[[Thu.23.March.2023]] This post is nothing toward the employees/staff of this restaurant, they all had good customer service. I do not understand this concept meaning since it is a Panda Express Chinese Kitchen, which the same company offers several different Panda Express Chinese Kitchen Sauces at Grocery Stores, why doesn't the P.E.C.K. Restaurant offer these same sauces for customer uses or even sell these sauces at the restaurant as well? My Lo Mein noodles was dry and stiff with no taste, i also asked for Kung Pao Chicken and it would not be available for another 10-12minutes, so ended up having to get some other type meat. read more

This is my first and last time. The employees was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and took care of. However the food is not worth my time and money. I order the bowl and the fried rice was undone and so dry plus no taste. The teriyaki chicken was chewy and no flavor. This place needs to update the foods being fixed. The foods need to be moist not dry and flavor. i should have knew somehhing was wrong being lunch tile and only 1 car in lot. read more

We went through their drive thru and ordered 3 dinners and two rice. When we got home and unpacked the food our order was wrong. We got 2 dinner and three rice! Tried to call the store twice and no one would answer. It's a 20 minute drive back to fix this! Not going to order food again! Would like to give 0 stars! read more

These kids put freshly cooked food on top of old food so food poisoning occurs while it's sitting on the food line. Prove me wrong, Panda express! There is a huge difference between this location. And there Circleville location. Each time we have visited this location. They are out of at least one of our entrees. Circleville location is much better! read more

They did have a few more pans of food filled. The service was not friendly. The food lacked moisture, yes it was chewy and dry. Sauces for all 4 of the entrees were just about non-existing. My utensil broke and it took awhile standing there wanting someone to assist me but they were all to busy standing at the drive thru visiting to notice me. I think this restaurant is in real trouble. I went through the drive thru and order a PLATE chicken teriyaki with super greens if they hadn't already put it on my card I would have told them never mind there was 4 small pieces of chicken and very little super greens it looked more like a bowl than a PLATE when she handed me the bag is was so light I look in it then to see if anything was in there. I showed her and and told her this is not a plate and she said it was I will never go to that one again.. I always get a plate so I can eat some and then take the rest for my lunch that didn't even fill me up very disappointed for the price the bad thing is I stopped and Wendys and got my husband a small hambger and small fries and the bag was twice as heavy as the chicken teriyaki and that has never happened before. I give Chillicothe Panda Express two thumbs down. and by the way I tell everyone I know when stuff like this happens. I really think we inconvenience the staff by going into this restaurant! They are always out of everything! When you pull up to the drive thru they start by telling you everything they are out of (This takes a bit cause it's always several things.) After that they tell you everything you have to wait on. After that the finally take your order, always with attitude like they hate you! This place SUCKS! I really can't review the food because they never have anything. A bad experience for certain. I was told during the lunch hour while waiting in the line of the drive through that the the drive through service is closed for "break time". And I will have to wait for the 5 cars in Front of me to get served before I can leave. It got worse from there... will never return. read more

This Chillicothe location deserves ZERO stars. 80% of the food trays were empty. Workers idled around. They should have been restocking the trays. We wanted to order 2 bigger dinners - but almost all of the entrees were unavailable. When we asked if a worker could cook more shrimp - since the tray was empty - he reluctantly - looking bothered - went to do it. When someone ordered eggrolls in the drive thru - he only cooked FOUR when he had a whole bag in his hand. We waited in the restaurant 15 minutes to be waited on, only to be told by the server that we'd have to wait another 20 minutes for food to be cooked. And she'd been looking at us the whole time and knew there would need to be food available. The workers had no sense of urgency or didn't care - or both. Is there a manager here? read more
