The bread is delicious! Unfortunately, this is the last time for me. The 2 older ladies are so rude. I have a service dog and I leave her in the car but not today, obviously it's summertime. Great little authentic spot with small market and bakery. I had the special Pan con galina, house chicken sandwich on a fresh in house torta style roll. The sandwich has lettuce, cucumbers and radishes. Extremely sweet ladies run this place. I had coffe and a Bavarian crime stuffed cone pastry. Come support this nice business. So let me give you a little bit of my history with this place. I've been coming here since I was two! Literally. Hehe established back in 92 this is the original Central American bakery and restaurant of the SFV. Family owned always they have great authentic food made to order and fresh baked bread every morning. They open early at 6 so it's a great on the way to work spot. I love the champurradas dip them in coffee! The quesadilla bread is really good from here too and they make the best pupusas and caldos. Pollo en crema is also bomb! Before I start writing my review I just want to let you know in the hood I'm known as the PupusaGod. When people want pupusas they come to me like Will smith in Hitch for the plug. Shoutout to my boo Eva Mendez one time though, man I love her! So my coworker one day says, "man this the best work crew I've had in my whole life ima buy y'all pupusas on Friday!" As soon as he said that my pupusa instincts hit like spider man in danger. I've tried so many salvadorean women and pupusas in my life and let me tell you they're not all bomb, so I asked from where. He told me Panaderia Tikal which I had never heard of. So I woke Friday bumping that "Everyday we lit" by YFN Lucci ready to make money and eat pupusas. Lunch time came and the smell of my pupusas had me moonwalking in the teachers lounge. Pupusas were so fire I pulled the fire alarm! Jk I can't lose my job I got a kid to feed. Pupusas were delicious you would think my grandma in El Salvador made them. Shoutout to my co worker "Zane" for the pupusas! Service: This is a family owned panderia/restaurant owned by Guatemalens or El Salvadoreans. I'm not sure they had decoration from both areas. The workers are very nice and knowledgable. Foods: Pan, pupusa, empanadas, antojitos, fresh oj, coffee, sodas. They also sell groceries for those of you who want to make the aforementioned items at home! Seating: Quite a few tables inside. Groups eating here would work for a quick lunch. Good: I got 2 pupusas that were good. They weren't oily and crisp but I think thats a difference in how they food. I also tried fried empanadas with potatoes, carrots and shredded beef. They were very different and tasty. My coworker got Caldo de Res, she said its less oily than other places and the quality is very good. Bad: The cabbage for the pupusa was not pickled at all, but fresh! That made the meal less, but not terribly so, enjoyable. Charge 0.50 for a credit card. read more

Small market area has productos centro americanos, found avena molida and incaparina you can browse while you wait for your food.
