The girls at this location are wonderful! .. But it gets pretty busy in there at night and there is only one girl there to take care of everyone. It would help tremendously to add another employee to keep it moving. It can be a long wait when someone wants to check In but the one young lady working is explaining all the spray tanning options and needing to clean beds before others can use them. Also, it's not safe to have one girl closing alone at night. I only go at night and it's NOT safe out there. Please add a second employee at night! read more

I had an amazing experience at this location Cait went above and beyond she explained all the tanning techniques and services my friend and I have very different skin complexions she customized our tans. As a woman of color it's sometimes hard to get the right settings to get that nice golden brown color she got me there to perfection! She explained How to use the beds she was so friendly and informative this was by far the best tanning experience I have ever had and my tan is perfect!!! it was raining and she even offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella due to me having a spray tan just wow! They wanted to scan my drivers license and get my phone number. I told them no, I just want to pay for a spray tan and leave, why do I need to show you my license? The manager said it's so they can put my information in the system........I told them that I could just give them the necessary info myself. I went to get the Mystic Tan here for the first time (I had only been airbrushed at a different place). The girl who helped me out was very nice but her recommendations were a bit odd. I am very pale and she recommended the darkest color, I declined obviously. She also recommended Mystic Tan because its more "bronzy," so I went with that. Well I came out orange, very blotchy. One things she did not tell me was when I covered my hair to show some of my hairline - so I had white lines on the sides of my head (how was I suppose to know?). Also my feet were all dark brown, I did not know that you were suppose to put booties on, which I was told one should do afterwards by a friend. My lack of knowledge turned this experience into a total disaster and I wish I had had better guidance - live and learn. If I do this again I will probably try the other machine see how that comes out and will also do some research prior. read more

I stopped in today to get some information and received great customer service from the young lady at the counter. Unfortunately I forgot her name even though I asked her what it was to make sure I didn't forget! Anyhow, she took the time to explain everything I requested and did it with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and eager to listen to my needs. I was excited to sign up and decided to have my first session which was great! I did buy some product, which she recommended for me. I asked for another tube since it was the one she showed me from the shelf and it seemed dirty on the insider, like it was a tester. She grabbed another employee (Gabby) to assist her with getting another tube from the back, and Gabby out loud said "why doesn't she want this one?" At this point I got a bit tiffed because the question is redundant number one (give the customer what they ask for) and two, if you wanted to know why, you should have asked me. The nice young lady helping me very seamlessly just asked again to grab another bottle (clearly she has customer service skills) and kept it moving. All in all, I was pleased to have picked this location and can't wait to see the results. Unfortunately, I am not looking forward to dealing with Gabby or anyone else who doesn't seem to care about customer service. read more

I went over to pay Palm Beach a visit and see if this would be comparable. I have to say, so far I loved the place. My information was there and all I needed to do were a few minor details. The beds are much better and the place just felt cleaner. Hopefully the one on Huebner is just as nice :) read more

Staff was certainly nice, but I was totally unimpressed. The "four levels" of membership is a bit excessive considering the price difference is fifty dollars. The bed I used was clean, but horribly dull. Not worth any amount of membership. Also, there is no full length mirror, or even decent size mirror which is pretty cheap in my opinion. Top that off with the fact that I didn't use the goggles because there was makeup and mascara in and around them--yuck. Don't think I am keeping my membership. I am going to try another place as this one doesn't compare, in quality, to the one I came from. read more

My daughter and I stopped in for a spray tan as we were leaving town. I had sprayed about 3 yr ago and it was okay. Anyway my daughter and I both walked in. No one was at the front desk. After a few minutes a woman walked up front. We were not greeted so I asked about spray tanning. I explained I saw 3 variations on the website so I was curious on the differences. She recommended we go with Mystic as it was the simplest to understand. She said they were basically all the same. Keep in mind the place was not busy...maybe 2 other customers in back using regular beds. Since it was mid afternoon and we were Houston bound I didn't make an issue of it. She put in a video that lasted maybe 10 minutes. After is was over my daughter and I sat and waited 20-30 minutes for the girl to say the room was ready. Last time we went years ago, we were allowed in a room together. This time I was told that she could not sit in the room while I sprayed. I know part of their job is to push products, which I normally decline. However the girl said they had a product that helped with longevity and evenness so I agreed(being it was a newer product) Let's just say 2 mystic spray tans over $100 spent lasted about 4 days. Overall I was unhappy with the lack of service and results for money spent. I planned on signing up upon my return but, after the experience I will not be using this location. Though the employee was pleasant, she appeared bothered by our questions. The wait time was long and I felt we looked a tad orange even after showering . Hopefully others will have a better experience. Now I'm off to find a different location...wish me luck. read more

Very unhappy with the service here. I moved here a little over a month ago from Fort Walton Beach, FL. Every time I visited my new Palm beach location I asked for my account to be transferred, and was told it was in the process. I had been going here about a month. After a month of using the new location, I realized that in San Antonio even living 7 miles away takes about 45 mins in traffic at times so I decided I wanted to cancel my account. Mind you it had been a month of me tanning at this new location and asking every single time for my account to be transferred. I went in one last time to cancel my account and was told I can't because they never transferred it, and that I have to call corporate or my old location in FL. I asked them to do it for me as it was not my fault my account was never transferred and was told no. I called the Florida location and was told I have to call corporate. It took me about 4 days and leaving messages at corporate for me to finally get me account canceled, because no one answers even during business hours. read more
