I was driving through town and randomly stopped here for a quick manicure. Wow, this is the cleanest nail salon I've ever been in! Everyone is so nice in there. They greet you with water as soon as you walk in the door. The selection of nail polishes is amazing too! I had gels on, which she took off and didn't even charge me for! Then she gave me a great manicure for only $15. I believe Jen was the girl who did my nails and gave me one of the best manicures I have ever had! I assumed that once they found out we were just out of town guests, and not potential regular clients, we might get rushed thru our pedicure, but Bin and the other nail technician spent time with us and made the whole experience very relaxing and fun! Called on a Saturday morning and booked a mani pedi for me and a pedi for my sister in law - they were able to fit us both in. The shop was very clean and the staff very friendly. Bin did the pedicure for my sister in law and he did an amazing job - I was actually kind of jealous. I was in Palm Desert last week for Spring Break. I was enjoying the sun and swimming all day when to my horror, I realized my toenails looked horrible! Unacceptable! I quickly consulted Yelp and found Palm Nails. It was a little bit of a drive from my resort but it was totally worth it!!! I walked in on Wednesday, late afternoon. No appointment. I was asked to wait. Understandably so. But I waited while my feet soaked in a heavenly smelling foot bath and was quickly offered a cold bottle of water. This salon is immaculate! Beautifully decorated, calming & serene colors. My nail technician, Emily, came over and introduced herself. She offered me a brochure with the services offered and prices. I selected the Deluxe pedicure. It includes a deeply relaxing hot stone massage. Awesome! Definitely a first for me! My toes were done perfectly, Emily even removed a pesky ingrown nail expertly! I'm in the desert a few times a year and am excited to call this my newest favorite spot. Keep up the GREAT work! read more

I was warmly greeted and welcomed into the salon. I sat right away ( called day before for appt) and the selection of colors is great. For those that want the new dip technique, it is there as well. My pedi was just glorious. The same gal did my nails and did a fantastic job. The owner maybe Bin was ever so nice and asked if I needed anything and was I comfortable. This place is awesome. I was looking for another nail shop since the one I had been going to drastically changed in the customer service area. So, after reading everyone's review I decided to try this place out. Everyone's account was so accurate. Jen and Bin are so warm and friendly!!! They make you feel at home. They are so personable and down to earth! The nail shop is very clean just as described and the spa chairs are state of the art!!! I had a pink and white fill that Jen did exactly to my liking. I also had a pedicure that was phenomenal!!! Just like people have described, Bin gives an excellent massage and does an awesome job of incorporating reflexology!!!! I kind of hessitated about letting people know about this awesome place because I don't want it to get over crowded but Jen and Bin deserve the good word to be spread around. I have definitely found my new nail salon home. I almost forgot to mention just how incredible Bin and Jen were at the end of my service....my husband arrived to pick me up and they kept telling me to invite him in. So, before he could get inside Bin had gone out to the car with a bottle of cold ice water for him (Bin also offered me a cold drink when I arrived) then Jen sat him in a spa chair and turned on the massage features for him while my nails dried. I had a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. The prices were reasonable and Kenny did a fantastic job on my pedi and mani. My mom also had a deluxe pedicure. Bin did a great job and chose a great sparkly polish that looks regular indoors and sparkly in the sun. My mom loves it. I recommend Palm Nails. The staff is friendly. I am so very pleased to write this review. I went to Palm Nails this last Tuesday and it was my first time. I decided to try out this salon due to the reviews. One photo within the reviews actually caught my eye and I knew I had to give the place a try. The previous reviewer mentioned that "Jen" has done her nails so I requested Jen. I was never more pleased to have tried a new salon. Jen talked me in to trying a new process for my nails. I have had acrylics for well over 30years. I have wanted to give my nails a break but I haven't had the nerve to actually take them off. Jen explained everything about this new DIPPING Powder process and I trusted her instincts and experience. I AM SO HAPPY with my nails. I cannot wait to come back. I live in Riverside, but I will certainly make the drive. Thank you to Jen and her very friendly husband. Great staff in the entire place and all patrons really seem happy too. read more

I was looking for someplace new, and the great reviews led me here. It helps that it's around the corner from my house. Quiet shopping center, plenty of parking, easy to get to. Shop is spotless, chairs are to die for! Everything is new, and looks really nice. Great polish color selection, found my sparkles fast! I was offered refreshment which I refused and they gave me anyway, and I wound up appreciating, and drinking before I was through. I just did a pedicure today, my feet were in awful shape, I made them work for their money. Which I felt was not enough for the quality and great service. Definitely less than what I had been paying elsewhere, for less service. Which I appreciated, being on a tight budget right now. Owners are running things themselves, making them busier than they would be with some help, but definitely worth the wait. Calling ahead will help avoid that.
