I hired Joe and Best Plumbing Solutions to do a small project and he handled with is usual professionalism and was very proactive about offering options and solutions. I have used Joe for over 2 years now from installing a toilet and sink faucet to constructing an outdoor shower and providing all the rough-in plumbing and taking charge of making sure the concrete was completed to the proper specifications to maximize the plumbing performance. He has always been very good and makes sure the plumbing work to perfection. In addition, he is willing to return to the job if something (out of his control) happens. When he installed my new dishwasher recently he installed the dishwasher with a hose i supplied him at my request. When the hose leaked after a couple of days Joe came back and replaced the hose free of charge for both his time and the new hose. As far as pricing, I periodically check with other plumbers to evaluate his prices and he consistently is lower than the "big guys" and appropriately priced compared to the "handy-man" which you can never count on to make sure the plumbing project is completed according to plumbing code. I have been very fortunate having Plumbing Solutions to call on. My first experience was that I had very high gas bills $90+ in the Summer (can't recall year). I thought at first I had missed payments. Anyway, I called the Gas Company, they shut off my gas and told me I needed to hire a plumber to inspect and fix any leaks. I found Joe Diaz of Plumbing Solutions. He worked his way around my home exterior and then the garage. Thinking he got all the leaks, we contacted the gas company and they checked things over, but there was still more to fix. Joe returned the next day, which was Saturday and he found 4 gas leaks in the garage. His attention to detail saved us as it could have turned into a very bad situation. Our family has worked with Joe multiple times. Recently, he fixed three of our faucets which were leaking and our bathroom fan which was broken. He is very responsive and willing to get the job done. Called Plumbing Solutions on Friday 4/17/15 at 11:30 am Joe answer the phone and told me he could be at my place at about 1:30pm I said see you then. At 1:30pm Joe called and said he was running late and would be about an hour late. Apparently after emptying the septic tank, it dislodged some sort of fabric or carpet materials in the pipes causing the clog. (Why on earth someone would flush fabric or carpet is beyond me.) In both of our bathrooms, the shower/tub would back up, get that plunged and the toilet backed up. It was like playing Whack-a-Mole. We called Desert Drain Cleaning and they were out within an hour. Another hour or so snaking the pipes almost all the way to the septic system, we were clog free. Bill couldn't be nicer and we will DEFINITELY call him again should the need arise. (Hopefully it won't, but you get the gist of it.)
