Stopped in at this salon on the recommendation of a friend - I will NOT be back. Wow. I walked in & stated that I'd like a pedicure. One annoyed looking employee asked "do you have appointment??" At 4:30pm on a Wednesday?? No. (Not to mention the giant print on the window "WALK-INS WELCOME"). The 3 nail techs, who were just standing around, all mumbled to one another and didn't say a word to me. One of them finally looked at me & told me to pick out a nail polish color. Immediately after this, a group of 3 women walked in & the employee who had just told me to pick out a color looked at me & said "oh sorry. They're here. Can you come back at 6:30?" No I can't. I got a babysitter just so I could get out for a little pampering & I haven't got hours to burn. Also...unless I was mistaken, these weren't celebrities who walked in.. Why should I care that "they're here"?? I was so dumbfounded at how these employees threw me out the door because of an opportunity to have three paying customers instead of one who was there first. Instead, they now have a poor Yelp review. Hopefully this will dissuade others from patronizing this business & being treated like crap when they just want to feel special. read more

I love this place ! I've had my nails done by all the women there and loved them all. However Michelle is my favorite. I come in and get shellac and typically it would only last 2 to 3 weeks. Them Michelle did them for me and they last closer to a month! The price is fair and I wouldn't got anywhere else. read more

My friend and I have been here twice now and we will continue to come back! They always find a way to fit us in their schedule and are always friendly. I had Tracy both times for my pedicure and she does such a great job. Takes her time, very friendly, and I enjoy talking with her. I will request her every time for my mani/pedis :) They did just do a remodel on the inside and it looks really good! They are decently priced and they do a wonderful job. read more

Don't bother going anywhere else, you'll be disappointed and mad you spent money. This place is the best. Always happy and laughing and friendly, never rushed or unwilling to help. The new owner of a year now (Michelle) is so sweet and kind! I go there because of her, and she has several other people that are great that work for her. They try to accommodate walk-in's, but very wise to get an appointment because this is a popular place! Michelle has upgraded the interior and made it very warm and clean. Her selection of music, which is always playing, is a wide mix and makes the atmosphere very relaxing. LOVE THIS PLACE and always ask for gift certificates for my birthday. I've been coming to palm spa off and on for years but it's only been in the last several months that I've been a regular. Have zero complaints. The staff is wonderful, the services are affordable and they do great work! I get shellac manicures and a combination of being busy and lazy means I push them out longer than most. Aside from the grow out they usually look perfect for at least 3 weeks. Highly recommend! read more

I called and got right in on a Sunday at 3pm for a pedicure. The lady that did it was ok. Not the best pedi Ive ever had but I would go back again if I was desperate. The leg massage was eh but she did massage for quite a while on each leg which was good but it was painful. Not enough for me to ask her to stop but not the most comfortable leg massage. It was $25.50 which I thought was a weird price so they must charge a transaction fee. I wish she would've said something (if they really do charge a fee, I'm not positive) about that because I had cash but whatever. I will stick to my usual pedi place. read more

Second time here and both times received excellent service! Today, during my scheduled appointment a client came in and harrassed not only the staff but myself as I was receiving a manicure and pedicure at the same time. It was horrible how out of control this woman was while the girls were trying to finish with my appointment! The girls were embarrassed and it beyond me how they didn't throw her out the door!! I have been to a lot of nail places in the area and these ladies are the absolute best there is! I am pretty picky and Cindy always knows what I want. She treats me like a queen! For me she is the best but in a pinch.... they all do amazing work. They play great music and keep the atmosphere light and fun. No drama here. Everyone remembers your name, and not just because you made an appointment using it! They ask about your family and your job. Cindy always remembers the crazy things going on in my life and asks how everyone is. I love hearing about her babies! Fair pricing and above average services! I do recommend making an appointment though. They are so amazing! Michelle has done an amazing job making the place inviting,relaxing and most of all FUN! I swear I have been to every nail salon in the Mill Creek area and I stumbled upon this gem a few months ago. Prices are the same as anywhere else, but the service and quality you get here is far better than anywhere else I've been around here. Went here for a pedicure and was very happy with the way I was treated. There was no wait time but we might have gotten there at a slow hour, but with no appointment we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Most places I've been to I needed to tell the lady to turn up or down the water temperature of the foot bath, but here I was being constantly asked how it felt. The chair massagers are up to date and comfortable. Although I did not get a nail polish color I saw that the selection was pretty good and featured many shades and tones of colors. The price was moderate for what I got, 25 for a basic pedicure with all the oils and lotions. It was a very good foot massage and they were very gentle but efficient when removing the lint from under my nails. They cut my nails rounded like I wanted and I had no complains when leaving, they even helped my girlfriend put on her flip flops around her painted nails. Only downside I could see with going here is that there is not a lot of chairs. I think 5 or 6 if I remember correctly so I would not recommend this place for party pedicures because there is not much staff or chairs to accomodate large groups. read more

It was a difficult switch when I first moved here - I was used to immaculate and the best. It took a few disappointments until I found Palm Spa, and have now been going there for several years. Michelle had it remodeled a couple of years ago, and is always extremely clean, stylish and comfortable. Lovely pillows, spa chairs, products, etc. The technicians are pleasant with lots of conversation, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. You will find the utmost in cleanliness everywhere. You are encouraged to try your polish choice out, and if you aren't happy they will find one you like. Pedicures are gentle for sensitive areas. They can't do enough for you to make you happy. Also, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Sometimes it's possible to do a walk-in but if appointments are scheduled they might not be able to take you right then. Prices are reasonable, artists are talented, and if you need special attention on something they can do it. They also do waxing, eyebrows, and hair, so try them out!
