So... now I am out close to $100 They deleted all my tans except one! Why? So they can try to hard sell me into a monthly package for $80 a month! I liked this place better when it was paradise tan because it was cheaper and you can buy individual sessions or packages. Now you can only buy an expensive individual tan session (around $35) or do their monthly auto debit. I signed up for their monthly auto debit and the typical story...Had a hard time canceling. You have to go to the store you signed up at and cancel and you can only do it before the 25th of every month and no, it does not state that anywhere on the contract. So I went today to cancel and they told me I'd have to come back August 1st because you can't cancel after the 25th..regardless of when you sign up. Which is off, but whatever it's not worth it. It's overpriced. The staff is courteous but the beds are pretty much the same still as before and they got rid of the leg tanner here, which I liked since I never tan evenly. If you buy the package you get a "free mystic" tan..don't fall for it cus have to pay for the cartridge and some bronzer which totals like $25~$35 and a mystic session is already $35 by itself. If you mystic tan they're going to try to sell you some she's to "protect" the soles of your feet. Don't buy it, it's going to get orange anyways. Here's. Tip: put Vaseline on the soles of your feet and palms of your hands before you go in and as soon as you get out wipe it down with wet wipes and put lotion on the soles after and it won't get tanned from the spray. read more

Three stars because the customer service has been poor over the past few weeks. Today was the worst. Two girls in the front only one was with a customer. While the other had let me walk in with out greeting me. Okay fine, I stand for a few minutes before I see her eye ball me up and down and which point she lets me know the other girl will help me soon. On the computer with her cell phone right next to the computer. Okay fine, she might be getting an important text soon, she might need to know if her boyfriend will pick her up after work. Okay fine, I waited and was helped. As I leave both girls are at the front gossiping and I walk out without a "thank you, good bye, have a nice one?!" Glad I stopped my membership. And I don't think these beds are clean. I got this rash on my legs. I will never return or tell anyone about this place. Extremely disappointed!!!!!! read more

Palm Beach tan is great! I have been going here for about a month and love it! When I signed up I reviewed a few free upgrades which was nice, I was able to try out some of the nicer beds. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They seem very knowledgeable and give good recommendations on the amount of time to go in the beds (especially when trying new beds). The rooms and beds all appear to be very clean and kept up. I initially began going here for an event but I love it so much and the price is very reasonable, I plan on continuing to go! read more

Since this salon has come under new management I have seen a complete 360! The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and customer service have all seen a vast improvement. I don't normally leave reviews but this place was terrible. I'll definitely never be back. This place is old, dirty and expensive. They don't have any lotion sample packets for sale just in case you forget yours, their cheapest lotion is $80 (extremely over priced), it's $30 for a one time 15 min session and on top of that their beds are dirty and old. They only had one poor girl working there so it took a while to be seen. She was running back an forth cleaning beds and trying to get people checked in. All in all there are way better tanning salons for the price. read more

I always have the greatest experience coming in. Almost everytime I walk in I'm always greeted with Kim's smiling face. She's always in a cheerful good mood and has the biggest welcome. She's really knowledgeable about switching up the beds once in awhile & ive got the greatest color taking her suggestions. She's also amazing at helping me pick out the best tanning lotions which end up giving me the best results. Because of her I never go to any location. After the salon I was currently a member of closed without warning, I found myself searching for something close to home. I eventually came across Palm Beach. I decided to check them out and went in. The girl at the counter was very friendly and non pressuring. She explained some of the packages to me and showed me around the salon. Since i have been tanning in beds for so long, i decided to give the spray tanning package a shot to give my skin a break. The prices here are very good, and the salon is always clean and well cared for. The only option I wish they had was a few more higher end tanning beds. Needing to get my color back and hearing all the ads on Pandora, I figured I'd give PBT a shot. I called to inquire about pricing and got to speak with Samantha. Not only did she take the time to answer all my questions over the phone, she even called me back when we got disconnected and also recommended a local nail salon when I asked. When I arrived at the salon, Samanatha was at the counter and knew exactly who I was. She was personable, patient and pretty fun to talk with. She got me registered quickly and took the time to help me choose the best lotions for my needs. She even went as far as to give me one of her personal packets of lotion as the lotion I chose to buy had to be ordered...how kind was that!?! Nice clean location but it was very annoying that I had to wait for a spray tan when I could have been done in 5 mins yet I had to wait for the person in front of me to get through their time 9 minutes to be exact on the bed before I could jump in the spray. The manager girl with black hair said it was her policy to do it that way. I can understand the policy if there was only 5 mins on the bed but not 9 or even more potentially. Dump policy. read more

5 stars is for the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Samantha last night, January 8th, 2015. This was my first experience ever at any tanning salon. I called to inquire their store hours before going in. Samantha was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgable and explained as much as she could over the phone. Upon my arrival, she was even more impressive in person with her upbeat attitude, patience, and walked me through the options available to me. Samantha really listened to what I was looking for and her professionalism made me trust her to just pick my mystic tan color for me. I didn't have a problem with her explaining their packages to me, and didn't feel she was being pushy one bit. My tan looks great and I don't feel uncomfortable with what I paid. I didn't sign up for a membership and feel the $50 I paid for the mystic tan was reasonable. The tan I received within minutes saved me a great deal of hours of baking in the sun and exposure to ultra-violet rays. It was worth it to me. I experienced a very condescending unprofessional phone call from the manager today about billing. Updating a credit card turned into an awful argument over fees...I have been a LOYAL PAYING customer for years and don't even use the service...I even have a $50+ credit in my account. Super rude. Palm Beach Tan sets up a membership which is difficult to cancel. You have to cancel in person or they mention you can cancel online. But, when you go to their site, there is no place to cancel. When you call their main customer service number, you are unable to get through and they don't leave an option to leave a message. The phone basically cuts you off. This places are not very clean and if you step on the floor with your bare feet, they immediately get black from from a dirty floor that is not cleaned. I would not recommend this place and have seen others complain about not being able to cancel their membership. Kelsey gave me a full salon tour and taught me all about the services, products and packages they offer, she was friendly, polite, professional, and not to mention, extremely attractive.
