*06/30/26 UPDATE* So I decided to lease here, was told the…read moreunit was "READY" and the website stated that same thing, however when I went to get the keys and do the inspection for the checklist I came across quite a few problems. I have put 13 maintenance requests this morning which is a lot for a unit that should've been actually ready for a tenant to move in. It looks like the maintenance team only went in and patched the walls and painted everything and called it a day, the rest of the unit was never even inspected to see if it needed something. So far this isn't looking good, so if you are considering on leasing here just take this with a grain of salt and make your decision. I do want to point out that I just moved in and I'm going to give the maintenance team the benefit of the doubt because we're all human and it could have been missed or something but then again who knows. I will keep updating my review as time goes by. ----------- Toured this place in June, gate wasn't working because "a new one was just installed" The amenities were decent, the pool area was nice (I'm not a pool person) the gym was not too small but also not too big, I do wonder wether or not it gets too busy during the week that you cannot workout due to all machines being used. CLARIFYING SOME REVIEWS: From what many reviews have in common is that many tenants that have multiple vehicles use up all the guest parking spaces which leaves no space for actual guests to park which I do see happening, I saw a mini van parked with a windshield cover and it had an imprint on the floor from previous rainy days which led me to believe that it has not moved for a few days so that vehicle does belong to a tenant who has multiple vehicles or multiple people live in one unit which is not a 2B/2B with two car garage. Other reviews point towards getting charged at the end of the lease but those are people who either didn't have a deposit or don't know how that works. It is obvious that those reviews were made because they were upset. Some others were about noise complaints? But it was during the day which technically is okay, I mean no matter where you go there's gonna be noise unless you get a house in a secluded area away from everyone and everything. Last but not least, the leasing office. When you call to talk to someone you will almost never get a hold of them which is not good for the complex. You will get the AI 99% of the time. The reviews that point towards the leasing office may be accurate and true so just be aware of that when you call. I am yet to decide if this complex is right for me or not but I will update my opinion and thoughts on this review if this complex is the chosen one.

My fiancé and I have lived here for over six years. We used to absolutely love it! The pool is gorgeous the groundskeepers and the maintenance staff are fantastic. That's not the concern. We are trying to get out of our lease and the office is not letting us! Their issues with security and there have been break-ins with cars! I know neighbors have had their packages stolen and I know that is a concern with many apartment complex's! Our concern is the winter storms did a number on our apartment and we have been fighting with the office and management for four months now about the brown and black water that leaks into our apartment through the windows every time it rains! They have sent people out here, but every time the new vendor comes out they say the same thing. This is not something that they can fix by just sealing up the windows. This is a foundational problem. The windows are pulling away from the foundation, and it is very troubling and concerning! Not to mention our patio when you look up at the roof, we're on the third floor. It looks like it's about to collapse in cave in! And they still will not let us break our lease. We have three months left in our lease. We have been loyal customers for over six years. We used to love living here and the management and office have had poor communication no follow through. Nobody knows what's going on we keep getting the runaround which is not acceptable and absolutely frustrating.! For an award-winning company whose mission is to make sure that their residences are happy where they live and claims to care. They're doing a piss poor job at showing that!

When initially moving in the grounds were kept pristine, and maintenance was on top of everything. Seems like there was a change in site management 2 years ago and the effort in upkeep has significantly degraded. It's not uncommon to find bags of loose trash, laying on the floor next to the elevator. On the weekends when there's no trash pick up, everyone piles their garbage in front of the compactor, making it impossible to actually get to the shoot to drop trash into the receptacle. Maintenance could easily pick up the trash at the compactor on the weekends when there's no trash pick up, but instead it goes untouched until the trash service comes in on Sunday night to begin collection. The breezeways inside each building (except for the clubhouse) have only been cleaned once in the past two years. There's all sorts of dried trash juice trailing down the hallways from when it gets picked up nightly. An easy solution would be to mop the hallways once a month, and wipe down the spider webs. The gym itself has some very nice amenities, but like everything else maintenance does not keep up on cleaning the gym, and the gym wipe station goes weeks between refills. The machines are caked with dust and sweat because no one cleans and wipes are never available. A few residents bring in their children (ages 5 or less) who run around and disrupt other residents who are trying to work out. A few times a small child was riding their scooter scooters inside the gym. The parent that's working out does nothing to correct their children's behavior from disrupting other residents. Another resident brings her dog into the gym, and then allows the dog to lay on the gym mats that other people would use to work out. Of course, she never wipes down the mats afterwards as the wipes are never available. It's totally understandable that the site management has no control over how trashy the residents act. I appreciate they have sent out several notices, reinforcing proper trash hygiene, however, the issue has not subsided. They could counteract that with increased effort to maintain cleanliness on the property, but that has yet to be seen. We've experienced 3 Service tickets for items in disrepair inside the apartment, and they all took multiple submissions before the issue was resolved. Even then, the quality of the work to repair the issues was of poor craftsmanship, and rarely indemnified to defect to its original state. The pipes aggressively vibrate anytime we use hot water, and every time we get a note that "unit was reset". At this point we've given up and hope a neighbor will complain about the noise so maybe the apartment will actually fix it. Most of the stairways still have light receptacles that stopped working during the ice storm two years ago that have yet to be repaired. In summation, it seems like maintenance and property management just don't care anymore. A lot of friends I've made the past 4 years have been leaving for other properties, not because of rent prices, but due to decline of the property.

I have never once had an issue with trash valet blocking multiple Parking spots. Even though I was exhausted, coming home from work, I waited in my car for 30 minutes for somebody to come down since there was no one in the car. I politely asked if they could scoot up a bit so that I could park in either one of the two spots and the guy Started arguing with me yelling at me telling me that I had to wait if I wanted to park and that he wasn't going to move out of the way for me. He was blatantly disrespectful and I will not have a trash valet employee disrespect me in the apartment where I pay two times the fees for them to come take my trash. This was completely disrespectful and has Left a horrible taste in my mouth. We have experienced nothing but trouble since living in this apartment and we are completely unhappy in this situation.

Trash is rarely picked up from our apartment despite a monthly fee, which often leaves us cleaning up messes that animals have gotten into just to avoid being charged. We also experienced a mold issue in one of our vents in Building 11. After reporting it, the only action taken was replacing the vent cover, no proper cleaning or remediation was done, and visible mold remained. To make matters worse, during key turn-in, a staff member spoke negatively about me, which was both unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, our experience has been frustrating due to lack of responsiveness, unresolved maintenance concerns, and poor professionalism.
