    Carne Asada a la Tampiquena

The food is decent. Service was pretty good but it was a slow night, I think there were 4 tables in there. The drinks were super weak. Save some money and drink at home because the menu is pretty expensive. Chips and salsa were great. The one complaint about the food was the rice and beans were cold. It's nice inside. I would try it again.

False advertising of half priced margaritas

Went in for Margarita Wednesday they have a sign outside that states margaritas are half off. Purchased a Margarita. They charge me full price and would not honor the half off with the sign clearly outside of the door considered false advertisement.

Love this location as their customer service is always impeccable. Everyone greets you or says hi, staff always has a smile on their face, and always thanks you for coming in every single time we visit. Every team member you walk by acknowledges you with excitement and friendliness which gives us a cozy family oriented experience. I decided to pop in with dad for drinks for their happy hour specials. Woman working at the bar today was so sweet and made a yummy drink we requested, and was excited to tell us about the deals for happy hour. Their food is always amazing, with such quality and so flavorful. Their salsa is like no other with their complimentary chips. So fresh. Some of the menu items I like and recommend is their albondigas soup, chicken taquitos, cheese and chicken enchiladas, and bean and cheese burritos. The burritos have a great taste with the white cheese they use. Albondigas is well proportioned with freah veggies and spices. Enchiladas always have the best amount of sause and they're never dry. Thank you for having such a great team, and always being consistent with every visit with the food and service

I was there enjoying them with a beer and good conversation. We were taking our time eating and enjoying our drinks; the aguachiles were not the only thing on our table. While we were still eating, someone from the kitchen came out and asked if he could take our plate. We politely said no thank you because we were still working on it. A few minutes later he came back and insisted on taking the plate, saying something along the lines of, "A clean table makes a consumer buy more," but the way it was said came across as rude and made us feel rushed. If the plate had been mostly empty, with just a couple of pieces left, I would have completely understood. But that wasn't the case -- I had only eaten about 2-3 shrimp out of a dozen. I shared how I felt, explaining that I understood clearing finished plates, but we were clearly not done. His response was dismissive and he walked away. The food had potential, and the aguachiles had good flavor, but the service experience left me disappointed. Sometimes giving guests a little time to enjoy their meal, conversation, and drinks makes a bigger difference than having a perfectly cleared table.

No potatoes, no bacon, nothing that made it feel like a premium burrito. The taste was ok, flavorful, the chorizo and eggs were cooked well however it was very greasy.
