We picked our colors and were directed to waiting nail technicians - no wait at all. They techs were polite and adept. We walked out with pretty pedicures and were pleased. I have been going to this location for about a year now and I have had amazing experiences. Today, I went to get an oval French tip style for my prom. A male named Tommy did my nails very quickly and with little care. They looked very messy and when I quietly brought this to his attention, he began yelling at me and saying that I had bumped all of my nails and messed them up. He called me rude and said that if I wanted my nails perfect, I should do them myself. A lady named Mya was kind enough to redo my nails and apologized for his outburst. She did them beautifully and I am excited to go to prom and show off my nails. I definitely recommend this place, but if you want your nails done with care, I do not recommend Tommy. My experience was tainted by his rude behavior. read more

I came to get a toe polish change with my daughter. I asked for regular polish because my toenail was weak from taking the gel polish off. Mia recommend I do gel because it dry faster I explained again I didn't want it due to my nail bed being weak. She replied honey your toes are jacked up. Very unprofessional! She rushed and polished them then had someone finish the top coat. I got them done to avoid the Saturday crowd because I have an event today. Today I woke up the polish was cracked I came back to the salon requested the error to be corrected. I was told to have a seat sat hear 45mins only for her to argue with me about it. I explained that I have been her several times. Cindy has polished my toes in the past and I have never had this happen. The only reason I didn't request Cindy from the beginning is because I was a walk in and she was with a customer. I said to Mia if you don't want to correct the mistake please refund me I can go somewhere else and get it corrected. Finally she asked Cindy if she would come and correct her work. The salon recently renovated so it's a huge space with plenty of chairs, however, the staff could use some additional training. My technician, Theresa, allowed the tub to overflow onto my shoes and the floor; I'm not exactly sure how that happened. Then she had no idea what the "luxury" pedicure components were - she had to ask her coworker. She also didn't exactly know how to trim and file my nails. She went back to trim them 3 separate times. I appreciate she noticed an issue but usually it doesn't take that much time. She also took a personal call during my service. I found this to be quite unprofessional. I've been to this salon several times and usually have a decent experience so I hope they make sure to train all new staff so they can maintain a positive reputation. read more

I am pregnant & work on my feet all day so the only thing I could think about when I got off work today was getting a pedicure. My normal pedicure tech who usually travels to me was booked until next week so I decided to go to the nearest salon next to my mothers house. Walked in& sat down no issues. When asked if I wanted a regular or deluxe pedi I asked what the deluxe included & was told "everything" so I was expecting about a 1-1.5 hour long pedi with an extended massage, hot wax & hot towels, possible even hot stones. When pedicure started I informed the guy that I had acrylic on a few toes & asked him to remove as much as possible & told him I didn't want to get polish as I wanted to give my toes a break from gel. While removing the acrylic on my right big toe I feel a pinch I look down & I realize my toe nail is bleeding because it's been cracked straight across somehow & what he thought was acrylic he was removing was actually him peeling my toenail from the skin. All he says is "does it hurt?" & moves on. My pedicure ends shortly after that. No extra massage, no wax, no hot towels. Don't know what was deluxe about it besides the scent I got to pick out. I wasn't discounted for my now cracked toenail that almost got removed from my skin & didn't even receive as much as a "sorry" for it. I can promise you I will never be back. read more

I don't like writing reviews where I'm not raving about a business and that's where this one begins. Stopped in for a pedicure, which the end results was that it looked great. However the steps getting there were not that pleasant. First of all, the salon was very busy and that's fine, but after asking for a pedicure the manager said "pick your color" and directed me to a pedicure chair and I started soaking my feet. No mention whatsoever was made that I'd have to wait 45 minutes soaking in the tub. Maybe that was my mistake not asking ‍. I had a limited amount of time so it would have been extremely courteous to let me know - not just being interested in securing the sale and making me think there was no wait. Finally a technician began her work. For a "basic" pedicure I guess it was fine. But isn't one of the primary reasons us gals go for pedicures is to enjoy the stress relieving foot/leg massage. I got one but immediately following the paint job. So it was extremely gentle and she proceeded with caution. I have never in all my years had a pedicure performed this way. While my toes ended up looking very pretty, I didn't get the pampering that the name of this salon professes! I doubt I will be returning. read more

This is the worst place i've ever been to. Mya was the rudest person i've ever met. I had an appointment at 3:30pm which they all seemed to forget about, so we waited for 30 more minutes. When I sat down she told me my gel and design would be 50 so I agreed. I then went and asked other nail techs how much gel and design were 2 of them said 40$, my other friends were getting fake nails only for 45$. I had a nail tech tell me that sometimes they "discount for customers" which makes absolutely no sense. So I went to go ask the OWNER(mya) for clarification on how much my nails were because I had heard three different things and she started to SCREAM at me while there were other customers in the store. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing not only for me but for the owner and other workers. She made an absolute fool of herself I was embarrassed for her. She started to yell at the top of her lungs saying that I was calling her "a liar," which is something I never did I was simply confused about the price. I asked her a simple question as to "why fake nails and gel are 45, while my gel set with design is 50" she said "i am the owner i do not lie". She did an awful job on my nails as well they're uneven as well. I was there with other people and they all cut my friends fingers and toes, she made one of my friends fingers bleed and didn't even offer her a rag to clean it with. She rushed everything and was awful at her job. All of the people in there take advantage of younger people it's ridiculous. While checking out I told her how disrespectful and how embarrassing she was and she started to YELL again and talking down on me telling me that I was disrespectful and then saying "she didn't have time for this". People go into a nail salon to relax not to get screamed at, cut, or be taken advantage of. It doesn't matter if you're the owner or not, the way she handled the situation was embarrassing for her and so unprofessional. I am a regular here. I generally like the customer service. The owner, Maya, is very friendly and goes out of her way to remember the customers' names. Susan is the best for a pedicure and Cindy is the best if you are getting "fake" nails (ie. gel or acrylic fill-in/full-set). When they are very busy, the customer service is not as great. They have a wide selection of polish colors and will serve you wine if you ask. The reasons for not giving 5 stars are: they are not great with honoring appointments & they selectively speak in Vietnamese when they don't want customers to hear the conversation, which I think is rude. read more

I have been here a couple of times before but have never been wow'd by the service. I decided to stop in again because I needed a quick pedi and didn't have time to go to my regular place. They were very well staffed and I got in right away. The girl that did my pedi was very nice, but the problem is that they do not seem like they are experienced. She was trying to trim the cuticles on my toes (never had that done before) and she kept poking me I told her it hurt, so.....she kept doing! She put the polish on my toes then she used lotion to massage my legs but kept bumping my polish and had to fix a couple. Polish should be the last thing. At the end, I wasn't even put under a dryer. The are more expensive then my regular place and not as good. Next time I will skip the pedi to wait until I can go to my regular spot. I guess I just wanted that Pampered feeling that's in their name. read more

I have gone to this nail salon for a while. My family has lived in the area for over 10 years and even though I moved out of town, this is always my go-to spot to get my nails done while in town. I recenrly went a few weeks ago. I spoke to Mya to schedule an appt to get my ombré nails painted over. When I arrived some of the girls greeted me and were really nice. However, once I was paired with a technician (Vy) she didn't listen to my requests. She insisted on getting a fill, even though I had literally got my nails done a week before. I agreed but the space that she claimed was there was not too different than what it was before. So it was basically a waste of money. My nails were not shaped correctly and they were cut down unevenly. She also put so much gel polish that my nails looked warped and the gel is lumpy. ( my nails were coffin shaped to begin with). she tried to say that's how they were when I arrived which was not true. I just felt that ombre was not as dark so I just wanted them painted! That's it! I do not appreciate not being heard and someone convincing me to do other things. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and probably not return. read more

I love pampered nails and always come to them for the past almost 11 years since moving here. They do nails the best I've ever seen! They're so meticulous, and the nails are always nice and thin, no ugly shovel nails here! Mya is an absolute character and has a wonderful personality. I went there today for a manicure, pedicure and waxed eyebrows. Well the same thing happened to me as the other review. I came out of there with a Black Eyelid. The response was by the owner, Mya, she must have hit a vessel. I had to ask for ice. Yes they did get me some. As I was leaving Mya said tell everyone it is a birthmark. I am leaving on a plane tonight for a weekend in NYC with my husband and friends. Not exactly how I wanted to look for my mini vacation. I even had to pay for it. I've gone to dozens of places and get my acrylic s and pedi done every 2 weeks. Ive tried almost every place in union county and what i can say is hands down this place gives you the best luxury pedicure...period...they work on your feet and rub for a solid hr..so i don't recommend if you're in a rush stick with the basic but if you got time and 35 bucks enjoy and ask for a glass of wine.. they do good on nails also this place stays super busy but they deserve to. Only negative i could find is im not a gel nail person and i like my orly and opi colors in which their polish selection is not great. They do push gel nails and have a couple hundred of those though if that is your thing.. definitely a go to spot especially for pedicures read more

I have been to this salon numerous times for mani's and pedi's. The atmosphere is very friendly, usually busy and always well staffed. (I counted 20 employees, all busy, on a random Sunday.) The owner, Mya, is friendly and has a fun, and funny, personality, sometimes too loud and over the top. And, yes, they serve soft drinks and adult beverages to patrons. However, all this is not enough for me to return there. Even when you make an appointment you will have a wait time. My nails have peeled, cracked and completely popped off a few times. I believe the products being used are to blame but I get the impression management believes that it is the nail technician's fault and blames them. They have fixed my nails when there have been issues but you can tell they are always annoyed with you coming back. And, who wants to have to go back? I would never have returned after the first time if my friend wasn't working there. Additionally, they have a lot of technicians working there that are not very skilled at their practice. I have endured pain from getting a pedicure that lasted a few days after getting my toes done. Lastly, if you're looking for a nice relaxing place to go for a mani or a pedi, skip this place.
