So we hesitated to come back here because we were unsure of the quality since the new owners took over. We should have come sooner! The staff here are very friendly and i love the new layout and the brightest lights in the back room. I do wish they had kept the board games but I'm glad they kept the pay it forward board. The pay it forward board allows you to buy a meal or pick a meal someone has bought. We ordered a couple small pizzas. My daughter had a cheese pizza with light sauce and I ordered a bacon and jalapeño with light cheese, we'll done. The crust is definitely much thinner, but the sauce was really good. We enjoyed our pizza alot. Will be back for sure! read more

I tried Pancho's Pizza twice over the last couple of weeks since their re-boot. I was impressed with the quality, service, and price. First time there, my spouse and I had the eggplant parm sandwich and the chicken tenders sandwich, seasoned fries, and onion rings. It all survived the 10-minute trip back to our office still hot and didn't get mushy. The fries and onion rings were flavorful and crunchy. The bread on the sandwiches was a little chewy, but the fillings and sauces were excellent. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked with a nice crunch to the breading. Ketchup is served in small lidded containers, which I really appreciate (can't stand messy packets). The next time, I tried their Italian sub. Very tasty and a great price with three kinds of meat and a wide array of toppings. Quickly served, and the counter help was very professional. All items were wrapped with care, and you can tell the cook takes pride in their work. I will definitely be back! read more

Wanted to give this place a try since they opened under new ownership. Called in a large cheese pizza and was given a pick up time of 15 min which was great to hear on a hungry week night! The pizza was huge! The crust was excellent, nice and thin with a nice little char and crunchy chewy crust. The sauce and cheese were both flavorful with nice proportions to the crust...might be my new favorite in town. read more

I love a good pizza and unfortunately in the Monadnock Region there isn't a ton of great pizza options . Many friends have recommended Pancho's Pizza. We ordered take out of two pizzas, a small cheese and a large pepperoni, mushroom and black olive. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. The pizza was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We took the pizza to McDowell Dam for a Friday night picnic. We will absolutely be back to Pancho's again. read more

Above average thin crust pizza located in a strip mall that is worth searching out. Grabbed a large half pepperoni half mushroom. The stand out from this pizza is the cheese blend which makes this pizza stand out from the rest. Ample seating inside for large crowds, will be back to try other items on the menu. read more

Pancho's is neck and neck with pizza barn for my favorite pizza joint. Pizza barn crust is just a little better for the crust aficionado, but Pancho's wins for toppings. Generous amounts and full of flavor. I previously had the cheesesteak pizza, best rendition of that I have ever had. This time around though, all about the meat lovers. The interior isn't much to look at (the pool table is a nice touch), but if you're going to a pizza joint for the scenery you've just paid an extra $5 at least for it... this place is no nonsense straight up family style pizza from the jersey guy who has been doing it long enough he has probably forgotten more about pizza than you could possibly know. read more

Eh, I found the pizza to be basic. There wasn't much sauce on my pepperoni pizza. The crust bubbled up leaving areas uncovered by any toppings. The sauce needed something more like flavor. Hope they get better. read more

For a small town without much outside influences of chain food establishments (other than our two Dunkin Donut locations), we have a large number of pizza spots. We tried Pancho's Pizza for the first time. The food was better than average (I would have given it 3.5 stars if it let me). The mozzarella sticks were excellent. As far as pizza goes, the crust is interesting in that it's a bit sweet. I actually liked it a lot. The thing that got me, however, was they use canned mushrooms! I love mushroom pizza, but can't stand canned mushrooms. It ruined it for me. With all the veggies they offer, I didn't understand how they could used canned mushrooms. If that won't bother you, give this place a try. If it does, just don't order them. :-) read more

They use a Greek crust that they try and pass off as a traditional thin crust or original pizza crust. They are over priced, the food is often under cooked or over cooked and their toppings are extremely limited. There is far too much sauce on the pizza, hence ruining the experience as everything tastes the same! read more
