I would like to say that I placed an order for two hard fried eggs. The order started off as two fried eggs on dry wheat toast. They put butter on my toast it had to go back then the waitress brought the half done eggs that had to go back. Never mind you I just ask if they could put it back on the grill a little longer to cook. The owner tried to be nice and cook them for me and they came out the same way. I felt that if I was paying for it then I should be able to get it the way I eat it. I ask to speak to the manger since I had a problem with my order. I was polite when I thanked him for recooking my eggs. His response was so you need to order egg white and I said no. I just wanted my eggs fried hard not soft. I don't like my eggs looking like the yoke is not done. Someone else may like their eggs that way but I don't. Some people may like their eggs running not me. Long story I ended up paying three dollars and twenty five cent for two slices of wheat toast. His attitude towards me made me feel some type of way. I will give this spot a rest for a while. We were craving pancakes for dinner & did not want to make them ourselves. We googled pancakes near me & came across this little place off of summer avenue. Went there today for lunch with my family, bad idea. My daughter ordered pancakes with strawberry, what she got was a pancake with strawberry jam not what the menu stated. But worst of all was the service the server either didn't want to be there and or she didn't want to serve our table, which she didn't . We came here after waiting over an hour for another nearby breakfast spot and still not getting a table. It was almost 2 pm by then so most other breakfast places were near closing but Pancake Shop was open later so we decided to try it. There was no wait and the service was excellent. All the food we tried, pictured here, was awesome and prices were cheap! I had a western omelet and my boyfriend had an everything omelet and also tried the biscuit and gravy. We will most definitely be back. Thanks for an awesome experience when we were irritated and hungry! My son takes a class half a mile down the street so I come here on Tuesdays for coffee and cakes. The service is quick and friendly and you can't tell they have a lot of regular service. The breakfast is delicious and you get plenty. I love the country fried steak, their omelettes, shredded hash browns, specialty pancakes, and they offer sausage patties or links. The pancake house is on summer in memphis TN.. It is a small breakfast type place. My friend matt Owen and I waited 15 minutes to get a table. It was very busy. It wasn't the tastiest food ever but it wasn't terrible either and I took my food home with me.
