I called Paul Mitchell's Air Care (at 9pm by the way), and I was told they could have a tech there within 20 minutes! And, the after hours additional charge was reasonable as well. When the tech arrived, he was able to fix the issue immediately. From Bree in the office to all the techs, everyone here is top notch. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. This is a Lennox product and Lennox provided a new board. However, I had to use Paul Mitchell for the replacement. They charged me $495 for the tech to replace and configure the board, about two hours his time for the install. I found another company that has helped with HVAC work, including fixing the problems from the original Paul Mitchell installation. Unfortunately, they could not replace the board as it was a RMA from Lennox.. If you are looking for HVAC work, keep looking you can find better.

We had Comfort Air install our new HVAC system seven years ago and called them when we had an…read moreoutage. The tech came out, fixed it, and then noted our whole duct system was inadequate. We contracted to have it replaced for a little over $9k. The crew who came to work didn't seem to have the full work order and did not provide tarps or anything to cover the mess that fell from the ceiling during the job. We were promised a portable AC unit during the day while the AC was off but that didn't happen either. Our order called for all new vents, but that was news to the crew on site. They did leave and eventually return with replacement vents. The original tech said he would follow up the next day to make everything right, but that's two weeks ago and no word. I'm not 100 percent sure that everything on my work order was installed, but the vents and system are working well. I guess I expected better customer service since we had a great experience the first time. Update: the general manager is following up to investigate our concerns. He was immediately responsive to my review. Hopefully all will be made right.

They were at my house in an hour at the very end of what I am sure is an incredibly busy time. They not only fixed the issue, but I got a text later that evening at 9pm from them just making sure the house was still cooling. I called again.. they came back out got it running for only another 12 hours. Called again!! said it would be 10 days before the next service....
