However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. They were able to fit my two dogs in last minute which I appreciated and they did an excellent job. Even if it was a sub optimal groom, having an owner who works with customers to try and navigate problems and make them right makes this business stand out. Thank you!

I first connected with Loving Kindness to line up the inevitable for my first doggie Jelly. However, knowing the time wasn't quite right for that, with their guidance and excellent vet care, Jelly had more and better quality of life with me. Dr Dahlgren provided excellent care and was available when the going got tough, whether by text or visit and you know things always seem to happen after hours - and having Dr Dahlgren available to advise versus not knowing if a cold show up at some ER was warranted. Along with our primary vet at Betty Baugh's I am confident both Jelly and Boone got amazing care. Emma was visiting monthly and was always able to find the meds Boone needed at the mg best so I didn't have to cut pills etc and when you get a few meds going, it is very very helpful. Gail gave wonderful care with massages and Brandi was gentle and kind on the phone. Dr Dahlgren spent a complete Sunday reassuring me of how to get thru the day, from upping some anti nausea meds to a diet change. I sent pics of things I am sure she has seen before but who wants that diarrhea pic. I just love her and them. I am forever grateful.

Hired Aussie Pet Mobile last week and it was a treat to not have to leave the house! Mobile…read moreservices are obviously booming right now that we're in quarantine. Aussie is pretty busy, so I believe it was about two weeks from booking to my appointment. On the day of the appointment, our groomer was running late. She texted me about 15 minutes after my appointment time to let me know that she would be running behind. My only critique of my experience with Aussie is that I wish she had told me before my appointment time that she would be about an hour late. I would have planned my day differently in that case. Anyway, once she arrived she could not have been sweeter. She was bubbly and loving with our dog and I could tell she loved her job. She told me that it would take about an hour and a half, but she was done in around an hour. Our baby was fluffy and happy when she was done. I opted for the deshedding treatment and I do see a difference! Overall, the price was high at $120, so I'm not sure if I can commit to doing that every three months. But, these days, I am willing to pay for convenience and the experience was great. I imagine the cost would be less without the deshedding treatment.

We have been customers for close to 10 years! I called to…read moremake an appointment for our cat who had been groomed by Aussie many times over the years. I informed them she did have some mats. The woman I spoke with said I would need to text a picture. I explained I would try but the mats were on the cat's chest, and she is a furry Maine Coon, so it would be pretty hard to get a good picture. She agreed and said "I know, but the owner makes us do this" . It's pretty hard to take pictures of a cat's chest. They aren't the most cooperative animals. She's also very furry so mats can't even be seen, only felt. We took a picture, but didn't even get any of the mats in the picture. I sent it and explained that. The response I got "Unfortunately those look pretty bad and tight. Due to her age and severity it would be best to have those removed at a vet's office". That's funny, because there are NO mats in this picture. Not to mention they have been grooming her and removing the same exact mats for close to 10 years. I guess they aren't qualified or trained well enough to do it anymore, so we'll be happy to take our business elsewhere, and spread the word to our friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers

We had to get our older female cat trimmed, since she just isn't able to groom herself as well as…read moreshe used to. Since Nancy had trimmed her before and also had done my father in laws' dog before, we made an appointment. First they have no problem with you staying to watch the bathing or grooming, then they bathed our cat with no problem, which is pretty impressive if you ask me. The bathing is done expertly, humanely and efficiently with as little stress as possible. Nancy is excellent at grooming, telling us what she was doing as she worked and she even trimmed the claws and expressed the anal glands without us needing to ask. She worked quickly and handled our older cat gently and before we knew it, she was done. Our cat looks 100% better and no doubt feels better. Great place for pet bathing or grooming!

I have two dogs that love doggie daycare here, they can't go a day without it. Plus, they come home…read morenice and tired so I can get stuff done at home. I've also had them bathed here and loved the conditioning spray and cute little bandana they get! I am someone who loves to have my dogs with me 24/7 but I always feel comfortable leaving them here knowing they are in great hands and having a good time!

The person who brought her out said to me, "Better luck next time?" In addition to the poor cut, when I called, she said, "Sorry, I guess you need to go back to where you took her before." She was completely defensive and had zero intention of even trying to make it right. Very poor customer service. Unbelievable. If you planned on shaving her versus appropriately grooming the dog, you need to indicate that you can't perform the service. Other groomers can perform this cut. I am disappointed in the service I received and the way they handled it.
