We had a reservation and got taken straight away. My mother and I both opted for the $38 pedicure. It was a bit of a let down. They don't file or scrub your feet at all. Mine didn't even get a drop of lotion on them. They did lotion up my legs. Cleaned the cuticles and of course painted the toes. But overall, I do feel the service was rushed. I don't feel $40 for a pedicure and your feet barely get any service is worth it, in my opinion. They were friendly. The location was nice and new and also very clean. read more

Lyanna is seriously not just a nail tech -- she is an artist! I've been going to her for my nails for 8 years, and every single time I leave, I'm blown away by how talented she is. Great service! Making appointments online is super easy. It allows you to pick a service and reminds you over text of your upcoming appointment. The front desk is incredibly friendly and parking is easy. Cindy did great on my nails and was very patient with me as I figured out the design I wanted. It would've normally been a $80 service for the acrylic fill and design but with the GO promotion I only paid $40 plus tip. Definitely recommend! read more

Came in on a Monday around 10 and Tammy was able to get me in as a walk in with Tina!! They were both great as o explained I wanted blue chrome nails (gel x) and they came out so good!! Shop was very modern and clean with great music playing! I will absolutely be back. Thank you guys!! read more

I went during their grand opening week and even though they were super busy they did not slack on the quality and time they took to do my nails. Anna helped me and she was down to change the color 3 times for me to get it right! The place also felt very new and clean with modern vibes. Anna did a great job w my nails and it was really similar to the picture I showed her. They were also serving drinks and light refreshments which was so nice. And in the end I got a cute little gift. Tammy did an amazing job on my nails, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. She recreated the inspiration picture I showed her perfectly, and they look exactly how I wanted. Her attention to detail really shows in her work, and she made sure everything was just right. She also worked quickly without rushing or making any mistakes. Tammy was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. She offered me a complimentary drink several times, which was a really nice touch and made the experience even better. My favorite place ever!!! Since the first time ive been here, the service has been impeccable. I love every pedicure! Tammy takes her time and does quality work. Someone in my local neighborhood group suggested viva nails and when I checked out reviews I saw Lyanna had raving reviews, naturally I booked with her for later that morning. She did AMAZING. I made an appointment after seeing their grand opening special of 50% off all services and opted for a builder gel cat eye set. The first lady who prepped my nails did not soak or do any cuticle work on my nails. It is more apparent a day after my manicure. However, I was then handed off to Nhi who did my shaping and nail color and she was wonderful! She took the time to make sure they were all even and to my liking and was gentle throughout the whole process. This salon also had a wide range of nail colors to choose from. The only other thing that was difficult was making sure I didn't miss the entrance into the plaza! Luckily, if you miss it, the Terrible's gas station connects through! read more

The store has nice pleasing esthetic, very clean and modern, the complimentary virgin mojito is a nice touch. Too many nail color options, not enough time to decide. You feel very rushed when choosing a color. Multiple technicians approached us to ask us if we had picked our color, this was in a 5 minute window. Be weary of Irene and Tina, they are both young, one is 27 and the other is 35. My mom use to own a nail salon, most of the women in my family are nail technicians, so I am very aware of the environment and work place. Irene and Tina didn't know I speak Vietnamese, they smile to your face and spoke poorly about you behind your back. It wasn't just me they spoke about, but as customers came through the door. Very high school gossiping comments. When I made the comment that I didn't know how to turn on the massage chair, instead of offering to help and provide good customer service, they stayed where they were, and proceeded to talk to each other about how I am "old, indecisive, must be my first time ever getting my nails done, is dumb for not knowing how to turn it on, ect." I figured it out, no thanks to them. I sat there with my girlfriend and proceeded to listen to their banter and gossip, I bit my tongue a few times. I did confront them before leaving. Not sure if it was Irene or Tina, she looked shocked then tried to change the subject, I didn't let it slide. I didn't make a big scene, I understand that this is their livelihood and I debated whether or not to leave a review. But after speaking with my mom, and multiple girl friends, they encouraged me to leave a review. At least to warn future customers what they can expect. If you have a Vietnamese friend, make sure you bring them with you, you never know what they will hear. Oh and we definitely will not be coming back, in case you were wondering. There are PLENTY of nail salon shops here in Vegas. read more

This salon is soooo pretty! Everything is brand new and the workers there are amazing. Ive had 2 pedicures there, one by Taylor and one by Nick. I looooove this place. I came in for a gel x cat eye set done by the nail hokage Mhi. She did not disappoint. She is so sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to. I walked into Viva Nails shortly after they opened up for business for a hard gel manicure and pedicure. The lady working as a receptionist in the front immediately asked me did I have an appointment and I said no. She had really poor customer service skills and told me thot I would need an appointment for the service requested. She also told me that's the way things are done in this area. Her response was really offensive to me and the vibe was very uncomfortable. I let her know that she did not need to tell me how they do things over here because I have lived in this community for 5 years. She made me feel as if I could not afford the services that I was asking for. I had both services done at another nail salon in the community I live in on the same day without an appointment and they were much more busier than Viva Nails. read more

Saundra has been doing my nails and pedicures for about 5 months now, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. A little background: I've been doing my own nails since I was 9 years old, and now at 28, I've become pretty particular about who I trust with them. Over the years, I've gone to countless nail techs, but I always found myself going back to doing my own nails because I was rarely fully satisfied with the results. In fact, before finding Saundra, I had been doing my own nails exclusively for about 3 years. That's how picky I am when it comes to my nails, and it's also why finding Saundra has been such a game changer. Saundra is the first nail tech who convinced me to put the nail supplies down and trust someone else with my nails--and that's saying a lot. From my very first appointment, I was impressed by her attention to detail, consistency, and quality of work. Now she's the only person I trust with my nails. I also drive about 30 minutes each way to see her, despite having plenty of nail salons closer to home. For me, the drive is absolutely worth it because finding someone with Saundra's level of skill, professionalism, and consistency is rare. Not only is Saundra incredibly talented, but she's also professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Her work lasts so well that I can comfortably go 4-5 weeks between appointments and my nails still look amazing. One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating she is. Whether I have a specific design in mind, want to try something new, or need help working around my schedule, she's always willing to make it happen. She listens, offers honest recommendations, and truly wants her clients to leave happy. Beyond her talent as a nail tech, Saundra is simply a joy to be around. She has such a vibrant personality and can carry a conversation about just about anything. Every appointment flies by because we can talk about anything and everything. Somehow she's able to listen, engage in meaningful conversation, multitask effortlessly, and still create beautiful nails at the same time. Before you know it, the appointment is over and it feels like only 10 minutes have passed. Another thing I love is the salon itself. It has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I actually prefer that it's on the smaller side because it feels more personal and relaxing. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, which makes every visit enjoyable from the moment you walk in. The complimentary drinks are also such a nice touch--especially the matcha options! Whether you're in the mood for original, strawberry, or caramel matcha, it's little details like that that make the experience feel extra special and show how much they care about their clients' comfort. If you're looking for someone who is talented, professional, accommodating, and genuinely invested in her clients, I highly recommend Saundra. Finding a great nail tech is one thing. Finding one who consistently delivers amazing work, makes every appointment enjoyable, and earns the trust of someone who used to do her own nails for years is something special.
