During a very emotional time for our family -- and with a snowstorm forcing us to reschedule by a full day -- she handled everything with grace, flexibility, and genuine compassion. Her communication was prompt, caring, and solution-oriented, which lifted a tremendous weight off our shoulders. On the day of the luncheon, Matt provided truly top-notch service. He was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly professional, and ensured every guest felt cared for. The food was outstanding -- beautifully prepared and exactly what we hoped for -- and the private room provided the perfect setting for our family to gather, share memories, and simply be together. Been here many times, I'm overdue to write a review. Truly authentic Italian recipes, brings me back to my years living in Lombardia. Service was slow. Quality of the ingredients were mid. Chicken in my cesar salad was dry. The "bacon" on the wedge salad was a choice. The blue cheese dressing on it tasted out of the bottle. The margherita pizza was ok. Unfortunately, they added the finely chopped basil before the bake... $70 for 2 mid salads and an incorrectly made pizza isn't worth it in my book. read more

Came here on a Friday evening in mid-December to meet up with women from my high school class. We wound up taking over most of the bar area. We had so much fun! I ordered an espresso martini and the eggplant parm from the appetizer menu. It was really good! The bartenders were great! They had live music that night that started at 9. It was two people doing covers and when they took breaks they played music so there wasn't any down time. They were good and the music has people up and dancing! read more

Monday afternoon 6/15/26 decided to pop in Panache Blue Bell electing to sit at bar. Jackie the bartender threw my beverage on the counter. No greeting, no courtesy extended but demonstrates overtures to customers arriving after me. Shel left the counter about 35 minutes. The bread looked like scraps from the garbage and the olive oil had some kind of red color... Service was humiliating and I became physically sick 2 hours later. Perhaps a culture needed to be done by a lab. Is Jackie, super prejudice as I can think of no other reason for her blatant behavior? I've eaten at Panache twice always at a table. Perhaps Jackie is better in the back offices. Avoid Jackie if you care to have a pleasant meal. read more

I met a friend of mine for lunch here over the Christmas holiday. The atmosphere was nice and we did not have a reservation. The food was good, and the service was nice, however very slow. It did not seem like we had a specific waiter for our table. We ended up having to ask any staff member that walked by. Never did anyone ask how we were doing or if we needed anything else, water refill etc. And my friend did need a knife for her eggplant Parmesan. She made it work with just her fork. It was a new place we were trying, there are many other restaurants around, so probably will not be back. However, food was good. It could have been a light staff on duty. read more

GF and I enjoyed a Tuesday afternoon HH in April 2025. The experience -- our first here at Panache -- was very good! The bar seating was spacious and comfortable. The service was professional and attentive. Our cocktails were well made and offered at fair prices. Our HH food selections were overall very good and attractively priced: fresh-tasting and well-presented buck-a-shuck oysters, delicious short rib sliders, and a yummy plate of steamed clams and sausage. Overall, I thought Panache delivered a HH experience that was every bit as good -- and a ton less noisy and less crowded -- as what's available at its vaunted across-the-street neighbor. Panache in Bluebell used to be our go to place but things have changed. The clams casino was something we have never seen before. It was very heavy on the salt and pepper and not what we expected. My mother and I went to Panache for dinner last night. It was crowded but the parking lot had spots that were blocked by cones. We had to park across the street. When we walked I there was music which was nice but the restaurant was particularly loud. We sat in the dining and it was deafening. Had a taste for some fresh pastas tonight so I googled this place a few weeks ago and I decided to try it tonight. We sat inside. They did offer us indoor or outdoor seating. We decided to sit inside. We ordered pasta. I ordered one of the specials that they offer which was a lobster linguine, and my friend had the crab ravioli, which I thought was very delicious. As drinks they did offer us ice water upon coming in and being seated and you had a choice to have tapwater or bottled water. We had tap water with ice. I had a pineapple martini, which was good.
