WOW! Save yourself trauma and order to go!!! I occasionally order delivery but decided with a friend to stop by here since we were nearby. I was a bit nervous because they were having a delivery out front. It looked like the truck was blocking most of the parking lot from the street. I was glad when we went inside and that was not the case. My friend never been in any of the locations before. She is vegan so I left her with the menu while I went to use the restroom. We had an event we were going to and HAD a lot of time... they have a lot of people who work there, and the customer line was very reasonable... we discovered that there were 2 orders in front of us 'in line' that were huge. We ordered from a person who we thought was competent. I was asking for teriyaki chicken which he said would take another six minutes to cook... I quickly saw a chicken Mushroom dish that looked very fresh and very delicious so I said, oh no problem, how about that one and he agreed that it just came out and was very fresh. Both my friend and I were standing on the other side of the glass from our orders in their containers passed down and just sitting there. The person ringing people up was just standing there waiting TWENTY minutes for the stuff to cook for those 2 huge orders before they would ring us up. I have never seen something that dumb. We were genuinely confused and the large number of people working back there were whispering to each other almost laughing that we were confused. I have mobility issues so standing there on my cane for that long I don't find humorous.... especially when there's no reason. Blanca at this location was absolutely killing it on the line while I was in today. There were a LOT of people in line and she was killing it and getting everyone's orders done. She was communicating the outages really well and making sure everyone got what they wanted. Two entrees were wrong as well as a side being wrong. i requested forks/napkins and they weren't in the bag, as well as no fortune cookies. Those two were minor issues, but altogether super annoying. First off you have to understand this is fast food chinese food. Once you understand that the store itself is great. We have been there at 2 pm on a Sunday to 7 pm on a Friday. Every time we good the staff is friendly and willing to answer any question. We have been there once or twice when something was out but they promptly had it filled and us on the way. The store is/was going through a remodel. It looks a lot nicer then it use to. The place is always clean and everything is always stocked. Overall this place is good.
