My first experience here was not the best as they cut me several times when doing acrylics & she cleaned too much of pedicure polish BUT the polish did last about a month so I decided to come back.... Amazing service! I have been to other places, and the basic pedicure ($30) at Pamper Nails far exceeds the others. They take their time and put in a lot of effort. Today my wife, my daughter, and her friend, and I had gotten and pedicure; my wife, who doesn't t like getting them from terrible experiences for other places, was pleased with the treatment she received. The manicurist was gentle with her feet and professional. We left extremely happy and relaxed... daughter's friend commented, I was falling asleep from the foot massage. read more

So unfortunate...My 13 year old daughter just visited this nail shop here earlier today. She noticed every time that a black woman came in, she was escorted to a certain side and every time a white woman or Asian woman came in, they were was escorted to the other side. Sadly in 2019 this behavior is till displayed. Most of all, some of you who may be reading this, would be just fine with that but I will never step foot back into this salon again. Very PROFICIENT nail techs! For my job, I can't have stylish, trendy, long nails...They have to appear professional, short and trimmed at all times. Although, I am allowed to have color (woo!)...knowing that, my tech did a wonderful job making my nails look FRESH, STYLISH, and super CUTE without the length. I decided to go with dip so that it would last longer (without adding tips so that my nails stay short). They turned out nearly perfect. The dip laid out flawlessly on each nail. I could tell that Dorthy knew what she was doing. She made sure I had a good foundation to start out with. My cuticles were properly moisturized and trimmed to maximize the appearance of the end product. She took her time on each nail ensuring there were minimal errors, putting in love and expertise...but she worked so efficiently and got me out of there in under 45 min! In the end, she made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. The salon was clean & organized, as I see them constantly clean up after clients depart. Bathroom is nice and hygienic! Smells good, too! It seems like they are the new kids on the block that need some lovin', there are spaces still needing leases adjacent to the salon. They have special discounts for teachers and students on the week days I believe. They also offer refreshments and wine! Love my new nails. If you are in a rush this is not the place....today was the 2nd time I visited this place. For the record they are very meticulous about getting it right and I think it's fabulous!! I only get shellac pedicures so, each session last about an hour and 35/minutes maybe a little longer but it's alright with me. Came here on a Saturday! There was only 3 people there. It was amazing! I thought it would be super busy and packed. I had a pedicure. I got hot wax and hot stones. As well as foot massage for 15 mins and a neck and shoulder massage. My lady never rushed and definitely pampered me! Probably the best pedicure I've had in a long time! Every single employee was genuinely nice, kind, polite, courteous, sweet, helpful and were all smiling; no fake smiles were noticed. I have been going to this nail salon for about a year. They have such great service. The ladies are just so nice. They really take their time making sure you are satisfied with your service. With your mani/pedi you can also have option of a neck massage which is a nice option. I was there today and even with the new precautions in place it was still very relaxing. Great location in Cypress! I have been to many local nail salons in the area and this by far has been the best experience. In fact, I come every two weeks whether it's for dip nails, pedicure, shoulder massage, waxing or facials. They do a wonderful job and the customer service is by far the best. The owner truly cares for each client and they listen to your needs and wants. They have many colors to choose from too! I just love coming to this place. We went today to get our mani/pedis done. They have everything set up so nice due to covid. You will use the hand sanitizer when you walk in. All of the chairs are behind plexiglass and everyone has to wear a mask. The masks have to be worn by the customers and employees. They are really trying to keep everyone safe. I came in on a Friday and asked for a pedicure and a refill (I had 2 broken nails) originally I will go to another nail salon that's on grant but I came here because I read some reviews. this place is by far the BEST nail salon I have been to. Amy did my pedicure and she actually took her time and set timers for my massages.. no other nail saloon does this for me. and my nail tech did me SO GOOD and he mastered the coffin shape and did amazing. this place is worth a 5 star rating and I will be coming back for now on. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! The chairs don't move, the basic pedicure includes nothing but clear water! They spent the first 10 min to what appeared to be a discussion about who was going to service us. They spent more time in back room or huddled up. Very unprofessional and uninviting. Then the nail Polish color: god forbid someone actually wants the exact color on their feet and toes. I had dip on nails and there was no exact match. They ran around trying to match colors and let's just say that is not their area of expertise! I had invited my mother to try this place out and I was embarrassed!!! I'm pretty loyal when I find a place I like. But this one deserves no stars!! They were rough and boss!! I detest a bossy technician!!! "Relax your hands! Don't get up!! You look better with square shape!! Ummmm I know what I want and I want it!!! The place was empty and now I understand why. This isn't even worth the quick emergency you might have because they are sloooolwww! I had to give the nail tech my nail color selection at least 5 times... Just did a polish change on my toes and had existing Acrylic fixed and fresh polish. Walked in 40 minutes to closing, they were so patience while I tried to pick not one color but three. I was worried they would rush to get me out the door as they closed at 7 but not the case. They took their time making my nails look perfect. I come here often to get my nails done mostly by Jenny. She provides amazing service and will cater to anything you want for your nails. I get color powder with tips every time I come and they always come out amazing. I decided to get a 3D design which is sometimes not available to get from certain nail techs but she did amazing. I visited 2 weeks ago and that visit went well and I liked the outcome of my nails. Today I arrived around 4:45pm waited about 15 mins because they were busy. Okay, no big deal. I then was left soaking my feet for another 20 mins.....once my pedicure started everything was fine but I still needed my manicure and dip to be done. Instead of soaking my dip of while having my pedicure done I was left soaking my dip nails at the end of my pedicure for another 20 mins. At this point it's 6:20, then 6:45. My new nail dip started around 7:05. At this point I'm reconsidering not coming back at all. When done it was 7:55. Nearly 3 hours. Service is great but not worth the time and amount they charge. read more

Summer has always done a fantastic job and Stacy knows how to do a proper pedicure (you know, gently remove all that hard skin that can start hurting). First place that will use clear dipping powder and then shellac over it so it does not hurt my nails like tips. Gives you wine or a great fruit/cucumber water. I have been coming here since they opened. Always had great results. But today I came in and was followed in by two other customers all of which were walk-Ins as me. I needed a refill and pedicure. The other two needed new sets and pedicures. For some reason they decided the others needed their nails done before me. So I get to spend two hours plus.
