Store#1098, They have around 15 employees working at this site. Every time I come here the food looks old and many items need to be cook as soon as you ask for them. Today I waited again, and they got my order wrong twice. When I went to ask for my items with my receipt, the employee didnt look to happy, she was upset that I went to ask for the items, I had to go back again cause my order was wrong, got a different employee, he was ok, he try to explain that the food just got out. Please, fix this issues. My opinion is that the problem is most of the employees and they need to be organized. read more

This is the slowest location I have ever been to. Even if you place your order ahead of time online, it won't even be ready for another 30-40min. My favorite part of this place is that it has drive thru .. It is located behind the Shell gas station and Soup Plantation in Chula Vista .. Right off the 805 freeway and Main Street... I'm always skeptical about going to restaurants that are near closing because I know they'll usually just give you leftovers that have been sitting for a long time. But I saw this particular store closed at 10pm and I got there at 9pm so I assumed that wouldn't be the case. I was wrong. The food was lukewarm at best. There were some stale pieces of rice in my fried rice and 3 of the 7 pieces of orange chicken that I was given were nothing but breading and 1 of the pieces was very chewy chicken. The broccoli beef was very fatty but the broccoli itself was pretty good. Pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. Will consider going to a different location next time even if I have to drive a bit farther. read more

We just came from Panda Express and found a cockroach in our food. I'm not sure how it got there but it's probably because the rice and chow mein had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. This is probably the worst thing that has happened to us in a fastfood restaurant. Two stars for the service, but the quality and cleanliness might be something to consider putting more effort on. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. First of all the drive thru line took a really long time and once I ordered they got my order wrong. They over charged me for 4 extra orders of spring rolls and when I was asking for a refund they got mad and the drive thru workers were rolling their eyes at me. Horrible customer service I would say. Then they proceeded to argue with me and say that I ordered 5 orders of spring rolls REALLY! It was as if I was bothering them for asking for my money back. Once they finished arguing with me and giving me my money they asked me to pull around and wait for my food because they were waiting for the fried rice to finish cooking. I waited over 15 minutes when I was told 5 minutes. I observed everyone else coming through the drive thru get their food right away and I was still waiting.
