Now I still have some sort of allergy around my eyes that looks like peeling with a burning sensation. Upset because: 1. Didn't get what I asked for. 2. Allergic reaction (not sure if contact dermatitis) from products used. Wish I could have had more of a positive experience since I wanted to get into lashes, but I'll try once more elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed and robbed by this store. I showed up only to try it out for a month to see if it would work with my busy schedule at this location. I paid cash for the month. The front desk said "I need a card on file as our policy to set you up" I was in a hurry, no big deal, needed to be in and out. I showed up 3-4x during that month, so obviously it didnt work with my schedule. Fast fwd to december I was looking at my CC statements and I was being charged $100+ a month since that month I paid CASH for. I somehow got signed up for autobilling unknowingly and had been charged for 5 months. No big deal, so I called to inform them of the mistake. Bs. bs. run around. phone tag. bs.bs. finally got in contact with the region and all they could offer was store credit. OBVIOUSLY Im not going to use it. No, I want a refund. Good ethical businesses would simply refund the money with a simple "Im sorry" and all done. Right? WRONG. They are completely refusing to return my money. I go all the way to the top and still all they offer is store credit bs. I dont want store credit, I want my money back from your employee making a simple human error, which i can easily forgive. But these F refuse to be ethical. So with all this said, I feel that YOU should know that they are thieves. This company only cares about their bottom line not their customers. I have never in my life dealt with such a crap business. And the tanning beds, although are very sexy looking, suck at tanning. So I say got to Rockstar, or some other tanning salon. I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Palm Beach Tan, which has left me thoroughly dissatisfied on multiple levels. First and foremost, their lack of store managers at certain locations is appalling. This absence of accountability has resulted in a series of problems and an overall inefficient operation. Even at locations with store managers, their unhelpful and dismissive attitude toward customer concerns left me feeling frustrated and unheard. On top of these service issues, I faced problems with freezing my membership twice, and to my dismay, they charged my credit card without any prior notice or consideration. Their unwillingness to rectify their errors and refusal to provide store credit or refunds only added insult to injury. Moreover, the hygiene standards at some of their locations were shockingly inadequate. The poorly maintained tanning beds raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health safety, completely undermining any trust I had in their establishment. Considering the numerous issues with their customer service, managerial practices, and lack of cleanliness, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Palm Beach Tan to anyone. read more

I absolutely love tanning here! The staff is beyond amazing and accommodating always! My boyfriend and I are saving up for a house so we unfortunately have to cut out all our membership expenses in order to save up. Palm Beach has a great freeze program which I usually would take advantage of but due to my personal circumstances I had to cancel for the time being. Ali was beyond amazing and so kind and understanding and was able to process my request. I love that she explained options to me yet understood and was not pushy at all. I just want to give a big shout out to Ali though because she is so professional and sweet in helping customers from observing her check in customers to handling phone calls she is such a great asset to this location. Hopefully once I get my finances situated in the next few years I will be joining back again. But if you tan here you know you'll be taken care of, the staff here makes it such and enjoyable place to get your tan on. read more

After not tanning for a while, I decided to revisit Palm Beach Tan to get a good tan before my birthday on May 27th. I came across a $14.95 spray tan membership promotion online and headed to the salon. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I inquired about a $10 Tan Tuesday deal I overheard, the front desk attendant, Melda, was dismissive, barely acknowledging me and refusing to honor the online offer. She seemed uninterested in explaining the membership details and was both rude and unprofessional throughout. Additionally, she allowed others to jump ahead in line despite me waiting patiently. Due to this poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location and would recommend others to reconsider as well. read more

Coming here has by far been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I was looking on yelp for a reliable place to get nice color before my vacation next month. The first thing that I had noticed is that the staff is so friendly and they truly care about your health. On top of that I was shocked at how clean the salon is kept and really look forward to seeing how my tan comes out! I would 100% recommend this tanning salon to anyone looking for safe and fast color. Just moved to the area and looking for a new tanning salon. I've been using tanning beds my whole life, but in moderation and don't like to sign up for memberships, and prefer 5 or 10 session packages. I also requested a first time customer price to try out their lower level bed. Kayla said it would cost $25, no special price for new customers and that it would be much cheaper to sign up for a membership with pressure to up sell me into something I didn't want. Terrible customer service; too bad because I'm a very loyal customer once I find a reputable place I like. read more

Great experience at this location, I had a not so great experience at the MacArthur location earlier this week. I went to spray tan there and received a splotchy and uneven tan, when I asked to be resprayed the girl gave me such an attitude and was so disrespectful I almost cancelled my membership there. I found out I could go to other locations so I tried out the Jamboree location and omg it was like night and day. They were so helpful there and fixed my spray tan. Came here in search of a new tanning salon. I am new to area. I was helped by Ann (I think that is how you spell it) and she got me on the best membership. She knows what shes talking about. This place is a JOKE! The girls engage in flirtatious behavior, and initiate conversations on inappropriate content. Do NOT go to this place. It is filled with immature teens and young adult workers who make you feel uncomfortable every time you enter the place. I'm actually filing a complaint with the City of Tustin and the Better Business Bureau regarding the children they have working there, and their improper communications.
