Nails started chipping after a week, I've been going for awhile but there customer service is dwindling. I came back to get them redone the nail tech (Ann Anna was her name)had a horrible attitude and proceed to gossip about me on the phone but was unaware I knew what she's was saying and after all that she half-did my nails due to being unprofessional and attempted not to finish them , but I refused . I've been coming here since they opened as it is convenient to my house and have had good experiences and service....until now. Apparently the technicians are on a clock. Literally. There is a little timer at each pedicure station, that the gentleman doing my pedi set after asking what kind of pedicure I wanted. If you want to be in and out in 30 minutes then you're golden. But if you want to relax and get a good pedi, it ain't happening. Then when I paid and asked for a receipt, I got a shrug ‍, "sorry, bye-bye." I may be in the market for a new pedi place. read more

So the experience I had at Pamper was very irritating. I wanted the herbal spa pedicure ($47). They started me out by putting my acrylic nails with gel polish in the acetone without the warming bucket. My feel were quickly rubbed for about 5 mins. Two hot towels were placed on my legs for about 2 mins and he painted my toes. Took about 5 minutes. And then I was left in the pedicure chair for about 30 mins watching the other people there before me was still having there feet massaged.. talked to the owner about it and he said "I can not knock down price just because you had a bad experience, but you can come back and we can try again"... so... that's not going to happen. read more

I went with my daughter to have a pedicure and spend time together. It was the worst pedicure I have EVER had! I usually go to Vy Nails, but was invited to go to Pamper Nail Bar with my daughter. I will never make that mistake again. The pedicure lasted all of 5 minutes... if that. I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and when I chose the basic, the technician tried to talk me into a more pricier one. When I insisted on the basic you could tell in her attitude that it would truly be basic. My feet were in the luke warm water all of 2 minutes at best. She was rude and did a horrible job for a $25 pedicure. I paid $25 just to place my feet in water and have lotion put on my legs. Save your money and go some where else! read more

My toenails look good, BUT the $50 pedicure service that I paid for lasted 15 minutes and they left out the massage. Terrible service with no effort or care put in at all. My nail tech rushed through my pedicure and when it came time to pay and I told them I didn't want to pay that much for the little service I received, they were rude and said they would take my polish back off if I wanted a discount. Would NOT recommend this place to anybody and I give it one star. read more

5/28 my first visit to this business. I did the $40.99+ spa pedicure. It literally lasted 15 minutes. I thought to myself that was quick. But the nails were polished beautifully. My final cost $45.99. Why the added $5 I don't know but I paid it as the price was advertised as $40.99+. About an hour later I was sitting on my bed rubbing my feet and omg my feet were rough I could feel the dead skin. Moo Moo was the technician I've been doing pedicures for over 40 years and never have my feet felt this way after one. I got out my foot brush and into my tub and took care of the roughness. They say you should try something at least twice nope not this place I will not be going back there. read more

I went in for an eyebrow wax and a manicure. I was told that it would be no problem but then when 2 people came in and asked for dip, I was told that now I can only get my eyebrows waxed. I asked if they had an appointment because I could wait and didn't receive an answer. The icing on the cake is that she rushed and one eyebrow is thicker than the other and the other eyebrow is shorter than the other. When I pointed this out, she acted like she didn't see the difference. I was going here regularly but needless to say that will not continue. read more

This is a beautiful, clean nail spa. I have been about six times. Even though it is nice and clean, take your own polish. My toe polish flakes in about 10 days. I have been having pedicures all my life and never had this problem. I suspect cheap polish is the culprit. read more

I went in for a dip powder and manicure. The salon has a decent appearance. And my nails lasted good, although the technician couldn't get the shape I wanted right; square-rounded. The entire service felt incredibly rushed. And I paid $45 for dip powder nails which they then charged extra because I asked if she could at least clip my cuticles... all she tried to do was put on the color, nothing else. Let me start off by saying this is quite possibly the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. It might also be because it is one of the newer nail salons I have ever seen. The staff was so beyond rude to me that I will never be back. I was a walk-in after calling to see if I needed an appointment. I was told I did not. The woman who greeted me at the door barely looked up from her phone long enough to tell me to have a seat. I sent one of the stations while she went to the back and sat on her phone before finally getting the balls for me to soak my gel polish. She never came back to me. After soaking for 15 minutes I took my hands out. It was at this point that she came by and told me my polish wasn't ready to come off. I told her that my skin was beginning to itch from soaking in the acetone for so long. It was at this point that she buffed my nails and put my hands back in the solution for "five more minutes". At the six minute mark I took my hands out. Clients and other stations around me were commenting on the treatment that I received and that they were shocked I hadn't gotten up and left. At this point the woman came back and told the gentleman at the next station that I needed a manicure and polish change. My nails look great, but he was so incredibly rough with his filing I couldn't help but wonder what else she had said to him. I have had acrylic nails, gel nails, dip polish, gel polish, and regular nail polish services performed for close to 30 years. It's not like my hands are some delicate little flowers. Trust me when I say, this guy was rough. So yes, very clean salon, my nails look great, but it ends there. This place is nothing more than a chop shop operating under the guise of being an upscale nail salon. read more

I asked for acrylic so I can have longer and even nails and at the beginning of my manicure it seemed like it wasn't acrylic so I asked two nails in and he said yes it was so I let him finish but when he started coloring the nails and there was still no acrylic nails I asked him again and he said yes still acrylic and these are literally my nails with gel polish on top. How is this acrylic? I paid the same amount as a full gel acrylic set and got a gel polish set read more

This is by far the cleanest, nicest nail salon I've ever been to. I only got a pedicure. My feet were so soft and looked like a baby's. They use bags over their foot baths so it stays clean for each customer. Their staff was very nice as well. I will be coming here regularly. read more

This place is expensive, but I keep trying to give them the benefit of doubt that maybe one of the workers will provide me what I ask for and what I pay for. I go in to get my feet worked on and from time to time I get my nails done as well. I always ask the technician to scrub my heels and to use the tool that looks like a cheese grater. For some odd reason they always refuse. They tend to use the same excuse and say, "you are too young, you don't need it" but if you ask me or my husband we'd oppose to that statement. At times my heels feel as if I could lite a match with them. Another thing that bothers me is they don't clip my nails nor cut my cuticles unless I ask them to do so, and the way they do that is by pulling out the file drill bid. Which never works. Got home and cut my own cuticles and had layers to spare. I remember back in the day when you asked for a pedicure, feet got soaked in some powdery cleaning substance, you would get toes clipped and filed, cuticles trimmed, under toe nails cleaned, if it looked like there was an ingrown toenail they would help with that and a good scrubbing of the feet with the end choice of a lotion foot rub or warm compress. Now they just want to soak in boiling hot water, scrub with the rock scrub and force some gel nail polish on you or dip. If you refuse they get upset and work poorly. If I ask for certain things that I'm paying for i shouldn't get denied and then charge me full price for it. read more

Horrible service!!!! I will definitely never be back here. My water for a pedicure was cold and also a rush job. I have been going to this nail shop for a while and never received bad service until this shop moved to the new local and all the thousand of new people came. My experience with this nail salon has not been good on several occasions. Most often you spend 3-4 hours for basic services such as pedicures and fill ins. The staff is not willing to staff their salon with enough technicians more specifically on high traffic days. They won't share how long the wait will be but ready to tell you to pick a color and place you in a seat or a pedicure chair. As a customer I should be able to find out if you are short staffed on any given day or if the wait is extensive. I do not plan to return to this salon. It's a nice salon but your management staff makes it a horrible experience. read more

Service was horrible. The lady I had was very rude and made it obvious she did not want to be at work. She did not listen to what I wanted to my nails to look like and in the end they turned out awful. She filed them down way too much. The gel had clumps on some areas and there are several sections of my nails that are not even painted. read more
