I have never had any problems with this location until tonight. My family always orders a Family Pack meal and we get excellent service! Tonight the drive thru was closed so we went inside. One of our entrée was the teriyaki chicken. we got home and realized the teriyaki sauce that goes with the chicken was not there. we called to let them know. The "manager" Nancy was very rude and wanted to blame us because we did not ask for the sauce. we have never had to ask for the sauce prior to tonight but she wanted to continue to blame us and tell us we are assuming things. This is not what a manager should do. A manager is someone representing the store and she definitely isn't someone that should be representing anything. We got there around 9 they were out of all the sides except for rice and they had no kids meals when we had 3 kids in the car. We waited at least 20 min before we got our food, one of our drinks were only half full and when we got home we were missing a meal. So my father was going to let me eat his food but I didn't want it. I was just going to eat a bowl of cereal but he went out AGAIN to get me more food even though I didn't want him to, I wasn't even that hungry. He went by panda agin but there were closed!!! It was only 9:37. So he had to go to a whole new place to pay for a whole new meal!!!!! read more

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I was really excited about this Panda Express when it came to Dawsonville. It's always a great atmosphere to sit down and have great fresh food... but this location not so much. This was my third attempt at going through the drive through tonight and giving them a chance. 38 minutes later I received my food.... the entire meal was just teriyaki chicken and white rice and a drink..... shouldn't take that long by any means, as well as everyone was rude and not a single person apologized about the wait. I kept my cool and said nothing but thank you after having to go inside and wait for the food. I know it's new but I really hope they figure this out soon. read more

Noodles were hard and had no flavor, couple of us had walnut shrimp and that was pretty good, Beijing beef wasn't great but wasn't bad, half the sodas were "out of order" fried rice was shit and the lady getting our food was in such a hurry and pushed us through as if we were in a hurry. This is near our work and we're from out of town so we were looking for a good Chinese food place but this is far from it. Avoid this place. read more

Two words: food poisoning. Panda Express tastes even worse the second time. Kinda like when your wife forgives you but a week later brings it back up. It just gets worse. Don't go here unless you enjoy playing the lottery. Except if you win you get mediocre food, and if you lose you spend the night over the toilet. read more

Service is awful, they are so inefficient. Line backed up to the door, took 20 minutes from the time we placed the order to the time we got rung up at the register. They take your order, then fill a bunch of drive thru orders, then if you are lucky, come back to yours. Won't go back to this location. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for 0 customer service I went in to grab a couple of crab rangoons without a mask. Was either going to eat them in the restaurant, outside where other people were eating without masks or take it to go. I was asked if I had one. I told the person behind the serving counter that I did not, and he apparently did not hear me. When I asked him if I could just grab some appetizers and leave, he asked me if I had a mask again. I said I was going to eat and he rudely said "that is not what I asked you." And I said no I don't have a mask, I can't eat with a mask on. He said "then I can't serve you." so I said OK fine goodbye. Let's just say I understand this kid didn't give a crap whether I left or stayed, but trust me, it had nothing to do with the mask. He was black, there were black, brown and Asian people eating without masks. I am white. Certainly with no privileges there. Get a clue. This won't take you very far back into better business. He should be reprimanded at the least, fired if you don't want him mistreating your continuing customers, which I will not be. read more

Walked in and waited 20 min. just to place an order...mind you it was not that crowded. But, I'm patient so that is not for my lack of stars..I'll start with the basics..the cashier used the same tongs for different items and failed to stock up the lids and napkins even after a man came up and informed her there was no napkins or lids at all. But other than that I quietly ate my meal and went to walk out with my leftovers. It was alright and maybe would've returned if I had not opened the door and look down to a rat scurrying across the floor in front of me. Stingy on portions compared to Atlanta locations. They also played the music so loud you couldn't talk to the people at your table. If they keep this up, they'll be going out of business once the new-mess wears off. Poor value. read more
