I should've listened to the one star reviews... had a door knocker schedule an appt and send someone out the next day. Great, right? Had the guy walk around my home to look at the projects I am looking to bid out and he said he'd send a quote the next day. Now here we are 9 days later, no quote, no call, no followup, nothing. I realize he didn't even give me a card upon arrival for me to call. Now in this day and age with all the shady things going on, I feel scammed. I then call the phone number on the appt sheet- and it's just the scheduling dept. Ok fine, I'll google. I call the number on the website, scheduling dept again. Only way to get to a corporate office is to be transferred, no way to call yourself? Weird. Again, feels super shady and at the very least unprofessional. Lady on the phone said she'd get to the bottom of this, but not the type of company organization that I would feel comfortable signing up a construction project with in the $30k+ range, if I can't even get a quote and I have to track them down. Now I get daily harassment calls even after asking them to stop and remove me from their system.
