This is by far the best nail salon in the Coachella Valley. The owners take great pride in their work that they do and their work is beyond phenomenal - I look forward to my appointment . Not only is their "nail" work amazing but the extra attention to detail prove the difference between an employee and owners of a business doing the work. The leg massage at the pedicure and arm massage at the manicure is worth every penny. Hopefully they don't raise their prices to reflect the experience. I've been to numerous nail salons across the valley and I've found this one to be my absolute favorite. I'm notorious for "Walking In" and not getting attached to other nail technicians, but now after meeting Bin and Jane I will make appointments to ensure I get the duo. Their establishment is clean and comfortable, they take good care of their customers and the quality of the work is amazing. Another nicety is when you do "walk in" they don't ask you to sit in the chair for "5 minutes" while they make you wait 40 to get to you. They politely ask you if you can wait the accurate amount of time and they offer you refreshments and a chair for your wait. They respect your time and are honest about the wait times. I was visiting Indio over the weekend for a family gathering and my sister and I decided to do some shopping and get our nails done. We chose this certain nail location because of all the amazing reviews and everyone was absolutely right! Bin who is the owner and his wife run the establishment and were very sweet as soon as we walked in for our appointment. Bin greeted us and offered my sister and me something to drink and also gave out water bottles to my two aunts who were waiting for us to finish (I thought that was very sweet and shows a sense of good character). My sister and I both got pedicures which took about an hour. Bin did my nails as I chose the first spa package, calas remover, and French tip with gel. He did an excellent job and his foot massage was wonderful. They also have leather massage chairs as you are relaxing so I felt extra pampered! A little bonus when you are already being treated very well! I liked that he asked me how I wanted my French tip and if the white tip was too thin or thick for my liking. Some places will just do what they think is right without asking! Bin on the other hand would ask from time to time if the massage was just right and made sure I was very comfortable. I paid $40 for my nails and my sister paid $20 for hers. Give this place a go! After searching and trying out many nail places, I have finally found THE ONE! The salon is clean and quiet, and the owners are super attentive and sweet. I come in and get a pedicure and acrylics. The man (sorry, don't know his name yet, but appears to be the owner) usually does mine. He takes his time and makes sure you don't feel rushed. In fact, when I tried to roll down my own pant legs when done, he told me that it was my job to relax and for me to just sit back. Every time I've come they've offered bottled water, coke or diet coke as well as some assortment of snacks. The woman (don't know her name but also the owner) does my nails. She's the first one in a very long who's done them to my exact liking and no air bubbles appeared while I'd had them for the two weeks (before needing a fill). The services I receive are very, fairly priced ... This is a definite must check out!! read more

Great pedi spa with warm rock leg massage too!! EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY, and they give you cold bottle water... I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND HAVE A PEDI SPA WITH WARM ROCK LEG MESSAGE FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND AND MOM WITH NEXT NAIL FILL! My pet peeve is nail techs who tell me what I want or say they are the nail tech, and know how to do what I want...I had 2 nail techs at NAILS WORLD do that to me.....the first nail tech would not listen and continued to do my nails her way... I NEED 2 Coats of primer on my nails so nails stay and not pop! My 2 jobs requires strong acrylic nails!! She also kept trying to talk me into the new gel nails every time !! She would try to get away with only dipping primer one time for all 10 nails ... So I let it go.. 2 days later, 2 nails popped.... Nearly off ! Then 2 more popped!! I texted Tammy the owner privately and sent her photos ... She already knew I wanted a different tech... Long story short, I finally got a different nail tech and nails redone by Tammy...but the new tech didn't work out after she told me the above comment.... One thing NAILS WORLD techs forget is WE are the customer, it's our money, and I want my nails done they way I need ... OH, YES, I WAS TIPPING ALL 3 of them $9...I would think that would more than pay for extra primer...and I brought my own OPI colors!!! I REALIZE NOW I OVER TIPPED FOR SERVICES NOT PERFORM, thinking their service would improve. I went there nearly 6 months... I even left one time and gave my appt away and agreed to come back later for Tammy the owner. If you've had problems at Nails World, give PALM NAIL A TRY!!!!! I called ahead so they knew I was coming... one foot in the door and I was greeted by name and a big hello then was handed a bottled water... let the pampering begin! I am happy to share this great find! I read all the great reviews and they were spot on. Had a french gel mani/pedi while visiting from Florida. One of the best I have had in my lifetime. Jen did the mani and kelly did the pedi. I visit the desert often, but haven't been pleased with any nail salons until now. Not only do they do good work, they are genuinely nice people. They greet you with a friendly smile and welcome you into their salon. They offer you bottled water. Everyone in this salon is nice and friendly. Yay after living in the desert for 9 years, I have FINALLY found a permanent place to get pedicures! This place is great. Friendly owners(who speak english), CLEAN facility and best pedicure. Massage and callus removal was the best I've had. I had no idea this place was here as it's tucked away behind CVS on the corner of Fred Waring and Jefferson. On a weekend trip with the ladies and in desperate need for a pedicure and manicure so checked out reviews and found this gem! The owner is amazing, very attentive to detail and treated us like queens. I am super picky when it comes to anything for my feet and hands and I was not disappointed. Attention to detail and making sure the treatment and polish was perfect was very important to them. The salon is uber clean, color and polish selection plenty and the price is very reasonable for the great work they do.
