I kept apologizing trying to understand her because she wasnt making any sense. I asked her to explain things and sizes to me and she treated me like she was a nazi and I was in a concentration camp. Don't even bother ordering online. I've ordered food through their mobile app twice, showed up at the designated pickup time, and the order wasn't ready. They have a mobile order pickup shelf which is supposed to have your food waiting on it when you show up. But it's never there. There's a big sign taped on the empty shelf that says "Ask the cashier for your mobile order" because the orders kept getting mistaken or stolen. Problem is the cashier is busy managing the giant, regular line of people waiting to order and pay for their food. So you've got one line full of people waiting to order and pay for their food, and a dozen other people swarming around the mobile pickup area trying to figure out where their food is. Today my mobile order pickup time was at 2:00. I didn't get my food until almost 2:30. And during that time I watched as a dozen people, who just walked into the restaurant and ordered food the old-fashioned way, walked past me, stood in line, got their food, and left. I mean, you know what you're getting when you order Panda Express, right? Americanized Chinese food. You go there because it's cheap or because you want that type of food. So, that being said, this is a good location. Pre pandemic, they handled crowds well. The line went fast and I never waited long. When everything was totally shut down, they were quick and reliable. Once things started opening up, they kept their dinning room closed for a bit longer. It's a small place, so I respected that they didn't want a lot of people gathering. But I didn't know you had to order online and couldn't just go in. When I showed up, an employee told me to order online and then tell her my name. They would make my food ASAP instead of making me wait 45 minutes. Later, when I would order online from home, it would never take long to be ready. And as for the food, it's always fresh and good. I came in rather late in the evening and they were so great in making sure that I got the entree's that I wanted. Food was hot and yummy. Love the broccoli beef and orange chicken. Panda Express is undoubtably my favorite fast food restaurant. Nothing could get me in a better mood faster than saying, "Panda Express for lunch?" But even then there are some visits that don't quite hit the mark. This location is notorious for having long ass lines. So long the wait could be up from 10 to 20 minutes. I've fortunately have not had food that wasn't fresh from this place. Probably because it is always busy. They have run out of entrees here and there but if you don't mind the wait they will gladly make some more. After you get your fix, head over to the Game Haven to play a free game of chess. This experience wasn't even worth a star. We went and ordered take out at the restaurant. The service was really subpar but I figured they had a long day so I understand that. However, when we arrived home there were several sub quality parts of the food. First the portions were terrible. My son who ordered the orange chicken barely had any in his container. I ordered the wok seared Shrimp and Steak which costs extra but I had two small pieces of shrimp and one tiny piece of the steak. Then a bunch of potatoes. Thank he teriyaki chicken didn't even have a teriyaki sauce packet in it when I asked if they would make sure it did. The rest of the entrees were even subpar. The Honey Sesame Chicken had green beans that were so dry and old when I started chewing them the inside was like powder and the outside was tough so I had to spit them in the trash, yuck. I don't like to leave negative reviews but the quality of this Panda Express has gone way downhill. I don't want anyone to have the same experience we did. It was a waste of time and money. I have been to this location multiple times. I come back because the food is good, but i just can't handle this service anymore. The cooks are generally hard at work, but the other employees are mostly just standing around, looking like they absolutely hate their jobs, and are rude to their customers. I have seen more employees sitting down eating their food then helping with the customers. Want to go here on a lunch rush?? Forget it. The line will wrap around the restaurant and not because there are so many people coming. It's because it takes forever for people to get helped. By far the slowest Panda Express i have ever been in. There is no change of pace when there are only 2 customers compared to 20. I have seen more people leave the line then stick around. read more

I love Panda Express. The food is DELICIOUS!! The options are perfect for me, since I can be pretty picky, and sometimes I just want an entire plate of chow mein. There are also different meals that you can get, so if I am feeling hungry I get a bigger meal with more entrees. I generally go for the sides since I love fried rice and chow mein. The food is delicious and it's consistent. It's always nice and warm, and it always tastes delicious. I also love fortune cookies a lot, and this place definitely provides. Plus, they give chop sticks or forks. I like chop sticks and I eat my rice with them since I like a challenge (and I want to get better). Basically, this restaurant is AMAZING. There's great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. 10/10 read more

My sister and I went to get Panda bowls before class and they had barely any items available. Beyond that Bailey and Jenny were the two ladies working with us and they were incredibly rude. They filled my bowl to the brim with Rice and didn't leave room for my chicken so I asked them to allow for the space, they pitched a fit about it and gave me barely any chicken. Love this panda! The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean! The only problem was that my food was.....soapy? I don't exactly know if it was soap but it kinda tasted like it. Kept thinking it was one of my forks from home until I bit into a celery that tasted so bad and realized that it was the food. The reason for this review is because I walked they were not busy at all but I understand they were filling online orders so the first woman said she would be right with me. No problem. But I continued to wait she helped the woman that was waiting before me and then that was it instead of coming back to help me she co tinier on with her online orders while it looked like maybe a new crew was coming on. Then finally after about 7 min the new girl asked what I wanted and then tried to give me food that was already prepped before I even came in. So she said oh just made it just now, and I replied sorry that's cold already and she said oh no she just made it and I replied no she didn't because it was sitting there before I came in. So no thank you. She then seemed irritated then pulled up a bowl put noodles in it put it down then removed a whole bunch. Then did the same thing with my bigger plate. No thank you no nothing just passed my plate on and left me waiting there to continue her online orders. Used UBER eats to deliver my family of 4 food to a hotel we were staying in overnight. Ordered 3 meals, two with teriyaki chicken. Only gave us 1 fork, for 3 meals, and NO teriyaki sauce for our 2 teriyaki chicken meals. Called them and was put on hold for almost 5 minutes, just for someone to get on and say " sorry for the inconvenience ." Very disappointed!! I don't get it. Why patronize an Asian fast food chain when there are so many family run restaurants out there? I suspect this place has everything shipped in and they merely assemble it in house. The company I work for bought lunch for all the employees and gave me the task of picking it up. I handed in the list rather than read it off to them to help reduce the possibilities for mistakes. They almost missed one dish! I paid for the lunch using the companies corporate credit card. When I handed it to the cashier she told me since the order was over $25 ID was required. I told her that it was a company credit card and I was an employee of that company. BTW, I was wearing a uniform matching the credit card. Well I asked do you need to see my ID? She responded I think so. I opened my wallet and she gave it as super quick glance, the ID could have been a photo of Donald Duck. I will credit them with getting me in and out quickly.
