This McDonalds is absolutely incapable of making an order correctly. Order a quarter pounder deluxe...get a double bacon cheeseburger. Order an apple pie...get a strawberry pie...etc. Doesn't matter if you go inside or Order through the drive-thru. Also they will ALWAYS make you park if you go through the drive-thru and wait for your food to pad their drive thru stats...they also charge more than any other McDonalds for chicken nuggets. 100% don't recommend. read more

This McDonald's sends almost every car to the waiting area because they can't keep up with orders. The chicken nuggets were stale, the fries were terrible, and overall the service was unacceptable. McDonald's needs to shut this location down and start over with new ownership. read more

GROSS DON"T GO HERE! There are other options right down the road. Ordered a Quarter-Pounder meal and a cheeseburger. Almost $19. The cheeseburger alone was $4.50. We were told at the drive-thru window that they were waiting on the Quarter-Pounder so told to pull up into a spot to wait for them to bring our order out. We waited 20 MINUTES. We watched the slowest-moving sloth of a human on the planet bring wrong orders to the other cars waiting. Including ours. His response was "My bad" and then he would disappear back inside the restaurant. I finally went in for our order and was told that a Quarter-Pounder takes six minutes? Uh...OK but it's been 20. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service. I ordered two happy meals. Mind you, I was in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes, then when I got to the pickup window they proceeded to tell me to park to wait. I was like sure! They took my order and I was able to pay quickly, but then I noticed I had been sitting in the parking lot waiting for my order far too long, which mind you, was only 2 happy meals, a plain cheeseburger and a 6 piece happy meal, so I decided to go inside and as I'm walking towards the building I see 2 happy meals sitting there on the counter. Lord knows how long they've been sitting there. I know certainly those must be mine and no one is showing remotely any sign that they are about to walk towards my car with it. I walk in and the lady at the register just looks at me confused and I ask her if the happy meals sitting on the counter are mine and she reads the receipt on it and sure enough they were. I ask to speak with the manager and calmly explain that it's not right that they made me wait 25 minutes for two happy meals and she did not seem to care, she kind of shrugged her shoulders and said "well next time you come just tell them you spoke to me and you'll get your meal for free" like if her words mean anything to me. The food was already cold and I told her I wanted a refund. And she did so with so much attitude. Then to top it off, as I'm walking out to my car, a car that had just parked next to me had gotten their order before I even got to my car! And she looked like she order the whole menu! Literally TWO BIG BAGS worth of food and drinks! How does that make sense? Two little happy meals vs two big paper bags? And the big order got their food in less than 5 minutes? Truth be told, I've had a couple of issues at this McDonald's in the past that had gone unresolved. I had a slight one tonight and I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Mary answered and offered up a solution to my problem and was so incredibly kind when doing so. I don't think I've ever come across such a dedicated McDonald's employee before. She handled it like it was her own business and that's exactly what good service is about. I'll drive 20 mins out of my way to give this McDonald's my business because it's managed correctly. For all the other reviewers bashing this McDonald's, how about you give them a chance to right their wrongs? I was left waiting in the inner drive thru lane at approx 5:50 am today. No one came on to take order so after 3 cars helped in outer lane, and calling hello numerous times, a worker outside said he'd go in and see what's up. Person then came on to take order, said she'd just opened the line, but they'd been open an hour by this time and no block on my line or notifying line not open, just let me sit there. This McDonald's always seems to be busy. That's okay though. I only give it a 42star though because it's always been my experience that the employees aren't friendly. By friendly I mean I am rarely ever greeted with a smile. They also forgot a part of our order. Plus McDonalds always can improve. Ugh I went and ordered 2 mcfrape drinks and I waited 15mins. We have come here multiple times getting Oreo mcflurries with EXTRA Oreo. They don't seem to understand what extra means but we still get charged for it. The little Oreo there is, is never mixed. A regular vanilla McFlurry is the same as their Oreo McFlurry. read more

I try not to eat to much fast food but the people that work here are great. They are friendly and fast. The French fries are great here. They taste fresh. If you like French fries like I do you know what I am talking about. Some places that you get french fries from taste like the oil they've been fried in has been sitting for months but not this place they have really good fries. We like the breakfast burritos at McDonald's. It was Sunday morning and we decided to get in the dual drive-thru lane and order some. That was a mistake.
