I am never coming back here. This woman named Demi was so rude to me and would not listen to what I was asking her to do. She copped an attitude with me and said they could not do what I asked her to do. Then, one of the men started to work on my toes and was very nice, and started to do what I asked demi to do originally. Then, she told me I was wrong when I said one of the other techs had done exactly what I was asking 2 months ago. Oh, and when she was trimming my nails she pinched my toe so hard that I almost teared up. When I flinched she did not even apologize. Although I have had good experiences before previously at this salon ad they've always done a good job, I will never go back because of her. Im not usually one to yelp about something, but this place pissed me off so much that I had to. read more

Worst pedi I've ever gotten. Got me in after a 15 minute wait, didn't take their time. cut a toe nail too short and wound up with an infection. No customer service skills. There was one other person getting a pedi at the same time and no employees talked to the customers until it was time to collect. I would consider myself a regular at this nail place. Demi, Mai and Kim all take care of me, my brother and his girlfriend. They make me feel so at home and so relaxed every time I'm there to get my nails done. They know what I want done every time I'm there. I just love this place. The price is not so bad considering they do such a good job for me. It is the ultimate pampering place and escape for me. Miss Mai has been doing my nails since I was around 8 or 9 years old and I admit that I tried other places once...I will NEVER stray from Palm Nails again. Miss Mai is the master of her craft: my gel manicures last up to three, sometimes four, weeks and my pedicures are always fantastic! I always call and make an appointment because it gets very busy during the weekends but I have never left unhappy :) read more

This place is ok. I go here as a last resort if I can't get into my other nail places. They aren't too busy and can usually get in right away for a pedicure. I wish I could give this place a 0 if I could. Who charges $15 for a mani and then another $15 for gel? Seriously, you guys tricked my friend and I into services we weren't willing to pay for. Every other nail salon I've been to only charges extra for gel if you're doing acrylics which I didn't do. Don't come here, they're rude, unprofessional and the girl basically took a huge chunk of skin out when doing my cuticles. I just got my first pedicure ever, and Mai is who took care of me. She is detailed, efficient, and both comfortable as well as comforting with her craft. She may look petite, and is, but let me tell you, she has strong hands, because I felt as if a body builder was massaging my legs and feet. For the most part, this salon is clean and neat. The staff is really nice. I come to this location specifically for Gloria. I LOVE HER!! She is the best and always stays on top with new products and trends. She is only there on Monday and Tuesday because she works full time at a Casino/Hotel spa close by. I got my nails done five days later it broke they refused to fix it! The owner said they have a policy if it is within three days they fix it! I originally paid $75 dollars for a full gel set and pedicure with gel and I got overlays on my toe nails which broke! I was a regular there about 2 years ago. But I stopped going and switched places due to them beginning to get rude and constantly asking me to come back later. I went back again today, thinking "oh maybe it's changed..." I was wrong. I went again and after waiting they told me to come back later again instead of just telling me how long the wait would be or anything really instead of making me wait then telling me to come back later. The staff is friendly and there are tons of gel colors to choose from and the salon itself is beautiful inside and really clean and during the holidays they even make delicious food for everyone to enjoy while getting their nails done. I've been coming here for about 3 years now. I followed my nail lady( Michelle ) here from another nail shop and I've never been happier. They make me feel like im family here. They all watch my son for me while im getting my pedi and are always welcoming. I work in a high end spa on the strip and my lady does a perfect job every time. She massages my feet for about 25 mins. My total pedi time usually runs about an hour and 15 mins. Look people, if you like something specific then be specific! If you need them to fix anything then tell them asap. But also, it is necessary to tip them well or they will not give that extra service. I tip my lady 100%. She is very appreciative and is more than willing to give me extra massage time. Ask for Michelle/kim! If you dont tip her well, she will remember the next time lol read more

I have been coming to this salon for four years. Kevin was the one who has done my nails in the past but he relocated to Polished salon. Demi, Mai and Michelle have all done my nails in the past as well. Demi is the owner and Every time I go here I get charged a different amount for the same thing. Since Kevin has left my nails have become very thin and break easily. I usually get a manicure with gel polish but recently had to get acrylic because they are so thin. I went to another nail salon while in California and she removed the gel polish with acetone, I asked her if all gel polish should be removed this way and she told me yes. Now I know why my nails have become so thin. As I recall Kevin even advised me not to peel off the gel as it causes the nails to become thin. Over all their customer service and quality has gone down and they have lost a faithful customer. read more
