I had ordered my food at 4:17 and when I received the text that my order was ready I headed over. Since I hadn't been feeling well I decided to go through the drive through. Big mistake. Even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me, I waited over 20 minutes. When I asked the server at the window if my food was packaged fresh it had it been sitting there for 20 minutes she said "it's been here since you ordered at 4:17" I asked her why they hadn't pulled the car forward that was taking 20 minutes. She said they were waiting on food for the car behind them too so they would have needed to park both. I asked if I could have fresh food and she said "if you wanted it fresh, you could have come inside and picked it up" and then told me to pull around and park since there will be a wait. When the shift leader "Ricky" came out to give me my order he repeated "next time you want it faster, you should pick it up inside" I told him I wasn't expecting 2 cars to take 20 minutes in the drive through of a FAST food restaurant and he reiterated that they "make the food fresh to order" for the cars in the drive thru.... Are you serious. Every time I come to the Panda on Pinal I get the worst service. For now on I will only go to the location on Florence. read more

Just tried to contribute to Basha's High School softball team. Had the code to put into order and everything. The Panda Express Casa Grande site would not take the code. I spent at least 15 minutes trying to do what I was told on site and it wouldn't work. The gal at the Panda Express explained that the site has to be listed. Anyway, I took my $57 worth of food home to my grand kids but felt sad that my grand daughter's softball team would not get the donation. read more

Drove all the way out to this panda express from Arizona City to take out and when i get home and open my container to find they gave me a few pieces of orange chicken and not the angus steak that i paid for. Not only that but my chow mein was like 30% uncooked hard large pieces of cabbage and just all over a waste of gas and money. When i called the lady said uh well we are closed now so there is nothing i can do for you. So now i paid for food i did not want and just dont have anything decent for dinner. Second, they put SO LITTLE FOOD , like I HAVE never heard of PANDA EXPRESS having SMALL SERVINGS. then when you order super greens if they ran out, theyd rather put barely anything than tell you to wait for the new ones. Definitely the WORST panda express branch. Count your change!!! I Went through the drive thru and placed an order for a bowl of orange chicken. Girl at the window said they had to make some more and there would be a 5 minute wait. She gave me a flag, told me to pull around front and that once it was made she would bring it out. I pulled around front, hung the flag out the window, sitting there waiting for over 20 minutes. In the meantime other vehicles that were behind me in the drive thru line are pulling up in front and being brought out their food. After seeing 4 other vehicles that were behind me in line receive their food. I went back through the drive thru line and asked the girl where my order was. Rather than offering me my food or even an explanation as to why i haven't received my food, she says "Oh what was your order again". I told her to just give me my money back. She then asks me for my receipt. I told her she never gave me a receipt and only gave me a flag. I have to tell her again what i ordered and wait some more while she goes through all the receipts trying to find my order. She comes back to the window and says you paid with your card right. I tell her no i paid cash. She gives me back a refund of $6.50 and short changed me the tax that i paid. All in all i spent 30 or more minutes there, never received my food and was short changed the tax that i originally paid. read more

Absolutely the worst service! Went through drive thru, i had to wait 35min for my food to come out,it wasn't even my order.The girl came out 2 more times asking me what my order was. On the 2nd time has the nerve to tell me it will be 15more minutes!! At this point after waiting 40min and talking with the other 6 cars of people also waiting for their orders, decided to ask for my money back. The same girl tells me its only been 10min, so i show her my reciept clearing showing that I was there at 9:20pm. Made the mistake of ordering online. I picked the Pinal store and the order went to the Florence store. My husband already left before I got confirmation and noticed the error. I called the Florence store to get the order redirected (my husband did not have a phone...couldn't call him). They said it would be transferred. Pinal couldn't find the order and Florence didn't answer the phone. I finally printed off the confirmation and he went to the Florence store where they remade the order. And, no, they weren't busy. Couldn't do the feedback because I didn't have a store number no matter where I looked. No secret code....nothing. Went through the drive thru on a Sunday and it was roughly about 6pm. I get it I've worked fast food and I understand people get LAZY or become rude because they've had a long day. Whatever the case may have been, when I had placed my order with the lady she seems upset so I tried to be quick with my order to get it over with and when I had asked for steamed rice she said she didn't have any, that's fine I assumed they ran out. So I asked for brown rice, they didn't have that either. Not a problem it's just not what I wanted. When I had gotten to the window the lady had a bit more of an attitude when I gave her my card. I didn't care I just wanted my food, so I asked the lady "did you guys run out of the others rice or something ?" And she replied "no, we just don't make it after a certain time so we don't waste food" First off that's fucking lazy as hell. When I worked at a couple of different fast food places if a customer asked for that specific item it'd either be out of stock or it'd be a couple of minutes to wait for it. I'm pretty sure there wouldn't have been food considered wasted 3.5 hours before closing time.
