These companies are trying to sell you the cheaper brand Example a new build carrier ac. It's a carrier but a new build brand, basically cheaper but if you want a true Carrier brand go off the carrier website and make sure you tell them you want the model number off the website. Anyways with Danette's information and honestly showed integrity. If you're liking Danette quotes and information then Dakota will follow up to do a walk around to see if there's any final touches before installation who is very knowledgeable and professional. No matter how expensive you buy a brand Trane Carrier or whatever the single most important thing in your investment is the INSTALLATION. The morning of installation Josh, Tom , and Tylor showed up on time and very professional and will always stop what they're doing to answer your questions. These guys showed up Approximately 730ish in the morning and stayed all the way until 730 at night to make sure the installation was superb. They would have stayed longer if I or customer wouldn't be happy. I'm a customer who likes small business contractors cuz these bigger ones have to make there money back from tv ads and commercials. Coolzone will make their money by integrity and workmanship. Dave the owner super nice and will make sure the investment will be worth your while. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could.
