Bin covers his rudeness underneath a veil of being a clown! I have been hung up on by him and heard him do the same to others. I left with 2 big toenail fungus's after a pedicure, and had to cut both nails down half way to soak the skin/nail in white vinegar to kill the fungus. I will NEVER go back to this place and would encourage others to avoid it. There are PLENTY of other salons in the valley that are far more sanitary and artistic......DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY, or the health of your nails!!! read more

Loved this place! They were able to take me for a pedicure as a walk-in on a Saturday. The entire staff were personable and friendly, the salon is clean--spotless--and well-kept, and the prices are great. A deluxe pedicure here is ten dollars cheaper than in LA or the OC. read more

I was in Palm Desert last week for Spring Break. I was enjoying the sun and swimming all day when to my horror, I realized my toenails looked horrible! Unacceptable! I quickly consulted Yelp and found Palm Nails. It was a little bit of a drive from my resort but it was totally worth it!!! I walked in on Wednesday, late afternoon. No appointment. I was asked to wait. Understandably so. But I waited while my feet soaked in a heavenly smelling foot bath and was quickly offered a cold bottle of water. This salon is immaculate! Beautifully decorated, calming & serene colors. My nail technician, Emily, came over and introduced herself. She offered me a brochure with the services offered and prices. I selected the Deluxe pedicure. It includes a deeply relaxing hot stone massage. Awesome! Definitely a first for me! My toes were done perfectly, Emily even removed a pesky ingrown nail expertly! I'm in the desert a few times a year and am excited to call this my newest favorite spot. Keep up the GREAT work! read more

One of the first places I needed to find was a nail salon after moving to La Quinta. I tried almost every single one. Palm Nails is seriously the best one here. The couple who owns it make you feel very welcome, whether you are walking in for the first or hundredth time. They are not constantly trying to up sell services. Really disappointed that no one here wants to nail designs with stones, etc. I was told I could buy the stones and they would do it. Nail design is very hot now and there are too many places to to that are more than happy to please their customers. This obviously isn't one of them. Sadly my last visit here for a pedicure was not satisfactory. There were *numerous* interruptions and I felt very rushed at the end.I received a sloppy uneven nail polish application. I returned home with uneven layers of polish on my toenails a major pet peeve. They seemed annoyed when they received their tip which was more than fair for the job that was done. Maybe I was just there on an off day. Just a disappointment to make an appointment and be constantly interrupted by tons of phone calls and walk ins. I think they simply take too much on. read more

I rarely get my nails and toes done because they don't always come out good, I know a lot of people that come here so I thought I would try it and I love it I will now have a regular place. Called on a Saturday morning and booked a mani pedi for me and a pedi for my sister in law - they were able to fit us both in. The shop was very clean and the staff very friendly. Bin did the pedicure for my sister in law and he did an amazing job - I was actually kind of jealous. This place is awesome. I was looking for another nail shop since the one I had been going to drastically changed in the customer service area. So, after reading everyone's review I decided to try this place out. Everyone's account was so accurate. Jen and Bin are so warm and friendly!!! They make you feel at home. They are so personable and down to earth! The nail shop is very clean just as described and the spa chairs are state of the art!!! I had a pink and white fill that Jen did exactly to my liking. I also had a pedicure that was phenomenal!!! Just like people have described, Bin gives an excellent massage and does an awesome job of incorporating reflexology!!!! I kind of hessitated about letting people know about this awesome place because I don't want it to get over crowded but Jen and Bin deserve the good word to be spread around. I have definitely found my new nail salon home. I almost forgot to mention just how incredible Bin and Jen were at the end of my service....my husband arrived to pick me up and they kept telling me to invite him in. So, before he could get inside Bin had gone out to the car with a bottle of cold ice water for him (Bin also offered me a cold drink when I arrived) then Jen sat him in a spa chair and turned on the massage features for him while my nails dried. Shop is spotless, chairs are to die for! Everything is new, and looks really nice. Great polish color selection, found my sparkles fast! I was offered refreshment which I refused and they gave me anyway, and I wound up appreciating, and drinking before I was through. I just did a pedicure today, my feet were in awful shape, I made them work for their money. Which I felt was not enough for the quality and great service. Definitely less than what I had been paying elsewhere, for less service. Which I appreciated, being on a tight budget right now. Owners are running things themselves, making them busier than they would be with some help, but definitely worth the wait. Calling ahead will help avoid that. I was warmly greeted and welcomed into the salon. I sat right away ( called day before for appt) and the selection of colors is great. For those that want the new dip technique, it is there as well. My pedi was just glorious. The same gal did my nails and did a fantastic job. The owner maybe Bin was ever so nice and asked if I needed anything and was I comfortable. I had a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. The prices were reasonable and Kenny did a fantastic job on my pedi and mani. My mom also had a deluxe pedicure. Bin did a great job and chose a great sparkly polish that looks regular indoors and sparkly in the sun. My mom loves it. I recommend Palm Nails. The staff is friendly. They use single use liners in the pedicure tubs to keep them sanitary. I will definitely visit them again the next time we are in the area. read more
