I had a couple of orders that had semi spilled into the bag in those foam delivery boxes and thought as I was literally opening it "wow I should leave a review saying they should see about changing up their packaging their food is so juicy delectable it's always juicing up the place" (uber drivers individually at fault more than Pan Pan but still) Next time I ordered from them their packaging was changed and doesn't leak.... Reading minds and providing yum yum meals. You are doing amazing work. My grassy smoking late night friends and I love you. It is hit or miss whether or not the meat is going to be on the tougher side but I find that heating it up in the microwave gets rid of that. It's not meant to be leftovers. The only thing that would make this place more authentic is a Chinese kid sitting in the corner doing their homework. I've eaten lots of Chinese food before. From Hong Kong all the way up to the bay area. This place is pretty good. We'll, I guess just a little better than Panda X. It was light enough to not get the sodium boats but the spicy food is way spicy. When I ordered, the cashier shouted in Chinese to the back of house. That's pretty authentic. This place is awful. We ordered from here tonight- they sent us the wrong rice and completely wrong order. The shrimp wasn't even de-shelled and we ordered it to not be spicy- it is so spicy I can't eat more than 1 bite and my mouth is on fire. The beef is slimy and gross. Sometimes it works out and other times not so much. This would be a not so much. We ordered the " Family Deal " because it included things we like plus a choice of 3 large sides for $46.99. Where to start. The egg rolls were very small. like 2 inches long and 1 inch around. They were not crispy and tasted like old oil. Ate one, threw away 3. The Chow Mein was just a pile of dry greasy noodles. No veggies, no meat just noodles that tasted of old oil. The Fried rice was extremely dry. The Black pepper beef and Sweet and sour short ribs were so salty they were not edible. The Orange chicken was the only item in the order that was halfway decent though it was very spicy. The Egg Flower soup was a large canister of greasy liquid that had no flavor. The order came in at over $60 and we threw away 75% of it. Very disappointing. read more
