I love panda but I will never visit this location again. I understand that they were busy and I had to wait for the orange chicken. I don't mind waiting as long as I get cooked food. As soon as I looked at the chicken I could tell the texture was different and then I bit into it to find some pink pieces and a bit of blood in a piece. It just made my stomach turn. I have always loved panda express, but this place needs a lot of work. The person helping me was talking "so fast" I honestly could not understand one word. The pans were empty with dried food. At this point I should of left, but no I stayed. What bothered me the most was the rice. I asked for brown and it looked like white rice so I asked and I was told I was wrong. Asked a very un caring mgr, (they were walking so fast I could not read any name tags) and again I was told with one word "White". Whatever it was it was hard and under cooked, my wife threw hers away. For me I have never been very happy with this location. Stopped at panda with friends not by choice but the food is usually decent at most Panda Express locations. I tried the new Pacific chili shrimp bowl and it was ok. I got it with the friísimo rice, I was given the lady of what was left in the pan so the shrimp was not fresh and was chewy. When we came in, they were super busy. There seemed to only be 3 people actually on the floor and it seemed like the manager was sliding in for the cooks break. These three girls killed the line though. They always kept smiling and powering through the line. They were super friendly. The food also tastes amazing. Ordered two dinners from this location and preceded to drove home to lakeside. Once home the amount of food that was in my husband container was next to nothing! I'm a faithful Panda customer and thought contacting the manager with rectify the situation, but Katy made excuses for her employees in that SOME follow the portion guidelines and some do not. No apologies offered and when I asked about her taking our name down to offer him another meal she only agreed to give us one side dish. Then I asked for a water cup I put water at first then I just wanted a bit of soda just to clear my throat and it's like she was watching me none stop like I was some sort of thief for something then she yelled out loudly " THAT CUP IS ONLY FOR WATER" so I was all like umm ok threw the cup away n walked away. We got 2 plate for $20 with kid portions and I was keeping calm the whole time and this lady was completely RUDE! This makes me not want to EVER GO BACK TO PANDA! I love Chinese. Like I really love Chinese food and I want it all the time. I don't care if it is frozen, from a fast food place, or from a real place. I don't care I just want the flavors all the time. I always get orange chicken & fried rice from here. I wish they had sesame chicken, but I will take what I can get. The food always comes quickly and the staff is always friendly. Being that this is fast food, it isn't the best quality and not always the best flavors but it is still always good. Only reason they get 2 stars is because I love the food! I got a 2 entree plate. Half and half with Beijing beef and sweet fore chicken. It was fairly busy tonight. When I was up to pick the entrees both that I wanted were almost empty (about 5 pieces of meat in the pan). I asked to wait for them to come out since they had already called out for the refills. I paid and the beef was out. 10 minutes go by and toms of pans were coming but no chicken. Mind you my food on set in the container and just placed on the counter waiting for the chicken. I ask how much longer and the guys in back never even started the chicken. I ask the lady I presume to be the manager to please replace my whole container as it's been sitting for 10 mins and I still need to wait for the chicken to be cooked. She got an attitude and another lady stated my food had only been sitting for 2 minutes. At this time I have now pulled out my receipt to tell them the time I was rang up which was now almost 13 mins ago. Another 5 or so minutes go by and the lady gets me a new plate and throws everything in a bag and shoves it at me. I ask for soy sauce in which she again just throws into the bag and walks away. Although the line was somewhat long , she was so fast , and you could tell she was doing whatever she could to get everyone taken care of .. the length of the line didn't matter . 2 nights ago I went in to order food. We had ordered 3 2 items and 2 orders of cream cheese Rangoons. We didn't get the Rangoons or any forks. So I called to complain and they told me the next time I was there I can get the Rangoons if she put my name in the book. I said that I would rather just have my money back and she said :we need the receipt so you have to come back over" Well, it was only 15 minutes ago that I had placed the order so they could still find the transaction and she said couldn't do it. Ok, I have worker retail back in the day and It can be done. But she did say that it was company policy and thats why she couldn't. OK, so its the bosses that deem it this way. Next day I call the corporate office and speak to someone in guest relations. And in my opinion she was RUDE and sarcastic to me. She told me that they could ONLY refund the same day also. So I said I can't go in NOW with the receipt and they would do nothing for me? and she said "correct". Then I said, well excuse me but its NOT my job to make sure your people are doing theres. I paid for something that I didn't get. She then said she would send me a 1 time $10.00 card to use for food but the more I think about it.... Ive been coming here for the past few days. So i decided to do the survey to get a free item. I was just curious to do it, just for fun. So i did the survey, in my first try, the lady roll her eyes and told me that i needed to tell them first before going to pay, she said to use it next time ( her name i believe is lourdes). Im on the road working every day so Im forced to have lunch out. This is the 3rd time I have stopped here. I knew better but like last thought maybe my last experience was a fluke. Im getting up there so a good colon cleanse is great but not during working hours! I used the facilities before i was done eating the food was so powerful. Then got out to my truck and had to make another visit. It was violent, I got just about a block away and another wave came over me. I panicked because I didnt know what to do. Why oh why can't this PE serve its customers better???? Rushed thru and missing dishes. Can you wait five minutes doesn't wk on a lunch hour. It seems every once in awhile I get stuck at this PE. I keep thinking they'll get their act together, but it hasn't happened yet. I normally like PE, but this one needs fixing. You can't see what's ahead of you to order and yet they are rushing you through to choose. Then they ask and don't listen, like when you want your sauce on the side instead of on the meat. The food at this place is alright,but never really taste freshly cooked. Most of the items are good but taste like they change there food bans 2-3 times a day and food taste like its been sitting there for hours and is warm and never what you would consider hot. The food portions for the 2-3 item meals are way overpriced for the very small portions they give you.Most people I know eat again an hour later since the food needs to be much larger portions and a much higher quality of food for the high prices they charge for what they serve. Staff is very friendly and very professional. There are much better Chinese food deals that are cheaper and a much higher quality of food nearby. I say go elsewhere if your looking for good food and good portions at a fair price. read more

This panda is not bad considering all other places that could be worse. I come here from time to time when I want my fire cracker chicken. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and the cooks are amazing because the food is awesome. Compaired to pandas in San Antonio this one is above average I just wish it had a drive through lol then i would give five stars lol. Everyone was really friendly. Great customer service. Came here for dinner with my niece and didn't realize they now make the fried rice with brown rice. I don't know why I keep coming here to his location! I love Panda Express the food is fresh, and the taste is quality! But the customer service at this location is horrid! I order the plate with just chow Mein, and the lady Tanny literally just puts a little skimp of chow Mein on the big portion section, I ask her for a little bit more and she literally says "you want more you pay more" wth is that? I literally get corners cut every time I walk into this place and it's always by Tanny. She skimps the noodles and then gives half scoops on the proteins and literally asks if we want to buy another side for $1.50. The prices at panda have already gone up the last year if I'm paying more I shouldn't feel cheated on my food. I've never had this problem at other locations though. read more
