It helped fill the cracks in the nails and looks like a solid french manicure. I also elected to the deep conditioning lotion treatment on my hands and neck massage. My husband insists he get a pedicure here once a month even though we now live almost 200 miles away. My appointment was for 5pm but I was not taken until 5:20. I hate soaking my feet for too long and getting cold without being worked on so I declined and sat in my chair until someone freed up. Upon returning home I could still see calluses/dry skin and the whole reason I pay $70 for a pedicure is so someone to buff/scrape my skin until it's baby soft. She used an electronic buffer instead of a pumice stone/sponge like I've had before. Technology is not always better. There was also nail polish on my skin near my big toe that she did not wipe away/clean up. The new remodel looks beautiful and the customer service was much improved. The male working the front desk was so nice and kind, apologized for my long wait and kept me updated on the status of someone getting to me.
