This was especially concerning because the owner's information is publicly available. Their reaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer‑service training. No customer should be laughed at, dismissed, or made to feel unwelcome. I left feeling disrespected and treated as though my presence was an inconvenience. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this location and nearby franchise stores, and I will be sharing what happened so others, especially disabled individuals, are aware of how customers are being treated.
