Stayed here with my Gf for a music festival held in early summer. Pictures make this place look awesome but when you arrived, the filth of our unit was almost unbearable. The floor leading into our unit was so dirty. I could take a white rag and wipe just a small spot to find a lot of grime and dirt stuck to the rag. I quickly went to the receptionist desk and asked if our room had even been cleaned, and they assured me that it had. Following my complaint, they promptly sent someone up to clean the floors for us. This did not mitigate the problem and she ended up only cleaning about a 4 x 4 area right in front of the unit door. The tile lead from the front door all the way into the bathroom and halfway into the living room area, so I'm not sure why she did such a small area instead of the entire floor for us, which would not have taken very long. All in all this place was nasty and I will never stay here again. read more

I really like this place as it is all the way in the back. There's a separate entrance with a security check. Once past then there's the bungalows surrounding a beautiful pool area. The luxury bungalows are gorgeous with lots of privacy. A friend was renting month to month which seems very affordable especially what that included. It was a two story condo with elevator. Inside there was a fire place and even outside by the hot tub there was one. Spacious and simple set up. These condos are perfect for bachelor or birthday parties just like I got invited here for a birthday. I can't review the hotel, I base my review on the bungalow experience. read more

So I hate handing out negative reviews to businesses; but, I feel this one is somewhat warranted. Check In: I booked a One Bedroom Suite at Palms Place. When I arrived to check in at 5:00 PM, I was told my room wasn't ready. This is well past the 3:00 PM check in time. The hotel worker explained to me that they were short staffed. When asked when the room would be ready, they responded *maybe* 6:00 PM. The hotel worker did not offer me any compensation like a coupon for a free drink or meal. I prep for the next day at 7:30 PM and then sleep at 9:30 PM. So I can't be left with the uncertainty of whether I will have a room or not by 6:00 PM+. When I read the reviews about dirty rooms, I hightailed it out of there. (If the room will only *probably* be ready by 6:00 PM, 3 hours after check in time, I honestly can't expect any proper cleaning.) What I will commend them on is they processed my refund in full the next day. Parking: There is plenty of free parking but it is very inconvenient for Palms Place. I asked the concierge and she confirmed. There is no sidewalk/pavement or entrance directly from the parking structure to Palms Place. So you will have to drag your bulky luggage a couple hundred feet out the dangerous parking garage driveway and paths intended only for cars. It's not a short distance either. There is supposedly an entrance or something from the parking garage to the Palms Casino, which is connected to Palms Place via a sky bridge, but it is a very far distance. (Think like Mandalay Bay to Luxor or Venetian to Palazzo.) Verdict: Overall, the amenities are amazing; but, the Check In obviously had hicks. I recommend calling the hotel to see if your room is ready before driving over in the near future. Also, be weary if you need Early Check In because this hotel is clearly the opposite of that. I would probably consider Palms Place, again, if the rates are good but be more careful before arriving. read more

Don't believe the billboards posted all around town with the "Dust to Gold" advertising. I was sadly disappointed in my stay at the Palms Place Luxury (ha!) Resort. Having seen the ads, we booked a room advertised "a strip view suite with balcony" room to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. We were super excited and made big plans for a nice meal, snacks and watching the fireworks from our balcony. We checked in at the lobby and was told by the check in clerk that our room was about a 5 minute walk 2 towers away. Much to our dismay she proceeded to draw a map to our room but did not offer assistance with our suitcases although there was a bell desk nearby. We struggled with out bags making the more like 10 minute walk to our suite which t first glance looked nice. However, once we got a closer look we noticed age old worn and torn furniture. We ended up calling the front desk a couple of times because we had no instructions on how to use the wifi or how to open the balcony door. We were livid when we were told that the balcony could not be accessed! I mean why sell a room advertised with the strip view and balcony, if you can't use the balcony??!!! We decided to try to use the day spa and pool since we were guests at the hotel and was saddened to learn that the pool closes at 8pm and the spa has a $25 guest fee. Really? At a luxury resort you have to pay extra to enter the spa? We did not have a good experience and I will never stay here again. read more

The view was the best thing about this place. I checked out 11/20 from a king suite on the 51st floor. The king bed was not the best it was kind of hard and lumpy. The couch was not comfortable to sit on it sunk down in the middle. It was even worse as a full-size pull out bed.Definitely needs to be replaced. you have a stove with nothing to cook with not even a fork to eat food. This review is for the entire experience, but especially CHANEL at the front desk! This was my family's first time in Vegas and we flew in from multiple states. Check-in was quick and easy and Chanel outlined all the features of the hotel as well as times (pool hours, bar hours, other attractions) and gave us some general Vegas tips. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. The room was gorgeous, it looked a little nicer than my family's rooms on the Palms Casino side. Palm's Place was quieter than the Palm's Casino side. Both hotels are connected by a skybridge (no need to walk outside). Staff was very nice and made us feel at home for the week we were there. Only oddity (not a detractor per se, but strange) - we had to call to get dishes in the room. We had a kitchenette, but no dishes inside, so I called down. Front desk explained that plates/bowls/utensils have to be ordered (the rooms don't come stocked with them for some strange reason). Overall, positive experience, nice room, friendly staff. We will make this our Vegas place every time we visit now! read more

I stayed here through an Airbnb and I honestly think it's cheaper than going through the actual hotel. There's still the same check in process and we had access to all of the amenities. The room was nice and there is a beautiful view of the Grand Canyon! The staff was kind and they made the stay very enjoyable. On Friday December 27, I went online to the Palms Place website at Palms.com to book a reservation for Sat Dec 28. I clicked on the 1 br suite and proceeded to book and pay for my reservation. I received a confirmation email with the details & reservation #. Once I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said that it was a 3rd party booking and it was a private unit that I reserved, and because of that I would be charged a room cleaning fee. I didn't understand how I somehow ended up with an Air BnB unit when I booked a room on the Palms.com website. Later the front desk explained to me that owners advertise their units on the Palms.com website and that's how it happened. So I went to check in my room and it was FILTHY. The room smelled like trash & cigarette smoke. There was trash left on the counters and dirty stains on the kitchen appliances, the lamp in the living room above the couch was broken and hanging off the wall over the couch, the tub was dirty with stains and the bedroom pillows were filthy with stains all over them, the mirrors were dirty and the glass tables were dirty. I immediately called the front desk to inform them of the status of the room & request a different room because I could not stay in a room in that poor condition. The front desk made me call guest services who essentially did nothing but say it was nothing they could do as it was a privately owned unit but that they would reach out to the owner. It never happened. They basically told me that it was nothing that could be done they weren't authorized to give me a new room, nor my refund. They said it's non refundable, even though the room was unfit to be rented. I followed up several times to ask what could be done to either refund me or give me a credit but nothing has happened since an email from them on 1/2 stating they couldn't do anything else. I have pictures and documentation of the room as it was and also the correspondence showing all the things I stated. The service I received was totally unprofessional, misleading and unethical business practice to switch and bait customers to a private 3rd party rental when I clearly was on the Palms.com website to book a regular room not a AirBnB unit. Thats deceptive practice. Furthermore, to deny a room change or refund me when the room they advertised for rent was actually filthy & uninhabitable for guests is unacceptable. I want everyone to know how Palms.Com and their affiliates operate. BUYER BEWARE. They are tricking ppl, robbing them and getting away with it. I'm very disappointed by this hotels service. They sell you the idea of getting a suite but it's more of an old beat down extended stay type of hotel. Bathrooms are not clean and even though we requested the room to be cleaned they did not. There is a button by the entrance door that states housekeeping which is obviously for having the room cleaned. When you come back to your room you are expecting cleanliness but the room was the same as we left it. I called housekeeping and they advised me that they do not clean the rooms during the stay unless requested. Well I did request! The representative stated oh you need to call the front desk because the button doesn't really work. Paying over $520 for 2 nights and this is the service they provide is unsatisfactory. Second time staying here. Big difference from our usual stays on the strip. We really preferred the residential style of Palms Place (protip: book through the Palms website, not a third party, seems like a lot of folks have trouble with the travel websites). Plus you get all the amenities of the resort side of the Palms by walking through the sky tube, and there are some amazing eats there. One of our days we didn't even leave the property. The room was clean and spacious, we like having a fridge and microwave for leftovers, and the pool was nice and quiet, without the drunk frat boys running around. The only gripe I had is their tvs are not smart tvs so it was basically useless to us. ALL the staff were SUPER nice and friendly. We will be coming back soon for our annual/semi annual trip. read more

Im sure a young crowd usually stays here and parties hard, maybe 20+ people per room. When you are there, you can really tell. These rooms are so beat up, and nothing works. *The HUGE terrace is completely pointless as it never gets cleaned, and the glass is ridiculously dirty, also never cleaned. Meaning, if you'd like a panoramic pic with strip view behind, it's not happening lol! ROOM 51-302 *The Jacuzzi tub doesn't work as the stopper is broken‍. ROOM 51-302 *The shower heads are extremely filthy, brown, rusty, moldy. Ewww. ROOM 51-302 *Most charging outlets in the room don't work, also lighting is too dark and bad. ROOM 51-302 *FLOORS CREEK! This place is disgusting. Don't not be fooled by pictures posted on Airbnb. Tiny bugs on the bed, blankets smell, crumbs on couch and dirty floors in one of the condos I stayed at. Elevators weren't all working and Sherri or Sheriece or whatever her name is, is the rudest one there. Staff not very helpful and if you need help don't bother asking. Location First of all Palms Place really hard to find. Parking is confusing and no any signs to Palms Place when you drive on Flamingo Rd. We were going back and forward from Palms Casino to parking with luggage then finally saw little sign Palms Place. A lot of construction going on outside and inside. Hotel seems to be very old and not well maintained. Rooms Interior of the room pretty old even tho it's looks modern but not very practical. Sofas and bed overloaded with pillows. Kitchen is small and not practical. Room in general seems to be big. Bathrooms is good but little bit small for 2-3 people can get easy congested. Balcony door is openable but it's really dirty. Building seems to be not cleaned from outside for years. Amenities Here is no place to eat!!! Beside McDonalds, Cafe6 and junk food nothing to eat! Me and my husband eat healthy food and you cannot find anything here for affordable price. Gym, swimming pool and shuttle and free parking really nice. What a waste of a hotel. They advertise that it has a balcony, yet upon arrival, it's locked. We ask the front desk what the deal was, and they claimed the balconies are closed for "wind"... Yes, you read that right. They refused to open/unlock the door to the balcony in the room I PAID FOR because it's allegedly too windy. Interesting, because there hasn't been any more than the breeze from traffic the entire weekend. Bed is falling apart, weird smell in the lobby area, generally rude front desk people. My suggestion is to book a room any where else other than here if you prefer to be treated like an adult. read more

Been to the Palms Place on a regular basis when friends and family are in town. It's not exactly on the strip, but it's a short taxi or Uber ride. It's adjacent the Palms Casino and resort which has a newly renovated movie theater with reclining seats in every bay. They also have an amazing concierge service if you require one. Stayed on the 59th floor recently which was the highest level I have been on. The view is absolutely stunning at night. The room amenities are incredible the bathroom is like something out of something you see on house hunters. Frosted glass walk in shower sauna bathtub you name it. Full kitchenette with fridge stove etc. The couch in the sitting area has its own separate TV so there are a total of two flat screen television TVs in the room and the couch surprise surprise has a hide a bed in it... This was my first time staying at this property. At first I wasn't going to stay because there was mixed reviews about it. After seeing the view, and all the amenities that came with staying here I decided to book. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out everyone was welcoming and so nice. There was free self parking, as well as free valet as long as you tip, and that was very good for me because I was always in and out and it didn't take long for them to get my car. The View was amazing, especially at night. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, Living Room with the open balcony, and a very relaxing jet hot tub. The shower was amazing too, because there were 3 shower heads. There was even cable TV with Netflix. Let's not forget the amazing fireplace that made the mood. The room was very clean and had a light fresh smell. The bed was so comfortable, and it was quiet. I loved the fact that everywhere I went was at least 5-10 mins away, so I didn't have to go too far, and some places you can walk to. I did have a pipe burst in the small bathroom, and when I called to let them know they got me a new room within 5 minutes and reimbursed me a day's pay back with no issues. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas, because for me the customer service was everything. read more

WOW thoroughly impressed! I am going to try to stay here everytime I come to Vegas now! The rooms are absolutely beautiful! Massive king bed, comfy queen pull out couch. The bathroom has floor to ceiling white marble tile, huge jacuzzi tub, and waterfall shower. There is a KITCHEN! With working appliances, a fridge and tiny ice box. Even a dishwasher! I booked this through an Airbnb host for $150 a night (thurs and fri) in early Nov. Of course prices fluctuate on when and whats happening. I'm not sure how else you can book condo units that the Palms own, I assume their website or third parties like Hotels.com Palms Place is connected to Palms through a Skybridge so you don't even have to go outside. There is a free shuttle from 11-8 everyday on the half hour that drops off at Forum Shops. The gym and pool is super nice too, taker advantage!! read more

Our first family Vacation and we knew we had to do it right and come to VEGAS! I did a lot of research on looking for a less dated more modern hotel that was still affordable with a great view. I am certain that the Palms place studio suite is just that! If you upgrade the studio suite to a suite with the view of the strip, the view and jet tub alone is worth your stay :) We reserved 2 rooms for a family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The studio suite rooms also had a SPECTACULAR view and had access to the balcony which was a huge plus :) My main "selling points" on booking these suites were the jet tub, view, and hard wood floors. You would be surprised it's not very easy finding a match on just those things alone in Vegas. If you do have any concerns housekeeping and the front desk work to resolve any issues quickly. Shoutout to Janet for the great customer service as well and helping answer all my questions. Thank you Janet :) If you are staying at the Palms place defiantly try the A.Y.C.E. buffet. We went there twice for brunch and another day for dinner and it was great. You definitely won't leave hungry that's a fact! Haha We went at busy times & it was about a 45 minute wait but it was worth it! I'm seeing more and more people complaining about the resort fees in Vegas. The palms place had a resort fee of $40 a night which can add up but if you are on vacation and make the most of your stay it will all be worth it. I recommend using bath bombs in the tub and you HAVE to order the Chocolate chip cookies from room service. They are baked fresh to order and are delivered warm with the perfect amount of crisp! We ordered them on three different occasions during our stay lol XD I knew during my stay that I would look forward to coming to the Palms place again next year. I asked my family if they wanted to stay at a different hotel/ resort when we return to Vegas and everyone quickly agreed that they wanted to stay at The Palms next time :) I'm stoked to return and also checking out the pool as well as utilizing the kitchenette :D Just a tip for families of 4 or larger. If you don't plan on driving to do sight seeing (The Palms Place has free parking) we found that it's cheaper to Taxi from different casinos rather than Uber or Lyft. I had a smooth check in and the friendly front desk clerk 'Blue' upgraded me to the 53rd floor with a spectacular view of Las Vegas! Exactly what I had hoped for. The room was absolutely beautiful with sleek modern design and a comfy bed! Full kitchen, huge soaking tub, two flat screen tv's and a view to die for! I had the pleasure of eating at 'Lucky Pennys' at the Palms Casino next door and I was so happy! Its a 24hr cafe that serves decadent delights. I truly had the best time and I highly recommend staying here if you're a tourist or a local looking for a getaway! 10 star property and customer service! I looooove staying in this super glam hotel. Wild ultra modern luxe atmosphere makes you want to dress to impress -- abundance of mirrors. Has a sort of Eedt a Hollywood vibe. It's part of the Palms hotel-casino complex but slightly separated from the casino craziness. Palms A place is often SUCH a good deal and the deluxe suite is worth the upgrade. However, sometimes the front desk staff can be preoccupied. Bell staff are exceptionally willing to provide service -- when I became ill during my stay one guy was willing (for a tip) to pick up things I needed. I love that the elevator has the smarmiest voice when she says "lobby." (My local hospital has the same one) Regardless of which suite type you book, you get a huge space that feels like a crazy luxury glam bachelor pad. Hip modern furniture, sleek kitchen, and luxury linens regardless of which room class you choose. The corner suites and penthouses have a glass shower that could hold a party. Let's just say that I know for a fact that three people will fit easily. Multiple shower heads. Enjoy. The penthouse has an outdoor Infiniti jacuzzi on the balcony and a kickass sound system that flows to all rooms. In mine though, the rails fell off in the shower. I was comped handsomely. The tubs are super swanky too in every room. The basic suite floor plan varies but mine was and enclosed tub with a window into the living area. The deluxe suites have free-standing tubs in the passage from bedroom to living room (see photos). There's a view out the window l from the corner suite tub so you be as exhibitionist as you want. The rooms in the other Palms towers face a different direction so they can't see in. The penthouse bathtub is ENORMOUS. It's a tub you can swim in. Rooms divide with ultra hip sliding thingies. The hallways are very glam. You may get a fabulous vanity with mirrors in addition to the George Jetson bathroom vanity. It's just a very cool vibe. The hamam (Turkish steam bath) in the spa is a must-do whether or not you're a hotel guest. It's amazing. As you can see from all I have to say, I really love this place. read more

I had to call about it 2 times before housekeeping came to the room and the manager only offered to switch rooms - which was getting cleaned at the time of my third phone call to talk to someone about it. We come to Vegas every year for SEMA. This is usually our place of choice using AirBNB as it avoids the overpriced resort fees (which gives you nothing useful to start with) and now insane parking fees (By the way if you stay at NYNY they will park your car/truck in a basement garage filled with gas and diesel odors, leave the windows open, and keys in the car with the public being able to get access to the garage, but thats story for another day) This review is not towards out host/owner of the condo but towards the facility itself. We arrived late Sunday night after driving nearly 320 miles only to find the entire front access of the place blocked off with no signage at all. The place looked like it was closed up, had it not been for a few people aimlessly walking around from behind the closed off front we'd have assumed the place was closed for good. Finally after finding the only number I could locate got me in touch with Station Casinos (apparently thats who own this place now) and they were able to direct us where to go and that We finally get parked and leave our bags, cooler and food we brought in the car. We make the long walk from the car through the maze of closure cones and inside. At the counter a lone employee stands who finally gets us checked in. Since we have several hundred pounds of stuff we brought that we needed for the event, food, cooler, etc we asked for the Bell service. We are told they closed 4hrs ago. Fine, so we ask can we please use a cart to roll the stuff up to our room. No, can't liability reasons. So, you block off the access to front, shut down all valet service, and make us park roughly a block away with all easy access to parking area closed off. Yeah, sounds like a great plan setup by some inept executive who probably has his own private parking spot and a helper to carry their briefcase. The front desk guy clearly didn't like his job, but hey, you accepted it, at least do it partially and don't make undo burdens on the guest's. Finally after pleading with this character we got him to call security who had access to the luggage carts. He was friendly and helpful. Our host had everything set up in the room, so no complaints there. From what the person at the front desk said apparently some Indian Tribe is buying out the entire facility and they are still getting through the process. If this trip is any indication of what is to come, we'll have to reevaluate our choices for places to stay. I feel for the homeowners who rent out their spaces who have to deal with this. read more

Second the pool requires ID to room charge water...who charges for ice water in a plastic cup. Third, NOTHING is open. Just an old dirty place that is over charging. And FOURTH the over zealous pool security dude looked in my bag as I was sitting reading my book, and Told me to leave the water in my bag as I was required to purchase water....water I bought in the gift shop...so refer back to #2. We got to enjoy our plans as intended and thank you to Julissa at the Laguna Pool for the top-notch customer service at the pool the next day. I arrived at the property on Saturday evening and was surprised to see how organized and distanced everything was. There were self serve kiosks to check in and hand sanitizer throughout the lobby. When I entered my room, the high rise views and decor were a welcome sight after a long drive. However, upon closer inspection the refrigerator was poorly cleaned, full of black mold and barely functioning. This required me to clean the rest of the rooms fixtures myself and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Palms Place - Hotels Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Despite the mixed reviews here, my mom & I had a fantastic stay at the Palms Place :) For those who are feeeeeling iffy with this place, I strongly recommend checking out Airbnb for better pricing + reviews. It seems like the owners tend to take better care of their place and is a step up with the cleanliness in comparison to typical hotel cleaning. For me, I was fortunate enough to find an awesome Airbnb listing with fantastic owners who took really good care of the place. General things to note: ~Check In / Check out: Was a breeeeeze ~Size of the room: Perfect for parties of 2-4 (or more). There's a comfy king size bed + a queen pull out sofa ~Kitchen: There's a small stove/sink/fridge....if you go with Airbnb, you will most likely not have to worry about the typical stocked fridge that has motion sensors and would charge you an arm + leg for water/soda ~Balcony: Again, perk of Airbnb = you having the ability to open the door. Awesome views ~Bathroom: ahhhh, the waterfall shower + Jacuzzi tub = fantasticcccccc ~No smoke: It's nice to step into a hotel that doesn't reek of smoke ~The skybridge between Palms Place + Palms Casino was pretty convenient, especially if you want to catch the free shuttle (Palms Casino) that goes to the strip (at half hour intervals) ~Uber rides: Usually around $6-8 on average. I love catching uber here since the pick up/drop off point is right at the main entrance, and not some weird off to the side location like some of the hotels on the strip ~Food/Restaurants: Even though the majority of the food places are located at the Palms Casino, the walk between the hotels = a few minutes. For those who like Asian cuisine, Chinatown area is literally less than 5min away by uber :) ~Security: There is security that checks your room key prior to boarding the elevators from the lobby. So yay for no randoms wandering around In summary, Palms Place is a great hotel to stay at if you're traveling with family/friends, or want a quieter area to stay at. Plus, uber rides are pretty inexpensive, so don't let the location scare you off with its distance to the strip. read more

This review is for Room 301 on the 25th floor through Air Bnb. We stayed here through Air bnb and got a great deal on the price. The check in was effortless. Spacious, well kept apartment with state of the art Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and stove top. These are required for longer stays and kids The room has free alcohol, Loccitane toiletries and mini bar amenities. Beautiful view of the 25th floor and amazing views. A well positioned jacuzzi in the bedroom overlooking the view of Vegas. A balcony that opens and lots of space to walk around. A fireplace for a romantic night when the weather is cool. Room service is quick and inexpensive. USD 1 delivery fee! You must try the Cookie cutter dessert. It is heavenly!! The fitness center has all the required gym equipment to train well and feel the burn. The pool has a lifeguard on duty. It's well situated between buildings so is shaded after 4pm. Kid friendly but no kids pool. House keeping / Cleaning service available on request at USD 80 per day. There is an attached walkway to the casino, food court and a movie theatre! On the negative side, I found the elevators painfully slow. There's always a wait. read more

Las Vegas, Nevada. This hotel is a separate structure from the Palms Hotel. Its a beautiful, modern studio or multi bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, comfy furniture, several flat tv, jacuzzi and a shower. My highrise condo would have similar ethos :) Location: A North or West off of I-15. Bit off from the strip which i prefer. Roads/Parking: C Plenty parking with security but its a bit confusing. Cost: A Appx 150+ per night with private concierge separate from the vegas noise and traffic. Overall: A I enjoyed my peaceful restfilled evening among the noise, lights and glam. This is my first time staying at the Palms Place and it was not a pleasant experience. First, we got lost. We were at the Palms for an hour walking around and getting lost. We kept asking workers at the Palms and their directions were very unclear. Eventually, we figured out our way and realized that we are supposed to be at the Palms PLACE instead. Check-in took more than 30 mins because there were ONLY 2 receptionists and there was a HUGE line awaiting to be checked in. After checking in, we waited for another 30 mins for the elevator like what? The elevator system here is by the level you go on so there is only a certain amount of elevator that are able to get me on my desired level. Somehow we waited for 30 mins and it was just ridiculous. The interior design is quite modern and nice. However, the appliances in the room are very old. For example, there was an iHome which serves as an alarm. iHome's plug for the phone is for iPhone 4 of lower...I'm pretty sure not a lot of people uses iPhone 4 or lower anymore. The TV in the bathroom is very outdated as well. Originally, we wanted to stay at the Palms Place because we're going to dayclub and nightclub located in Palms. We thought it'd be convenient to just walk from our room to the clubs but honestly that was not a good idea at all. It was such a far walk to both clubs as in the hotel and the clubs are at opposite ends.... So, my overall review is that I won't be staying here ever again. read more

Palms Place - Front desk (waited for more than 30 mins because there were ONLY 2 receptionist on a Friday) - Hotels Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Hotel is dirty all around for the most part. When comparing to some of the other luxury hotels, like Aria, Wynn, etc. this does really measure up. Our shower head was crusty and gross and on day one we saw a baby roach in our room. The floors are not clean the the rest of the hotel was grimy as well. Just not worth the luxury price you pay, you're better off in one of the true luxury hotels on the strip. read more

There are two towers here at the Palms. The one over the casino offers rooms to the public. They have a food court, buffet and a few nicer restaurants. The other tower is where we stayed. You can book through vrbo or airbnb etc. Most of the units are owned and rented out by the owners. The front desk handles the check in and house keeping. We came in for some r and r as well as a concert. The rooms have full kitchens with plates, pots and silverware etc. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathrooms are awesome, nicely tiled. Very large bath tubs. Separate large shower with an overhead fixture as well as the regular sprayer. Bed was super comfy and was set up with four pillows. Nice balcony (27th floor) and view. No casino in this tower, but there is a second floor connector tunnel that will take you to the casino. There's also one restaurant. We paid $330 total for two nights, not bad. read more
