I am a regular customer for their Mystic Tan. They aways had great specials. I would drive 30 miles out of my way because of their reasonable prices, good product/results and good customer service. To my disappointment, their prices have been raised an arm & a leg as of 2012. I WAS SHOCKED!!!! Why do companies begin with a good thing & then greed kicks in & they want to "increase revenue"? I can tell you now, this is going to have the opposite effect on their branches. Palm Beach Tan is officially now a dime a dozen. They are no longer set apart from their competition. Well first impression was excellent! The girl working the counter was very nice, however she was very busy! I took my daughter In last night to get a spray tan for a cheer competition today! Unfortunately the girl did not explain one tan w/bronzer, accelerator & scents was going to be $60 as opposed to $ 19.99 for one a month. I overheard her "selling" the special to someone else, so I asked why we weren't offered that deal ?? She said she offered us that, no, she offered unlimited spray tan ONLY! When I asked to switch packages she said her manager "Natalie" said she could not!!! What?? As far as I'm concerned we were totally ripped off!!! $60 for 1 tan???? When the lady after us gets $20 for a tan!! Just watch out... Sad thing is they could have totally rectified the situation, and it would have worked out better! I feel being a new customer they could have explained the $20 special w/reoccurring debit instead of charging us $60 for 1 tan! We WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE!! I go to Palm Beach Tan when I need a spray tan for special occasions. The girls that work there are very nice and well informed and they help you make a good decision based on how dark you want to go versus how it came out last. time. I have been happy with the results each time I've come in. The only minor drawback is that because they only have one booth for the Mystic Tan you usually have to wait until it's available. read more

This was my first tanning experience, i love the beds. The price is expensive but they were not honest with me, and tried to make me pay for an extra month when trying to cancel after my first month. The girl there said i needed to be charged twice before being allowed to cancel. Even though i was never informed of this prior nor was it in my contract. She proceeded to try and look in her store manual, which she also was unable to fine that stipulation. She then said she canceled me but couldn't give me a copy because her printer didn't work. When i first signed up there were parts of my package that i was suppose to receive that they didn't give me until i asked for it. I prefer giving my business to an honest company. Love their spray tans but sucks that they raised their prices on all the mystic additives!!! I would rather pay more on my membership and less on additives! Haven't tanned in awhile. My regular salon closed down. So I walked into PBT to see what they had to offer. I ended up on the diamond package. The beds I've used are fantastic! No complaints at all. So far, CS has been good except for when I spray tanned. I wasn't told about the other spray tan options and the employee knew I was not new to tanning. She gave me the tan that came with my package. Which is quiet disappointing. I feel as if it forces you to upgrade and spend more money. The color was orange and splotchy. I won't use the bottom level spray ever again. It was also stinky. The establishment is super clean though, and employees are informative IF YOU ASK. They certainly don't offer more info than asked for. Pricey for sure but I'm used to a mom and pop business that was $30 unlimited a month since I had been a member 8 years. You can't beat their diamond beds though. Recently moved to Orange County and had to cancel my membership because there wasn't any palm beach tan in the area. I tried a salon at a gym oh my goodness.... I hated it. When I got engaged, I wanted to make sure that I still had my nice golden glow from summer, so I would drive 15 minutes to get to the Chino location. Boy was it worth it! And they opened one closer to me in Orange County! So happy! read more

I've never had a spray ran before but I did recently for a friends wedding I was in. This place has an amazing spray tan system that gives such amazing results! The staff is super friendly, my only pet peeve is the prices. I know I left paying $50+ dollars for a tan because they get u with adding scents so you don't smell like the spray can but instead coconuts then something else they add to make the tan last longer. My best friend and I have been coming here for about 3 years. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a great selection of beds, but this review is about the real gem of this store, Roxy. Roxy is warm, welcoming, kind and truly loves her job. She's taken the time to learn EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING) so that she can help you meet and exceed your tanning goals. She's amazing just to talk to, she knows so much and is one of the nicest, coolest people I've met. I can't recommend enough coming in and letting her help you find the tanning program for you. They have the best assortment of beds and the staff is friendly unlike the staff over at the corona location. No matter what time of the day it is, I've never had to wait. Do not give these people control of taking money out of your account. I moved to a place where there is no Palm Beach tan and they will not let me cancel without going to the original location in person. They don't return calls and I've been paying for a service I'm not using and cannot use. The one time I did get someone on the phone they were not helpful AT ALL. I had to be inconvenienced and figure out a way around their system to get the payments to stop. All this corporation cares about is getting money whatever way they can, even if it's bad business.
