They're professionals when it comes to taking care of your teeth but they aren't professional when it comes to running a business. I've had at least 4 simple dental cleaning appointments in a row cancelled at the last minute. I've had to take off from work for nothing in order to try to fit into their schedule. On the last occasion I received a text confirming my appointment and then a text the next day cancelling it. Then I received another text from them letting me know that my appointment has been changed to 8am. I go there at 8am and they're closed. I then just decided to go to a different dentist since I already took the day off and they were happy to fit me in. A month later I receive a text from Dental Spa informing me that they have a spot open but it'll be first come first serve. That's insult to injury. You cancel 4 + times and then let me know that there's a chance I can be seen but only if I'm lucky. Thanks read more

The staff is welcoming and professional. The dental hygienists answer questions and the ones they don't have immediate answers for they pass along to the dentist. Ambiance Dental Spa does not use "gas" so I've been stressed every time I have to go for anything more than a routine cleaning. I had a filling done by Dr. Masood on Tuesday, 6/14/22, and I actually had to HUG her after the procedure. She was AMAZING!. She helped me to breathe through the Novacaine shot and we got through it without tears and gnashing of teeth (literally). The rest of the procedure went smoothly. Dr. HIGHTOWER was very thorough on my follow up care after a root canal procedure. My crown came in early and she and her staff made a special appointment to replace my temporary crown with a permanent crown which fit just right! This was done painlessly without anesthesia. So I was in the process of finding a new dentist. Went here for a annual exam and was told that I have 2 cavities. Never have I experienced a 3 month wait for fillings. Usually those get worse when delayed. When I called the office, I was told that nothing could be done and that if I can find another dentist to perform the fillings... go right ahead. The problem is my insurance will not cover another general exam in less than 1 month. I was hoping for a nice experience with a black dentist but I have been left hanging and will not be returning. 'Dental Spa' about sums it up - a beautiful, warm and cozy office with splashes of Mediterrania thoughtfully placed. The impeccable decor is not to be outdone by the massaging dental chairs and flat screen TVs in every patient area. And for you moms, there is a play area in the back. Dr. Hightower is a ball of sunshine from the moment she greets you. She is gentle, informative, thoughtful and has an unparalleled bedside manner. She explained every part of the thorough examination and never left my side for too long. When she did, Keisha was there with her own special brand of Happy. Keisha was great at making me feel comfortable and extremely patient-oriented. As I sat in the dentist chair receiving a great massage, Dr. Hightower had sent in another staff member to explain every financial detail to me and make sure I understood what my benefits covered and what I should expect to pay out of pocket. (side note: i never received that bill weeks later demanding $250 more). Dr. Hightower fixed an old filling and filled a new one with precision and grace. She was tuned in to every signal I sent and made sure I was comfortable at all times. For a second it felt she was actually holding my hand through it all. Weeks later, I was reminded of my follow up appointment with a text message and an email which also allowed me to confirm my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment 1/2 hr late because of traffic, I didn't have to wait an hour for a moment to free up.
