They showed up promptly, were courteous, professional, and when they were done, cleaned up not only what was there because of them, but vacuumed most of my basement. They will be coming back to update our master bath, just as soon as the supplier can get the parts. Come summer time, I'm sure they will be here to service my A/C, and come winter to service my heat. I called Eric and he scheduled the replacement at a reasonable cost. Wayne came on the day of appointment and drained old one. As they were working I realized condo had listed automatic shutoff valve. That was way expensive part and needed electric outlet which we didn't have. Wayne had to re-connect electric wires and refill the water heater and they had to leave. I complained to condo and they agreed that automatic valve was optional. Wayne came back next day and installed the water heater. They did not charge more for extra trip. Very professional work and honest people.

Charlie and his team installed a high efficiency HVAC system in an uninsulated attic which should never have passed inspection being that those systems require double ventilation or an insulated attic. I have been unable to find a reputable company to service this unit in all those years because of parts that were used that have been recalled or the fact that the system does not meet compliance. I have called Charlie Marshall on his personal cell phone many times over the years and have not received a phone call to discuss this matter. Therefore, I find this review to be extremely appropriate to give buyers a buyer. Beware of what you are purchasing and installing in your home since this individual doesn't seem to install things to code. This might be a one off, but Charlie had every opportunity to fix the issue and he did not.

Paid for a routine cleaning service. A couple months prior I installed a new oil burner along with…read morea few other components. It ran a little rough for a couple months with no real issue but decided to get a professional to adjust the air and etc. So to start the tech who did the service over tightened the thread on the drawer assembly cross threading it and causing it to leak an insane amount two days after service. An emergency tech comes to tell me that it probably was like that from the manufacturer (even though it was running fine before the service and I personally installed and inspected the drawer assembly two months prior.) He proceeded to tell me that it would cost $500 or more to have it fixed... gave them the benefit of the doubt just to be ignored and blocked by them. After installing another drawer assembly, I thought all would be good. But the tech did not tighten the set screws enough and the oil burner had fallen out of place causing a bunch more combustion issues. Also had to buy a stand for the burner to prevent it happening again. The oil pressure was also jacked all the way up( I assume by the emergency tech because it was leaking) instead of telling me any of this I had to fix it on my own. I was going to let it go until I was ignored and blocked. I get companies have to make money but it's the bare minimum being honest. And if you were an honest company you would have helped fix the problem you caused instead of gaslighting me and saying it will cost 500-700$. Especially when the part is less than 80$ and takes less than 10 minutes to swap.

Really made the effort to preserve the character of our older style home. When his team started working, all very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Showed up with masks and booties to protect our floors. Worked quickly and efficiently. Tyler was there the whole time, welcomed any questions, described exactly what they were doing and why. The finished product is superb, and blends perfectly into the house. All the work was done with the outmost attention to detail. When we ran the heat last night there was a problem, it would not shut off. I called Tyler, he called me back within 15 minutes, and was at our house within a half hour. The problem turned out to be an old defective valve in the pre-existing pump (which he could not have known about at the time). He worked to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot. Really cannot ask for anything more. Tyler and his team are superb. They should be teaching seminars on customer relationship building. Lastly, about the price. Are they the cheapest HVAC contractor out there? No. But their quote was very competitive. The work crews were ultraefficient. I worked with two main pros, and they would swarm other teammates at various times to deliver or remove new or old equipment . They also had electricians and plumbers involved because of new regulatory state or federal requirements. I chose Leblanc because: 1. Their reputation. I've worked with Leblanc on HVAC and plumbing projects. They are always responsive, whether on a current project or in cases where (my old) heater or AC would go down. When I've needed them the most they've been there. 2. They stand behind the HVAC products they sell. The product warranty was 10 years, and their labor warranty towered above their competitors. 3. This company is still family owned. You can tell. I can't say enough about the workers on this project. We have a furnace in the attic area. When I asked one of their pros how they get it up into the attic, he said "we strap it up there." I tried to slide this unit and couldn't even move it, and these two young guys pulled it right into the attic. The basement was so cold you could see your breath. So between the freezing attic, basement and outdoors they were in near freezing temps for at least 30 hours. They never complained.
