Mike Came to my house on a service call for our central a/c not working. After diagnosing the problem I came to the realization that the 26 year old system really wasn't worth investing more money to repair. Mike explained that the new equipment could be upgraded from the contractor grade basic system we had to bigger and more efficient HVAC system. With the old system the upstairs would never get as cool as the first floor and Mike upgraded the furnace with a new higher output fan for the upstairs airflow.
