    Guatemalan & Salvadorian bakery

My husband is from Guatemala & my mother in law used to bring cheese bread from Guatemala every time she came for us but since we have found this bakery & we love it! The girls are very nice in there & it's clean.

My husband and I saw this Panaderia as we were driving down the road. We stopped by to see what kind of bread they have and we were lucky that they were still open. We stopped by around 5:30 pm on a Saturday. I was so excited because we live near the south end of the strip and it's hard to come across a Panaderia that's inexpensive and good and that's a Guatemalan Panaderia. We were so excited to find this place. My expectations were not high but I was hopeful. When we entered the place, it was very spacious and they had a good selection of breads. The woman who attended us, was not pleasant and seemed a little rude. I asked the price for some of the items and they were a bit pricey from what I'm used to. But we ended up getting some merengues, champuradas, and a quesadilla. The merengues were a little stale and the quesadilla was a bit too hard to my liking. I would probably only come back to try the pupusas but that's about it. If the attendant was a little more cheerful, I would have given this a higher rating

I just bought this there tamal de pollo. What is this????

0 estrellas I just bought this tamal de pollo. Que hasco esto no es un tamal salvadoreño. I spend $29. Never again. Don't waste your money. Si quiere tirar su dinero pues aya usted. Nunca mas.

Un pastelito de crema ... la crema está como de gelatina, está reseca no está cremosa no está fresca... el tenedor se detiene en ella...

Purchase other breads were ok The one with the milk custard was not Was gelatin like filling ...

    Come early for better selections

The customer service is very bad here. All the women that work here are RUDE and make you feel uncomfortable. I will not come here again!

Tomato salsa has a bit of a kick, which most do not (at Salvadorian restaurants).

Driving over there was very sentimental and nostalgic to say the least I was able to tell my kids I grew up here and yes I am proud of it. This place is next to a taco shop on the east side that's been there since I was a kid called Tacos Los Torritos a staple on the east side if you know you know. Walking into Pupusas Los Primos the ambiance was bringing back nostalgia type vibes going into a mom and pop spot nothing fancy just genuine and authentic. The menu was surprisingly versatile they didn't just have pupusas they have lunch plates and dinner plates which was a plus. Being in this establishment makes me proud because coming to a mom and pop restaurant is very comforting to me because growing up on the east side of Las Vegas these type places have soul and character. With the cultural El Salvador art on the wall with a sign that says "kind people are my kind of people" it's really a vibe cause I feel that. We ordered the kids chicken fingers and fries and the adults had the pork and cheese pupusas and the carne asada one. Basically we had one of each. These came out fresh and hot came with a side of a slaw type garnish that you typically put on top if your into that. This adds an element to the pupusas that just makes it hit. This also came with some house hot sauce which a must. These pupusas were hot, fresh, flavorful, and cheesy go hand in hand with the slaw and hot sauce. Very delicious when you pair it with a jarrito soda omg hit the spot. The service felt like a home vibe which they did a very good job of we are definitely going back to try more items when we stumble on the east side of Vegas.

I did a Yelp search for nearby restaurants and found this gem. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and seated. The waitress so nice and explained the menu and items. We ordered 2 sets of pupusas. La revuelta which has pork, cheese and beans and the queso with chicharron which is cheese and pork. You can hear them making it in the kitchen that's how fresh these are. They tasted absolutely amazing. The cabbage and salsa makes it that much better but you can eat them alone. The meals were all savory and prepared like we were at home eating at grandma's. The steak in tomato sauce was so delicious and the steak was tender. The onions and steak had such good flavor and the onions were perfect. The soup was so comforting and delicious. I could not believe how well these meals came out. When you walk in you can tell that not a lot of detail was put in to it but the food is what matters and they deserve more than 5 stars. Let me mention that the prices were much cheaper than I have seen in a while. With all that food we paid less than $90. Overall, GREAT GREAT GREAT. I will be returning for those yummy pupusas!!!

Decent pupusa spot, worth giving it a try if you're in the area…read more Pros- large pupusas, cabbage was fresh and crunchy, hot sauce was also really good. The cheese in the bean and cheese and the straight cheese pupusa was also a highlight. Great cheese pull. Cons- a little flatter than some I've had and incredibly greasy (but in their defense we ordered delivery so they had time to leak grease, nothing a few paper towels couldn't fix). Was craving a pupusa, this hit the spot.

I came with a friend from El Salvador and she said that salvadorians cook their masa for their tamales. Mmmm... it tastes so different from Mexican ones. The chicken one had potatoes, bell pepper, and garbanzo beans in it. I loved it- oh, it also had an olive inside- I didn't eat that. The chicken pupusa was very cheesy. The cheese they use is tasty... not just some mozzarella. It doesn't have a ton of chicken inside but it was served fresh which was nice. I prob should have eaten it first bc I wasn't fast enough and my cheese got cold. The food only took about 10 min. The inside has lots of tables. Their bathroom was clean. I think there were only two workers, both young ladies. What's weird was there was no menu up and no paper menus out. Thank goodness I looked online and figured out what I wanted ahead of time. I also ordered fries. Their red sauce wasn't as good as other pupusa places tho. I'd def come back... prob this weekend. Update: so we came back again two days later. We learned it's a sit down restaurant and you only order at the window for to go orders. Lol. If you sit down, you'll get menus. Now I know and now I can order desserts!
